Christina Lupo Definitely my new favorite nail salon! The owners are so kind and really treated me like royalty. It was amazing! My nails were done to perfection. I truly love this place and will continue to go back!

Susan Thornton The staff at the salon are professional and friendly. They take care in providing services and their contagious personalities make the whole experience. Each have their own personal strengths so upfront service requests from patrons will increase satisfaction in results. When the shop owners decided to open their own shop- we waited several months for service because it is so individualized. The shop is clean, comfortable and had new and top of the line equipment. There are just enough product selection to make sure you get what you want. I won’t go anywhere else as long as they are open for business.

Sarah Holguin My mother and I stopped in today, with no appointment, and we were taken almost immediately for pedicures. Hannah and Nina did a fantastic job overall. The color selection is great which is a big plus. We will definitely be back for our next pedicure. My only complaint is on the website it shows a Spa Pedicure is $35 and includes gel polish but it’s actually $35 + $15 for gel, which is fine but not quite what we expected.

Yolanda M I don’t get my nails done much I was looking today and decided to try blessings for the 1st time. My daughter and I got our nails done for Christmas. We went later in the evening they took both of us at the same time. The staff were really sweet gave me and my daughter a drink and candy. Our nails turned out how we told them. They took their time balancing the product (which is not easy) & he even finished with the most unique snowflake art. Cheryl Phillips It was a joy going to Stunning Beauty by Nina/Nam and having my brows tattooed. I was amazed how they turned out. I am very pleased. I went in with hardly any brows at all and came out looking and feeling beautiful. Nam did such a great job. If anyone asks me where did you get your brows done I will tell them Stunning Beauty by Nina/Nam. Nam made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

So far So good Nam/Nina has a very gently touch on her works. I almost fall asleep when she was working on my eyebrows. And I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Emma Isabella Im overall pretty disappointed with my experience here, which is surprising considering I looked at the reviews and review photos before deciding to come to this salon. For $75, the quality of the nails I received was subpar. For starters, when I booked my appointment, I booked it with a specific nail tech. When I arrived, the nail tech I requested was doing someone elses nails and I got someone different to do my nails. The thing that disappointed me the most about the nails that I got was the fact that they were very uneven and misshapen, and this nail salon didnt have enough materials to do the design I wanted. I wanted very simple silver rhinestones on my nails, and the nail tech agreed to do it and proceeded to do the design. It wasnt until AFTER majority of the rhinestones were glued on that they tell me they did not have enough silver ones to do the rest of my nails. I was a bit disappointed but they asked if it was okay if they could use pink rhinestones to complete the design. I said that was fine, and it would have been completely fine if they were glued on symmetrically like the rest of my nails. The placement of the rhinestones on my ring finger were completely unsymmetrical compared to my other fingers. Speaking of dissymmetry, the overall shape and length of my nails was also lacking. I asked for almond and what I got on some of my fingers was a misshapen oval. My right pinky finger is a completely different length than my left. I just dont understand the lack of quality control, especially since Im paying $75. What I also dont understand is I literally watched the other nail tech double checking the clients nail length to make sure they were even. But mine did not do that for me... The only positives I can say about this salon is that they were pleasant, they had a cute dog, and the color of my nails did turn out cute and is exactly what I wanted. Other than that Im pretty sad about my experience here and the price I paid.

Kayla Byrnes Great experience!!! Max did a fantastic job. A year ago I went to a different salon and was cut up pretty bad ( I wont name the salon) I swore i would never get them done again. But max was so gentle and kind the entire time. Extremely easy to talk to and did an amazing job with shaping my nails just right. 10/10 would recommend, and I will most definitely be back!

Brandy Bohlman First time going here and hands down one of the best nail experiences! Max was so attentive to how I wanted my nails and continued to check in with me to make sure that I was happy with the shape and color! I also enjoy how it’s scheduled by appointment only so that way you’re not feeling rushed while getting them done. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely be going back!

Lonelle Ordway Been going here for a few years now and I love this place. They are super open to feedback and work hard to make their clients happy. I love how peaceful it is with only 2 technicians and they are consistently adding new products to offer. I also like that I can get in and out in about an hour if I don’t want anything elaborate.

