Rebecca Postick This place is the best place hands down and I recommend it to everyone that I know. My color Master is turned my blonde hair into a beautiful ruby red ombre color Im hoping that the photos will prove that to you I have gone nowhere else and I have been coming here since 2018 and this is the only place that I will ever go. I am more than impressed I am actually speechless!

Stacy Brooks Worst haircut ever. Used thinning shears on my entire haircut and pulled my hair out the whole time. I told her I was growing out an old pixie and wanted to leave the length. Obviously she didnt understand that concept. She cut one part on the top of my head down to about an inch from my scalp and it wont lay down now. I am on vacation and dont even want to go outside. Very upsetting.

Kaitlin Norris Amazing work! The color and cut came out beautifully! I did notice not all of my hair got dye on it, But overall I love it! Great shape and she made it inch lighter for the hottest month! Will be coming back ❤️

Jory Zona First time I went in with Olympia she was great. Went in today with Joel for a trim and basically got my head shaved. Back of my head has nothing blended, around the ears wasn’t trimmed evenly. Completely unhappy with my haircut. Only checked if I liked it once on the side and after all the hair on the back was already gone. Won’t be coming back.

Josh Sarpu Got a mid-fade from Angel last week. Was a great hair cut and great experience. All of the staff were very friendly. The shop was very clean and organized. I will definitely continue going there from now on and would definitely recommend it.

DHill Strong I am so glad I found Rachael to cut my hair! She does an absolutely amazing job every single time, and I am always so pleased with the outcome. Rachael is not only incredibly skilled but also such a friendly and approachable person. She makes the whole experience enjoyable, and its so easy to get along with her and have a great conversation. Crystal Dunaway Yall.need to get a grip on your expectations in life! Or maybe, find a hair braiding robot!? Was.she.loud on her phone most of the time, yes! Was she late, yes! Did she eat.at.meal times,. yes! She is human! Did she do a great job, hell yes!!! Yesterday, me and my daughter had appointments to get our hair box braided with hair and that woman had us there from 11 am until after 1 am doing our hair! Thats 14 hours!!!! 14 hours out of her precious life and time! At a great price!!! And she was amazing! And, LASTLY, if she was rude to you, maybe you were rude first or didnt approach her correctly! She is very professional and kind so maybe for those who wanna say she was rude, you truly need to look at yourself and evaluate that situation again! Anyways, thank you SO VERY MUCH MISS B B !

Patience Alston BB is not only extremely talented, she has such a big heart. She can literally look at a picture and duplicate it braid for braid. Her prices are extremely reasonable especially compared to less talented. Ive been a customer of BBs for 6 years. She is worth the wait!

dayana centeno I want to share my terrible experience at this establishment. I went to get braids and from the first moment the service showed a noticeable lack of professionalism. The person in charge did not follow my instructions and instead of executing the requested style, she applied her own criteria, also using a hot appliance on me that caused me severe discomfort along with the pulling and pressure on the braids, which increased by the minute. The discomfort was so much that it made me cry. It is unfortunate that, when paying for a service, you expect respectful and professional treatment, and on this occasion, the experience was completely deficient. I sincerely hope that this review serves to review and improve the procedures, since the well-being of the client must be a priority. For all the above, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Justme. This salon is amazing all because of my stylist Nina. I have recently moved here from out of state and was not looking forward to find someone to cut and color my hair. Well I lucked out finding this place! No more searching for me! Nina is the best she is a true artist. I would give her 10 stars! Awesome!

dj hall I adore Vonda. She has been helping me have fun with color (first pink and now a cool blue/purple) while I go through some tough medical treatments. She is a true artist. I always get compliments on my hair, and it is still so soft even with the bleaching and coloring I constantly put it through. Vonda is dedicated to making sure you are happy with her service and always goes the extra mile. She is in high demand, but if you can book her you wont regret it.

Lisa Young My daughter just got her hair cut there. I paid for a wash, deep conditioning, cut and style. THEY CUT OFF ALL HER HAIR DRY AND DID NOT STYLE IT WHATSOEVER ‼️ NEVER AGAIN! Buyer Beware!!!

Ameria Jones I ended up running late due to getting the wrong address, but they were very forgiving and started on my hair right away. Gave me a relaxing wash and blowout and the braiding process was not bad either. I felt they worked very quickly and efficiently and the cost of the style was very reasonable. Will be coming again!

Sally Giovinazzo Michael has been here for 5 months. I called him and he said to come over and discuss what I wanted and he got right on it the same day. Color foils, high and low lights and a cut. Get conditioning and toning. I looked a mess with grey roots growing out. 5 minutes from where I live.

Kesha O My stylist Ms. Kim was over 15mins late. The shop is in bad condition & extremely hot. Their is a slight odor that hits you when you walk in. The furniture is worn out dated & tacky! My experience was horrible she talked about death the whole while she did my hair. I arrived at 10am left at 2pm for an hair do I could have did better at home. Talking about she has acrylic brushes that look older than me. She has no technigue or sense of style. The other male stylist does great hair. Which made her look even worse as a stylist. Had the audacity to say I can switch stylist must definitely darling. Cant propely blow out your hair beginners perform better!

Diamond McIntosh I went to Bernie... worst experience ever.. I came at 9 in the morning and left at 12:55 no one was in front of me. When I left my hair smelled so burnt. “I just knew he burnt my hair out”. To no surprise I washed my hair and it was literally just coming out my head. I have very curly hair. To add some of my hair no longer curled so I had to cut the straight pieces out.. I’ve been natural going on 3 years. So to have this type of damage was very unsettling for me. My curls pattern also changed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NOR WILL I BE COMING BACK... I have a huge following. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this to avoid damage being made to their hair as well.

Lynda James Arrived at 1 oclock appointment on time. Spoke no one said hi or acknowledged me. Finally said I had a 1 oclock with Bernie who then looked at me but said nothing. He walked over to address two women nearby saying "Im going to rinse you out then curl you". He said nothing to me but was clearly not going to get to me anytime soon. I got up and left. So unprofessional and no customer service. Waste of time. Sounded so friendly on the phone!

Jennifer Barrett I have been going to Alyse for a few years now. I found her through my mom who also goes to her as well. She is amazing she listens to what you want done and she is always on time when I arrive for my appoinment and is fast and efficient. She has been the best hair dresser that I ever have had. I am picky on who I let touch my hair. She has me as a lifelong customer. I also own a business myself and I referred one of my clients to her and she thought she was amazing. If you have not gone there before you need to. I would give her a ten star review if Google gave me the option to.
