Anne B Lee 5+ stars for Sandra!! She made time for me even after my flight got delayed and was super communicative the entire time I was trying to figure out timing of my flight. She still managed to give me full treatment (wash, cut with layers, blow dry, and iron curl) even with her tight schedule. She even gave me a masterclass on how to curl my hair and how to make my hair healthier. I felt so taken care of and absolutely loved the results! Price was discussed upfront and was less expensive than other options for amazing quality and service. I’ll be sure to see Sandra again whenever I’m back in Boca!

Cheryl Chassman Grateful for Boudi! My long hair was damaged from too many highlights. My hair was so unruly I couldnt even blow dry it into a style. He is a true artist .!! I left there with a very cute and sexy cut and most importantly got rid of all the dead damaged hair. I will be back in 2 weeks for my color correction from a bad experience before. bella spirelli I never leave reviews but felt like this is one of those times that deserved one. I went in to get mushroom/sandy blonde highlights and what I left with was something way better than any picture I could’ve pulled up. Nikki did my hair and the amount of talent this girl has is unmatched. Not only am I so so thrilled with how beautiful my hair turned out, but I’m blown away with how Nikki was able to meticulously design each and every highlight to fit/blend into my already grown out roots. This is hands down the best salone I’ve ever been to. Also just a side note, the owners are so fkn cool and they make you feel so at home. I have definitely found my forever salon!!!!!

Abigail Giancola I recently moved from Missouri and desperately needed a hairstylist. I will preface this review by saying I know absolutely nothing about hair. I chose Ola as my stylist after I saw her photo and thought she had kind eyes-not the best thing to base my decision on, but this was after I had read all the reviews, and realized all of the stylists were exceptionally qualified. Well I was absolutely, without a doubt, blown away. First of all, the salons entire staff is so kind and accommodating. Every single person makes you feel welcomed and really goes the extra mile in every single thing they do. Not only that, but they all seem genuinely happy to be working together. Ola is incredible at what she does-unbelievably skilled and knowledgeable. She also genuinely cares about her clients, and wants to make sure they have the best experience possible…and it REALLY shows!! Up until today, I went to the hair salon twice a year…and was never crazy about it. Ola spent so much time and effort making sure to give me exactly what I wanted. I declined the blow out at first. I’ve never had one-I have a hairdryer at home and can’t stand drying my hair. As she was working on my hair, I was completely floored!! I kept saying “well I could never do this at home”-In retrospect, I realize that was ridiculous to say because these are truly professionals who have trained for years and years to perfect their skill…but up until today, I figured whatever I was doing with my hairdryer was just fine. Now I realize I have no business, even owning a hairdryer. I honestly feel like I could go on and on about how wonderful this experience was. To say it exceeded my expectations in every possible way is an understatement. I cannot believe how great my hair looks. I’ve never felt better about myself after leaving a salon, but I did today! Ola and her team really made me feel beautiful. If you’re looking for a salon that truly cares about what you want and the expertise to give it to you (and so much more) go see them. Guaranteed you will not want to ever go anywhere else.

Zach Glazer I’ve been a regular at Pop Salon for some time now, and I cannot recommend it enough. Beau consistently delivers a fantastic men’s haircut that I’m always very happy with. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, making my visit easy and relaxing. The location and parking make it easy as well. The staff genuinely makes you feel at home. I even appreciated the little touch of being offered a drink during my visit! My mom has become a customer as well. She gets her hair colored regularly and has been extremely happy with the results. She has mentioned numerous times how fun the atmosphere is inside. Pop Salon is definitely worth a visit.

Emily Pearson-Wanberg I called the salon at 10:45 on a Saturday morning, and they were able to fit me in at 11:30 the same day. I did not need to wait for Zach when I arrived for my 11:30 AM appointment. I hadn’t cut my hair in 18 months, so I was very nervous. Zach did an excellent job cutting off my hair as requested, and he thinned it out because I have very thick hair. He was very nice and very gentle. I also had my five month old daughter with me, and Zach was very accommodating and patient while she winded the majority of my hair appointment. I highly recommend Zach at Salon Sora!