Linda Holley I’m so happy to say I found a place to get my nails/feet done that I will be happy returning to. From when I stepped in and was greeted with a smile to the time and effort the tech put into my pedicure I felt like a valued customer. That is hard to find nowadays. Great customer service!!

Cheyenne Knopes I typically don’t leave negative reviews anywhere, but I went back to see Carol three times to fix my nails and they still look terrible. The first time, they were so thick and the gel was not done right, so the polish immediately started scraping off. The second time, they put a clear coat over my already messed up nails and they messed up by the time I made it home. The third time, she fixed one of the tips by just adding a layer of polish and then doing another clear coat, which made them look awful and the clear coat is again coming off. This was all within a few days. My total was $135 and of course I tipped, so I definitely expect my nails to look awesome and last 2+ weeks for that price. I’m super disappointed and will not be back. The atmosphere and salon itself is nice, but for the price you pay, you do not get quality nails. After three trips, I would’ve expected a solution and not for them to still be awful. Photos are from the third time being “fixed”..

Dottie Rance I had knee surgery four days ago. But because of circumstances, I couldn’t get a pedicure before the day of surgery. I did not get the name of the gentleman that did my pedicure, but he was very gentle and he did a great job and then I had my eyebrows done and of course I didn’t get her name either but she did a phenomenal job on my eyebrows. This is definitely the place I will be going to. I did try other places previously, but this one is the best

Bionca Campbell If I could leave 0 stars I would! I didn’t get what I asked for because he couldn’t accomplish the style. I allowed him to freestyle the jewels with high hopes! Immediately upon getting in my car the jewels started to pop off and hair is sticking to the nail from the glue he put on last minute!! This shouldn’t be happening considering I paid $220 for this set! It was done by David! And they were basically harassing me to leave a good review especially Carol! Don’t go to this place! The customer service is nice but the service itself is merely nice at a glance!

Kate Houser I’ve been to CT nails 3 times now. Jennie is my favorite nail tech. She is also polite and professional. She takes her time and goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy. Every time I’m getting my nails done by her, multiple clients are always coming into the salon asking if they can get serviced by her. The salon is also very clean and smells nice. They are always doing promos and for the holidays they were giving out free lotions when you checked out.

Tammie Richter I went to CT Nails in mid-January for the first time in several years to have gel polish applied over my natural nails. Within three days, the polish started chipping so badly that I had to remove it. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I returned on February 13, explained what happened, and had the gel polish reapplied. Unfortunately, about seven days later, the polish began chipping again, and by day ten, it was lifting and peeling off in sheets. On the 11th or 12th day, I went back to the salon to show them what was happening, thinking they might be able to figure out the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, the first thing I was told was that they couldn’t offer a discount because I had waited more than ten days to complain. The manager was so focused on denying me a discount that he completely ignored the fact that my polish was peeling off. I repeatedly explained that I wasn’t there for a discount—I just wanted to understand why this was happening since it had now happened twice. The manager then offered to redo my nails, but only at full price. Even after I agreed to this, one of the employees started telling me all the reasons why it was my fault the gel wasn’t lasting, as if I’d never had gel nails before. She also suggested I should have gotten dip instead. I initially planned to return for a third attempt, but after leaving, I realized I had no confidence that the results would be any different. Rather than paying again for another poor experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Problem solved.

I have been to several in the Crestview area and have had nothing but horrible experiences. Not to mention they can do just about any design you want and they do it better than I could expect! I cannot speak anything negatively about Jenny’s, they will have me as a forever customer for sure!

