Justin Wadsworth I thought I was over paying for my current auto insurance so I figured I’d look up a broker and save time to see if they can beat my current rate. I stumbled upon Rick LLEWELLYN Insurance services. Right from the start he was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He asked some basic questions and then went to work for me. He was upfront during our call about my current rate and that it will be hard to beat. I asked him to look anyways. Unfortunately, he was right and my current rate was the best We could do without paying the whole amount upfront. I respect his hard work and honest approach and even though we could not make it happen currently. I will use him next time I’m looking and see what he can do. Ask for Rick!

Were still covered for everything with the same amounts, but no longer over-insured for items that dont need to be insured. He was very helpful in following up after the hurricanes & made sure we filed correctly. Hes been great!

Ryan Brand Dont have this insurance agency but had them mess up a claim so bad they told my employer that they were going to take my license away. Absolutely unprofessional and avoid this agency at all costs. Claim was paid in full months prior.

What has been most impressive is how he continues to help you with any of your insurance needs, even after the policy is done. Weve been with him over 10 years now and wouldnt change a thing.

justin kolka Dave is impossible to get a hold of. You’ll leave multiple voicemails with no response. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of him, he will promise to call you back and never do that. Dave left me hanging right before my new insurance policy was up and was increased by a lot of money and never called me back. My escrow ended up paying the policy and then he called me back and got me a new policy. Dave never canceled the original policy which caused by escrow to go into a -$3500 balance. If I would not have caught this, then I would’ve been out $3500 in May. I try to get back in touch with him again and left multiple voicemails but of course he never responded. I have dealt with this for four years now and I am done with him now. I do not recommend you use him for an insurance broker.

They are generous with their time in responding to emails and phone calls. Recently they joined a board meeting call to help us understand industry rate increases and the current crop of underwriters. Their written proposals each year contain the right level of information to compare bids and make a selection based on risk/benefit/cost.

T S Was a customer over 10yrs. My premiums keep going up every year for the absolute bare minimum required insurance for state of Florida and I havent had any accidents or tickets in over 15yrs. . Finally got around to finding a cheaper insurance and am told by April that if I cancel Ill be charged a penalty and if I let the policy lapse Ill owe for two weeks of coverage. Would have been nice of her to tell me BEFORE putting me on this insurance that this was the case when and if I ever want to cancel. Total rip offs, FYI State Farm charges almost $40 less a month for same coverage

Allstate Insurance contacted me yesterday assuring me that they could give me better rates on my commercial vehicle insurance policy. I forwarded them the declarations page that you sent me, and I received the reply from the agent this morning... The offer they gave me for apples to apples coverage was $1,400 more per year.
