As soon as I walked in the front door for my first full set I felt so comfortable! Natalie is is exceptional, down to earth, friendly, sweet and so educated when it comes to nails. Pricing is great for the quality of work and I dont mind paying when I know I can go 3-4 weeks without loosing a nail or having to worry and I never had any issues. I love the quality, artistic creativity and recommend to all of my family & friends! Thank you for what you do!

Susan Parker I was referred to Yolanda by a friend. I scheduled a facial with dermaplane, brow shaping and aroma hand treatment. I was a little nervous about the dermaplane but Yolanda was so gentle. It was evident that she is very experienced in her field and enjoys making others feel and look good. She is a genuinely sweet and caring person. The entire experience was fantastic. She massaged me from head to fingertips and I was so relaxed when I left. The hand treatment even relieved my arthritis. Yolandas she-shed spa setup is great. Its very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I really liked that its so private. I will definitely be going back.

Angela V I had micro blade done on my eyebrows. Bridgett never said my previous eyebrow tattoos were a concern because I had them done in 2008. While I was still there I said I was not happy with their shape . Bridgette made two adjustments but I still was not happy . She said she could do a touch up for additional money and to pay her cash for the touch up. An hour after I left I texted her that my eyebrows were too light and again she mentioned the touch up. As I said have had my eyebrows done before with someone else and had a great result with no touch up needed. No refund offered and no response to my concerns from Bridgett except to offer the touch up for additional money.

Reva Nrwton This was my first visit, and I had Liz. She was very pleasant in the beginning but became very aggressive using to much pressure. I asked her to be easier and that she had made a small cut on my toe. She wasnt happy about my comment and proceeded to discuss how large my feet were. This is horrible customer service. On a good note, her foot massages were amazing, and prices were good. I wont return.

Christy C I havent been this happy with my nails (or any nail technician) in very long time! I called on a Saturday with no appointment and she called me back after one of her (awesome) clients said she was ok with pushing her appointment time. She made the hot mess nails (that I had done somewhere else over 2 weeks before) look fabulous! Deanna Seehaus I will say that my nail tech was very kind and professional. She misunderstood what I was asking for. I wanted the Coffin shape and she gave me the ballerina shape. The ballerina shape is way to small for my fingers. The nails are slightly lumpy and doesn’t fully cover my nail bed. I will say she made them to stay on and not pop off. Good job

Oylum Wilkins DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! they are extremely unprofessional. They accept every customer that comes walk in even though someone else has appointment. I started to go this place because I recently moved to Palm Bay. I got appointment two times and every time when I go there, they told me that I have to wait 30 minutes. My time is valuable. also the last time When I went there, I got gel fill and 30 my nails were broken within a week, which never happened before with any other place. Long short, do not go this place. They do not deserve to be in business. You have to respect customers time!!!

Jackie Daxton I had never had a pedicure before. It turned out to be such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! The staff were welcoming and guided me through the process, explaining everything in detail to make me feel at ease. They took great care to ensure I was comfortable, paying close attention to every step of the pedicure. My feet felt so soft and refreshed afterward, and the polish was applied perfectly. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the time and care they took. For my first time, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’m so glad I tried it and will definitely return.

Jelecia If I could give 0 stars I would and thats all because of the gentleman that works there. The woman was wonderful and polite. Although the pedicure wasnt the best I had, she was kind and shes the only reason I tipped. He was rough and rushed through the process. He didnt properly file my natural nails before putting the DND dip on, which I told him he could file them or clip them. I have very long nails. By the end of the appointment he wasnt going to shape them which I told him he could either do a coffin or square. He said, "You said you wanted coffin." I said no, I said either or. He told me they wouldnt be perfect because of my natural nails. I told him either way the nails werent shaped but were different sizes and Ive been to other shops and they had no problems doing my natural nails and they came out perfect. He sat back down and shaped them but my natural nails are hanging from under the dip because he didnt shape them, so he polishes my nail with gel. One of the tops of the nails has gel on it. It looks terrible underneath and from the sides of my nails. If youre looking at them from the top they look great. This man has no idea how to do nails. Ill be coming back in a few weeks to get this removed and thats it.

Tenisha Johnson Making the appointment was easy... The staff was nice... Shop was clean... On 5/30/23 I came in for a acrylic fill and polish changes on my toes, my husband got a pedicure and my daughter got a full gell set. I was happy when I left. However, its a weekend and half later and 5 of my nails have come completely off and damaging my actual nails. They didnt break or crack the acrylic and the tips came off!!!!!!!! Ive NEVER experienced anything like this... I thought it was the acrylic, but my daughter got gels and the same thing happened!!!! I can go a month before needing a fill so only having my nails in place for a week is NOT ACCEPTABLE ! NOT TO MENTION MY FINGERS ARE INCREDIBLY SORE!!! AND ONE OF MY NAIL BEDS IS NOW DAMAGED!!! I will not be returning !!!! ALL NAIL SALONS ARENT THE SAME!!!

Gina Bishard Brought my daughter here, she got a fill and multiple colors. I got a full set with silver glitter french. Turned out beautifully. Very happy with the service and their patience with me picking out a color, lol! I do like this place but after a full set (returning a few days later for fix) plus 3x going to get fills, my nails were never shaped right, always crooked and misshaped, and only 1 coat of clear gel, which fades in a few days. I tip very well, and gave him a few chances, but Im moving on.

Lolo G. I first went there for a simple acrylic set and one of they guy doing my nails was extremely rude, when i asked for a certain shape, he decided to do his own thing and give me a whole different shape. I was disappointed but i just brushed it off as him just being the problem. And not too long agao I gave them a second shot, the lady was actually very nice and sweet but AGAIN she gave me a different shape, the nails were lumpy and it did not look like what I asked for. (even though I showed her the picture of what I wanted). She was rushing through it even though I was the only person there. On top of that she asked me 50 DOLLARS for the set. Which I found is very unfair in my opinion. Anyways this is just to say that if you want to do your nails there save your money and get it done somewhere else. I BEG.