I was desperately searching for a salon that could accommodate a birthday party with food and drinks and lots of services. Sofis ABSOLUTELY came through. Decided to try this place out and it is hands down the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life and the best manicure/dip experience! Not a single cut, they took their time, shape was perfect and they make sure you love it before you leave. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful as well. As if that’s not enough I took my daughter for her 7th birthday and they made my little girls birthday nails before vaca a dream come true for her! Lin I had an appointment at this salon but ended up walking out after waiting over 25 minutes to be serviced. If appointments aren’t going to be honored, what’s the point of scheduling one? If I had shown up that late to my appointment, I wouldn’t have been serviced—yet I was expected to sit and wait without any explanation or apology. What made this experience even more upsetting was that, while I was waiting, two other women walked in and were immediately serviced. I couldn’t help but notice that I was the only non-white person there, and it left me questioning whether that might have influenced the situation. Overall, this was an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

mandy sidhu Unimpressed with the customer service. I called in advance, and made an appointment for a Saturday. First, the receptionist called me and said it was a mistake and asked me to come in Friday instead. Not a problem, I agreed. I got to my appointment ten minutes early. I checked in, and the woman yelled something (I assume the technician’s name) and told me to wait and have a seat. I waited over 20 mins. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a beverage, etc. I was not given an update. I was the only person waiting while there were at least 3 people at the reception desk the whole time. Two people did come in while I was waiting and were ushered to their technician right away. I finally asked how much longer, and the receptionist told me it was another 10-20mins. I don’t mind waiting about 15 mins for an appointment, but over 30 is ridiculous for a scheduled appointment. There was no apology nor an explanation. I chose to not wait any longer, and take my business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing. I’m sure they do great work, but this is absolutely not in line with the kinds of businesses I would like to support.

Emily McGhee I was extremely hopeful for this to have been a great experience, but unfortunately it was not. I went in to have a manicure and dip polish done on my nails. After talking with the tech I decided to try builder gel. She stated that she wasn’t super comfortable doing the dip so I went with the service that she said she felt more confident performing. My time in the salon was wonderful, but my nails looked far from perfect. I decided not to say anything about it until they started peeling off and chipping less than 48 hours later after I had been told they’d last for at least a couple of weeks. I reached out to the salon and was told they could re do them for me, but when I asked for a refund after stating that I wouldn’t have a babysitter again this week for my kids I was told they don’t give refunds.

Cody Rowan I just received a 120 minute deep tissue massage from Shauna. When I came in, I had so much pain, discomfort and tension built up in my body, generally located in the upper body. I was so uncomfortable and in constant pain. Following my massage with her, I feel so refreshed. The tension I had built up over months had melted away. My range of motion appeared to be in better condition as well. During the massage she demonstrated expertise knowledge and understanding in her practice. While she performed amazing work on my body, she was a very personable and relatable human being. This massage, by far, was one of the absolute BEST massages I had ever had done. I highly recommend her, and I’m looking forward to making this a routine practice with her! Thank you so much for making me feel brand new!

Mary wood I am so in love with my lash extensions. This is my first set and Laila exceeded my expectations. She walked me through what to expect throughout the process. Answered my questions fully, maintained a great bedside manner. Created conversation and even allowed me to sleep and enjoy the quiet. Beauty takes time. I appreciated her attention to detail and that she didn’t rush. I’m 51 years old and I am so very happy that Laila took the time to hear to my concerns and gave me an elegant set of classic lashes. Expectations were expressed so when I left, I knew how to clean them, brush them, and told not to worry if a few fell out. It’s the same with hair extensions. Thank you for a great experience. I’ll see you in 4 weeks.

Danielle Lawson They were nice but they tore up 3 of my fingers with the file & there’s also chucks of acrylic under a few of my nails. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time so I didn’t think to ask them to clean the underneath of the nails but my hands were so sore for 2 days so I don’t think I’ll be back :/ I’m new to the area and went off their good reviews but did not enjoy my experience. And the card machine doesn’t have correct tip percentages. Idk if that’s under they managements control it may be the machine but I thought it was worth noting.

James Jenkins Heres the story. I walk in with my buddy. We get sat in massage chairs while our feet soaked. Pam 1 attacked my feet and calves. She made me very comfortable. She handed me off to Pam 2. Pam 2 did the grooming of 50 year old feet that were never touched by man. My buddy finished her pedi off with toe nail polishing. Top notch service. Plan on making this a monthly deal.

Nicole Prien Facility was filthy and I did not notice until we had already started receiving our pedicures. Nails were cut too short and left crooked, even after I asked the tech to fix the corner of one of my big toes he continued to cut down the opposite side, making it more crooked. The polish is super uneven and my nails were left rough. Somehow he got nail polish up the side of my foot and was very sloppy.

