    Anya Macias: BEST agent in all of Florida. Although we share the same last name we didnt always share business. I had Geico for 20 plus years and never once had a rate decrease despite a perfect driving record. After switching with Luis to State Farm not only did my rate go down but it has gone down twice since, he was able to right a condo policy for my home that my prior carrier could not do, and even my flood rate went down which in South Florida is unheard of. His staff is amazing and very responsive, especially Seth. You will not regret using Luis Macias as your State Farm agent

    T S: Was a customer over 10yrs. My premiums keep going up every year for the absolute bare minimum required insurance for state of Florida and I havent had any accidents or tickets in over 15yrs. . Finally got around to finding a cheaper insurance and am told by April that if I cancel Ill be charged a penalty and if I let the policy lapse Ill owe for two weeks of coverage. Would have been nice of her to tell me BEFORE putting me on this insurance that this was the case when and if I ever want to cancel. Total rip offs, FYI State Farm charges almost $40 less a month for same coverage

    Fantasmic Ghiani: I worked with Ken to obtain the actual insurance for the property and send money for enrollment. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful during the sign-up process. However, when it came to canceling the insurance and receiving the refund, it took over two months, and I am still waiting for my refund check to arrive. The process of receiving the refund and getting my money back felt unnecessarily complex. At times, my emails went unanswered for a week or more. The time it took to receive my refund certainly exceeded Florida law, and I ultimately had to call Ken directly after being told the check had been sent—without any tracking number or confirmation. They sent my refund check via regular mail, which typically takes 4–5 days (if not less), but I was told it could take 1–2 weeks. This made me question the reliability of how refunds were handled. After waiting 2–3 months for the money I am legally entitled to under Florida law, I felt the process was not handled responsibly. Beware of this issue when choosing an insurance provider. Some companies may not prioritize refunds, but it is the law.