Cory Pommerencke So today I decided to try out a new nail salon. I got a fill and a pedicure. I didn’t notice til I got home because it was very dark in the salon that my feet could have used another coat of black gel nail polish and most of my toe nails didn’t get fully polished. My 10 year old daughter could have painted my toes better. Also the hot towels they used for the pedicure didn’t smell very clean. Very potent musty smell to them. I’m very disappointed considering how much I spent and how much I tipped. Wasn’t very happy with the quality of my nails either. The length from hand to hand didn’t match compared to the other fingers, some longer and some shorter. It’s not like they were busy either. At one point I was the only person in the salon. I will never go back here. I recommend you save your money too and go elsewhere.

P G I was in last week for a pedicure. I had been once before and Amy did a wonderful job. When I walked into easy nails for my second pedicure, I noticed the interior had been totally remodeled- it was beautiful with all new chairs. Amy did my pedicure again, and did another amazing job. I think I fell asleep :) Amy is great and it’s beautiful inside !

Taylor Devaney I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I visited another salon earlier today, but I had to rush out before they started because I was called into work. They didn’t have any more openings until next week, so I booked an appointment with Easy Nails for later in the evening. I always choose places to go based on reviews, and I saw this place had 4.1 stars, so I decided to give it a try. Not going to lie, when I got to the parking lot, I looked at photos in the reviews and was terrified. Some of the pictures look terrible. I’m not sure how people were okay leaving like that. But then again, I am VERY picky about my nails. I have a specific shape I like, that no one ever seems to get right, and they must be a certain thickness, etc. I debated leaving before even walking in. This nail salon is very basic. It’s no luxury salon by any means, but don’t let that deter you. I would argue that these are some of the best nails I’ve ever had. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, the ombré, which other salons seem to having trouble doing. The shape, which I always ask for and no one gets right, was PERFECT. These nails are almost flawless, which is a huge compliment coming from someone who is so picky.

I told my lady that my thumb nail splits all the time and she took extra time to apply a bit of SNS dip powder to make it stronger and it hasnt split for a month now! My new go-to salon - thank you!

Sarah Wilkins Comfy chairs is the only plus about this place. Went in for a pedicure, we were the only ones there, the manager was only person in there, he called someone and she came right away to do my pedicure. Didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted just started the pedicure. She cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut or just filed. She was rough with the file under my nails. All she did was scrub the bottom of my feet and put scrub on my calves with a 30 sec rubbing it in then rinsed it, put a hot towel then painted my nails unprofessionally. I didnt get a foot massage or ask how I liked it. I have dry spots on my door still, cuticles that need cut. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Chelsey Rayne Abigail Hess DIRTY. UNPROFESSIONAL. SHODDY. ZERO STARS. Came in for a fill, the lady who did the fill drilled into my nail beds and hurt me several times, she also put on a color I picked (to test it) before taking off the old product, and ended up drilling off my old color with uncured gel color that got into her drill bit making it harder for her to get the old product off. She didnt get all of the old gel off. The shape of my nails wasnt asked or done in any respect, they are uneven from one side to another and went from a coffin shape to some sort of loppy rounded squoval. The gel was put on in glops where I came home with uncured nails that smudged, flaked, and looked like Id just been through a tractor pull. The gel she put on also flooded my cuticles, and I have glitter stuck on my skin. Also, the interior of the shop was pretty dirty, and the nail tools that they used didnt look clean. The stations have seen better days and also had a lot of drilled off products built up in the corners. It didnt seem sanitary and gave me the creeps. Im never going back, Id give zero stars if I could. The nail tech was also unprofessional in that she kept bringing up politics and made some borderline racist comments.

Renee I have found my new favorite nail salon. I have been looking high and low for someplace that can do shorter acrylic nails, have them stay on, still keep them relatively thin, and not burn me or make me bleed during the actual manicure… This is apparently a challenge in the Nail world. Cyndie has done my nails twice now, and they are absolutely amazing! She keeps them thin enough that I can actually pick things up off the floor (most ladies understand when I say that they pass “the coin test“) I also have had zero issues with them lifting or coming off. I use my hands a lot and they’re in and out of chemicals all day… zero issues! I uploaded a picture of my most recent manicure – I brought her in a picture of what I wanted and she even added some beautiful additional details! Great job!

Heather McCully Would give zero stars if I could. Signed up for mani Pedi and couldnt stay for manicure, it was such a bad environment. Elderly couple owns the place or runs the place? Female was sleeping behind the counter for about half hour, when she woke up she turned her phone to speakerphone very loud and was broadcasting her conversation for all to hear. Elderly man takes his cigarette break in front of open door to salon so we can all enjoy the smoke!! Not relaxing or "Classy" in the least bit. Not a good way to do business Young man doin the pedicure was nice and understood why I cancelled the manicure, I think he was embarrassed Pedicure $65 tipped $20 will never go back.

Kenya Fenelus I am still looking for a good nail tech in Palm Bay and found this place online. The men were very nice and polite. However, apparently only the older lady does the designs. I asked for the curve french tips. I tried to explain to her that she made the white too thick. She gave an attitude and was not receptive to anything I was saying. So I left there extremely dissatisfied. My nails looks horrible so I wont be back.

She was helpful with choosing color and did an excellent job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Very reasonably priced as well. She gained a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

KATHLEEN OLIVE I use to live in the area and then moved away for five years and just returned to Palm Bay two weeks ago, best part is being close to Classy Nails again! So happy to see the quality of work, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere hasn’t changed! Highly recommend them!
