5 /5 Christine Meyer: I usually do not write reviews, but this is my second time here and this time was amazing. I had come years ago and it was just OK. I mean I just get a pedicure, so how hard is that right. But my husband came with me this time and his toenails are atrocious. I mean, I don’t mean to sound mean I just am stating the facts. He has had two toes smashed off. And they grew back funny so they’re very hard to deal with. The young lady that did my husband’s feet was absolutely amazing. He actually looks like he has normal toes for a change. This is the first place that has actually been upfront with their pricing, especially with my husband’s weird toenails.. I really appreciate that because I hate sticker shock. It was amazing and I do give them five stars.

1 /5 Virginia Richardson: Usually see Kayla. But due to schedule , I had to have another Tammy do a full set $50. The polish is uneven , polish on my fingers Sharp edges left on a few. Been coming here over a decade. Very surprised at the lack of concern . I came back in to have issue addressed. Was told to sit down n wait. Had to leave , figured Id come back. Only to get a call from owner, screaming never came back. Unbelievable and unprofessional.

1 /5 Christine Bennefield: Very poor pedicure. Did not let my feet soak, feet are still rough and nails are uneven. Did trim correctly. Polish looks like a child did it and only one coat of polish. Definitely not worth $30. This place used to be great but has gone way down hill, new people since I was there last. Won’t be back.

The owner is so inviting and caring she is also an amazing artist I’ve not found anyone in bay county like this place best of bay award deserved honestly and I have to say most places your nails come off or break within two weeks not here I’ve had mine for a month and still beautiful a bit grown out but I still get people asking where did I get them done there beautifully amazing!!!!!

The whole experience from the moment I walked in was stellar! I was greeted promptly, the space was clean, and the vibe was spot on! The salon had beautiful design and appointments. Quinn was very concerned that I was happy each step of the process. She and Tristan chatted with me and made me feel like she really wanted to know me as their client. I highly recommend Muse Salon and Spa. This type of fresh business is exactly what Callaway needs as we rebuild and grow.

We are from out of town so we called when we were an hour away and they were waiting for us when we walked in. Thank you everyone for being there today. *****Hey I could only edit my earlier review...but Ive gone back many times in the past 3 years, so Id like to update on my recent visit on 09-15-2022 I got my Halloween on and got these nails done. Great people fantastic job...the black and silver is a full set acrylic nails with one design on pointer finger nail total without tip was $65......its getting more and more expensive to get anything done but at least here the nails last 3-4 weeks before breaking off.