Rachelle Fleming I called to make an appointment and they said they were available. I brought my little sister in to get both of our nails done before she goes to school, she got acrylic which turned out good. I got dip powder and man she tore my nails up! They’re super sore today, red and swollen...I tipped 20% because well I’m nice but I’m super disappointed in how my nails came out. Paid over $100 for the both of us and she was doing both of our nails at the same time so it took twice the time. You might ask, “how is that possible” but she literally would start a little on mine and switch to hers (back n forth). I totally get the staff shortage but she was obviously rushing and maybe thought we didn’t have money to tip or something. It’s a bummer because we won’t be coming back. It’ll take a good week or so for the finger cuts to heal.

Bethany Hansen Pam absolutely killed my almond shaped spooky Halloween nails. We kept it classy yet fun. I would highly recommend this place. She does incredible work and is very detail oriented. Had to go back and update this after I got home and realized how terrible the actual acrylic was. All up in my skin and cuticles. Would not recommend. I think the owners husband did the acrylic.

Makayla Merritt I came here to get my nails done before I left for disney . Awful experience. She cut every single one of my fingers . They are so swollen , she made the nails so thic that I felt like I had 5 pound weights on my fingers . I removed as soon as I got home . So here I am at Disney with awful nails and pain .

Stormy Shoffner Not happy with my experience at all. Not only did the look of the manicure turn out hideous, but I t was hands down the most painful manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. I’ve had my nails done many times and I’ve never had a nail tech complain about my hands being to tense in my life as much as this establishment did. I was relaxed as anyone possibly could be while getting their fingers cut up. The nail tech was becoming visibly upset and in return making me feel a ton of anger which caused me to become even more tense. If you want to treat yourself to some relaxation and self care this is not the place to go. Go to Jenny’s ALL of the nail techs in Jenny’s are amazing, I left Jenny’s with the most gorgeous set I’ve ever had in my life, no pain and super smooth hands from the sugar scrub.

sheryl ross New owners. Its called Blessing Nails now. Have gotten severe toe fungus with double in grown toe nail on one foot on the big toe since pedicure. Extremely painful and will have to have the in grown toe nails corrected by physician.

Got us in and out and did such a great job and we’re very friendly. They both made sure my girls were happy and that it was exactly what they wanted! Really appreciate this service! Charisah Collinsworth Linda is the best nail tech here! I will never stop raving about her or recommending her to everyone I know. (You must make an appointment with her in advance, but it is well worth it). I will never go to another nail salon, and id follow Linda wherever she goes! She carries on great conversation but is also comfortable in silence when you just need a moment alone away from everything. She can do any length, color, design ect. She is the only person I trust to do dip on my natural nails, as well as full set acrylic. I highly recommend paying her a visit.

Natasha M It’s been three weeks since I got a full set here and none of my nails were lifting at all. They still looked so good but I needed a fill and wanted to change the color. Once again, great job! I’m so happy with the result. I am a waitress and during these 3 weeks I have been fishing, kayaking, weightlifting, etc so I am ROUGH on my hands. Angie Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. I didn’t get the name of the man who did my manicure but he wasn’t gentle at all, was clearly in a rush, was jerking my hand around and stabbing me with his long nails, didn’t ask me any questions on shape and cut down, not even lotion after. The guy who did my pedicure was GREAT, but I will not be coming back here at all. Pregnant, and emotional I tried having a relaxing experience and just got met with someone who didn’t want to be there at all. So upsetting!

Elaina Burruel (i think his name was john) but he did such a great job on my pedicure! he took his time and i loved the outcome, he was very nice!! I will definitely be back and make an appointment with him each time, On the other hand, Im very happy with how my full set looks. very pretty and i would recommend on that part. i got it from one of the ladies, but do feel like I was overcharged paying $136 for gel pedicure and a full set.. unless a full set is $95+? and was given the silent treatment lol.. i got a gel manicure and full set confused so when i confirmed it was a full set i was wanting the ladies didnt seem very happy about that and one mocked what my response was about getting them mixed up. it was just a weird vibe but overall, toes and nails came out nicely. i paid $35 for toes and somehow everything came out to $135 and i still gave a good tip.