Nazia Hafiz I went to the salon because of the positive reviews for Tiffany and was excited after waiting 3 weeks and driving 40 minutes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Tiffany was very unfriendly and barely said a word during the appointment. She ended up doing ash grey instead of the ash blonde I asked for, which was a complete disaster for my hair. Thankfully, Courtney saved the day. When I went back to the salon, she took the time to ask what I wanted, showed me photos to confirm, and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. Her patience and professionalism completely turned around my experience. While I was very disappointed initially, I’m grateful for Courtney’s excellent service.

The owners Jennifer and Robert Maraia make you feel like an honored guest, introducing themselves and offering you something to drink and nosh. The salon is light, bright and white, and elegantly decorated with crystal chandeliers and comfortable modern furniture. I was on vacation and window shopping and couldnt resist stepping in. I was in desperate need of a cut and color correction and Phillipe just happened to have an opening. After working his magic, I was transformed with a chic short hairstyle, and didnt even need a color. He is a true artist! Whether you are a local or visitor, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a fabulous new do! It is the most comfortable salon experience I have ever had.

Alina Fayer They ruined my root color! I started to go monthly to dye my grey hairs and they’ve done an okay job until recently. The last time I went they completely ruined my color. Apparently they ran out of my color and put in a different color on my roots. The results were a noticeably orange color/hue on my roots that completely throws off my brown/blonde ombré hair. To fix the situation they put toner on my roots and made me sit under a heat lamp. I later found out from my stylist back home that this was completely bizarre as this doesn’t make the toner go faster and only ended up drying out my hair. Post toner ‘fix’ I’m still seeing the orange hue on my roots. I have to be in a wedding in a few days and I’m going to look ridiculous because of this. For a salon that prides themselves on getting color right they did a completely awful job in doing that for a simple root touch up.

Maya Mohan I went to Color Connection for the first time yesterday. They were very easy to book with. I had old brassy red highlights. I was looking to go as close to my natural hair color (black) but have some hints of ashy blonde to add some dimension. The salon is spotless, service is great and everyone is very friendly and professional. Mahmut is highly skilled and such a nice guy. He did an amazing job on my hair color. I‘ve gotten many compliments on my hair. Highly recommended. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

She did a stunning balayage for me using three different color shades, and we discussed the color multiple times to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. Throughout the process, she was attentive to every detail, constantly making sure all my requests were addressed. The final result was perfect, just as I envisioned. The salon itself has a glamorous decoration that adds to the overall experience. The atmosphere is friendly, and everyone is kind and accommodating. Cynthia Rodriguez I had my haircut and blow dry with Alex yesterday, and while the salon itself is absolutely stunning, my experience with him was unfortunately not as positive. From the start, I was greeted well, but things quickly took a turn when Alex began making snarky, passive-aggressive comments. It started when I mentioned considering bangs again, I was given a lecture on how high maintenance they are, even though I told him I’d had them before, even showing him pictures of my most recent haircut. It felt like a strange response to a simple inquiry. I also asked him to show me visually how much two inches off would look, and he responded in a way that felt dismissive, implying that as an American, I should already know what two inches looks like. I simply wanted a visual aid, which I think is a reasonable request. Later, when I asked my friend for her opinion, Alex sarcastically asked if I needed her permission. It came off as more awkward than funny, and the comments kept coming, making the whole experience uncomfortable. By the end, I felt so discouraged by the conversation that I barely spoke unless my friend engaged me. The final straw was when Alex told me not to touch my hair too much after the blow dry and made a comment about not feeling so "unique" for doing so. It was uncalled for and really left a bad taste in my mouth. While the haircut itself was great, I won’t be returning. The treatment I received didn’t match the caliber of the salon, and I truly hope Alex doesn’t treat all his clients this way. A good hairstylist should make you feel beautiful and confident, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I’d recommend he work on his communication skills and manners.

Maria M I have been coming to Hairmess for about a year now. I love Alex. My friend recommended him and I wasn’t disappointed! I have graying curly hair that is very hard to style. Alex gives me perfect color and cut every time I come in. Because of his great haircuts my morning routine now is so much easier. He is very creative and really knows his stuff. He is sharp, has good taste and a nice sense of humor. I like to ask his advice and give him creative freedom.
