1 /5 mandy sidhu: Unimpressed with the customer service. I called in advance, and made an appointment for a Saturday. First, the receptionist called me and said it was a mistake and asked me to come in Friday instead. Not a problem, I agreed. I got to my appointment ten minutes early. I checked in, and the woman yelled something (I assume the technician’s name) and told me to wait and have a seat. I waited over 20 mins. I wasn’t asked if I wanted a beverage, etc. I was not given an update. I was the only person waiting while there were at least 3 people at the reception desk the whole time. Two people did come in while I was waiting and were ushered to their technician right away. I finally asked how much longer, and the receptionist told me it was another 10-20mins. I don’t mind waiting about 15 mins for an appointment, but over 30 is ridiculous for a scheduled appointment. There was no apology nor an explanation. I chose to not wait any longer, and take my business elsewhere. It’s very disappointing.
I’m sure they do great work, but this is absolutely not in line with the kinds of businesses I would like to support.