Arrianna I have been coming here for many years. They are super nice and do a great job! Even though I know I am not the best client because when I get there usually in 2-3 month increments my feet are jacked up. And honey they put In work. I have bunions, calluses and dry feet(no corns) bottom of my feet is a map from the months passed. Ive recieved pedicures, manicures, full sets, dip and lashes and I am never disappointed. In fact once I messed up my lashes *sleeping* wild and they fixed them next day no extra charge. Great people!!! Wish they would start back giving those eggrolls they use to offer before covid... they where amazing!! And yes Ive tried several other salons in the past and everytime was very disappointed. Now I will just wait to get to them. On top of it all the prices are very reasonable- so you know I tip well!!!!

Theresa Mordecai The worst manicure I have ever gotten. Only a cheap paper napkin on table, I had a dip. My fingers were colored up to first knukle, she used an acrylic clear polish, I chose a mauve powder color from the sample sheet, the color ended up bright pink. The girl dropped a utensil on the floor and used it to stir the powder! I was not given given the opprtunity to wash my hands or any lotion. I left with a terrible pink color on my nails, purplish stained fingers, and grity residue on my hands

eLLLe bEE Apparently they cant do nail repairs, have no white tips and arent able to do fill-ins with powder gel....there was no one in the salon when I walked in except for one technician & without even fully hearing what I was looking to get done she informed me that she cant help me. Seriously? Cant or dont want to? Is that a good way to greet a paying customer? Or was I too dark...? This is the kind of service you get in Crestview, FL aka "Crestucky". If not for the military bases being so close to this town, none of these so-called businesses would survive--especially with that kind service. Ill take my money & referrals elsewhere!

Liz Davidson Elegant Nails definitely deserves four stars! I came in for my birthday to get acrylics. Sy does a wonderful job and has great attention to detail. I was entertained the whole time and we always share good laughs! Sy is a true artist.

mikaela adams I have never been before and a friend wanted to try it. When I went in I had dip powder on my nails and the man told me I would have to pick a dark nail polish to cover it up because he didn’t have time to take it off. So then I asked if he could just do a fill and blend it. My nails are now three different colors and all different shapes. Awful!!!! Will NOT be going back

Pamela Salazar Honestly this is the place to go. Little whole in the wall. The store owners were super friendly and like to get to know their customers. If you go there you will return because of how kind they will treat you. Its little and you might have to wait if you dont have an appointment, but they will take you in swiftly. They were honest about their prices and werent sugar coating what would be the best option. My nails look really cute and at a very cheap price. I really love this place. Im planning on moving from Crestview, but I will definitely come back just to get my nails done.Going back for a pedicure for sure.

Beth and Zube Zubia Clean, friendly, quick, priced right. I saw their overall review was a 3.9 so I had to did to see why. Im the part year theyve only had 5 stars so I thought Id try them. Smart move! We will be back!!?

Virginia Ryals They were quick and did an overall good job, but there were many pieces of equipment and decor that were worn out. My biggest complaint is the quality of the gel polish. It barely lasted a week. Usually mine last 3 weeks and its still hard to get off. I feel like the gel was a waste of my money at this location.

Crafty850 The little man at the front desk is very rude and aggressive for no reason. As I look at the reviews Im not alone with my experience with him. He will be the reason customers turn away. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Shae I had a great visit. I didnt expect much because of the reviews but Anna did an amazing job. Ill definitely return plus shes extremely fast. My fill was done in 20 minutes and its flawless!

Kim Joy Do NOT!!!! My nails look a hot mess. Came for dip power with tip. Dip power was used but she did not dip my nails. She used acrylic mixed with dip. I was paying more for dip because I’m allergic to acrylic. It also looked horrible. She should be ashamed of herself. She did remove & refund payment. I would not recommend this salon

Bri Tripp Always so kind and welcoming even when busy. My wait is never too long and Anna has done a phenomenal job thats held up against time. I could have easily gone another week between fills!
