Dema Schreck Absolutely love these girls!!! From the first moment I sat in Karries chair, she has been nothing but welcoming. Her and Lenora make me laugh and feel at home. I have never walked out of there feeling less than before I walked in. While they are still professionals and amazing at what they do, they are quick to smile, offer kind words and truly listen to you and your hair and nail needs. Would recommend them every time.

Bethany Cruz If you want the best of the best this is where you go. Lenora is the best around at nails and her ideas are truly one of a kind and unique, also super affordable. Karrie and Mikey are fantastic at cuts, color, and helping save your hair from any ‘wild things’ you may have tried before. They have an amazing, inviting, and comfortable feeling environment there. If you go there you’re family.

Jennifer Masters I have to give a big thank you to the crew at Strands Hair Salon. You all rock and have made my time there enjoyable and the service is just outstanding. Karrie has done my hair for years and I always love it and Lenora is the only person that I will allow to do my nails they both are absolutely phenomenal!!! Mikey is always so friendly and has a smile, I’ve not had my hair done by him but I have seen his work and he is great at hair. LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

Kittyis Thebest Ive been here twice. First day was my wedding day. Brianne did amazing on my massage. Barbara did wonderful on the callus removal and toenails. Amanda made my hair feel great. Overall, I absolutely loved my first experience here. They are wonderful and have great personalities. Second time, I came to Amanda for my scalp facial. Best thing ever, I feel extremely relaxed and my scalp feels refreshed. 100/10 would recommend.

The serene setting at the Wellness Cottage is so pleasant. If you have not come by, you are totally missing out. If you have been, you totally understand.

Eva Stroud I’m only putting 1 star cause no star wasn’t an option It was awful when I got there a girl was in tears of pain saying that they hurt her they were the only people open so I gave them a try but never again. They don’t listen and extremely pushy and insult you. Terrible job at shaping nails and left me a mess. Around my nails they left gel on my skin and the electric file they used was burning my skin so bad I felt so much pain and like I wouldn’t have any skin left. I would never recommend this place to anyone for nothing not even if they were the last nail salon in lake city! DON’T EVER GO THERE!!!!

Kelli Strawder I have agonized for over a month over sharing this publicly, but I truly feel people need to be warned. This was the worst nail job Ive ever experienced. The woman who did my pedi, did an amazing job, but do not let the other person who works there touch your nails.

Kaci Demers I was charged $200 for two basic pedicures( supposed to be $30 each) with gel polish & one gel full set. It was done absolutely atrociously. When I asked about the price and why it was so much when the price menu says $30 per basic pedicure, $28 & up for full set and nothing about being charged $35 extra for gel Polish I was yelled at by the lady & there was a guy in the back yelling at my friend and I as well. Then they started arguing in their language. I’m posting pictures of my full set that’s not even 24 hours old. There’s glue all over my cuticles & it’s already chipping. I am making a claim with my bank because no way should this have been $200. Not to mention there were roaches crawling all over & the seat beside me had black rotten water sitting in the pedicure bowl.

Taylor Sapp I recently had an amazing experience with Lenora, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. She took the time to discuss what I wanted and offered great suggestions based on my preferences. The attention to detail was outstanding. Every step of the manicure and pedicure was executed with precision, and I was thrilled with the final results. My nails look flawless and have lasted for weeks without chipping! Not only was the service top-notch, but Lenora was also incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire experience enjoyable. I can’t wait for my next appointment! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft, this is the place to go!

Tenika Taylor It was OK, I state that, because I love the atmosphere and the lady in the front is somewhat friendly. She is always accommodating when I come to town. However, it has not been two weeks yet and I need a fill in. I arrived wanting a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. But, my full set took almost two hours (which I have no problem if done correctly,) so I repeatedly said I would come back tomorrow for the others. But, was told tomorrow they would be too busy so I got everything done yet, I feel like my pedicure and eyebrows were rushed and now a week in a half later I need a fill in on my nails.

Taylor Eirhart I had a great experience at this salon. I was seated right away as a walk in to a fill done with gel polish. Only spent $38 and it looks great and was done really fast. Definitely would go back.

Ashlee First and last time I will come here. I got a fill. I asked if she could do a design I had found and she said yes. She started the design but didnt do it correctly. I showed her the picture again and instead of wiping off where she messed up she tried to just extend the lines it looked awful..she kept telling me to put my hand in the machine to dry to polish on even though I kept telling her I didnt like it. When she finally understood what I said she wiped it off and started speaking to another woman and their language. there was a male stylist behind me who shhd her in the middle of this ...Mind you she did not talk at all the whole time she did my nails other than when she messed up. None of my nails are symmetrical and they are too long...I am not pleased. I will not be back.

Timya Wiggins The staff here is very very nice, and my pedicure was good. However, my full set of acrylics was terrible. The nails were extremely thin and a bit sloppy. One of my nails broke off about 48 hours after getting them done due to their thinness, and my nails are also lifting already. For the price I paid I am disappointed.

Carrie Richardson One day after paying $85 for a full acrylic set, 2 tips popped off and broke. (Without reason). I called and came back in for them to be fixed after a 3rd came off. To fix they laid thicker acrylic over the top. Couldn’t find my dip color to match, two nails are crooked, and cuticles are cut up. Never going back. They didn’t charge for the fix but in that case I wish I would have just taken them off.

Sandy Bell Absolutely the best nail Care Ive ever had. Its a husband and wife team and you have to make an appointment online. They do a wonderful job. Its very clean and nice atmosphere. You can relax. Ive been going to them for years. Ive even talked to my husband into going. He was worried about it being full of ladies but since its just the husband and wife. Its nice and quiet and he can be there alone. Very reasonable. And very professional.

Carmen Rae Never been so impressed! My nails were super thick with acrylic and I wanted them soaked off and not pried off. Well this is the place to go! Very gentle professional gel nail experience. Super nice people.

Roberta Rosario Hands down best nail salon in Lake City. Joseph and his wife are amazing. Joseph has been doing my nails for over 6 yrs now. There shop is so peaceful and pleasant and I love that I can book an appointment on google and don’t have to wait. There so professional and personable. Ellen Ander Super convenient to my house and each tech Ive had has been very respectful and detail oriented. It’s super clean and the staff is super friendly and everyone is super talented so no matter who you go to your nails and toes will be beautiful! Nail boutique & spa has a friendly environment and has wonderful and experienced people working there. My gel nails look natural and nail tech did not hurt me once.

Dani Love I had a very bad experience here..not sure if the guy wasn’t in the mood or what but after 5 days of getting these done 2 just snapped off..he didn’t fill in my whole nail my thumbs you can see my nails on sides and ones cracking...this was a bad birthday present! Even my toes are chipping! Wish I could just get my money back so I can go elsewhere!!! I guess you gotta go when they’re busy cuz when they are slow they are sleepy or sumthng!!!

Christine Vick They never let me down. My mom is elderly and diabetic, having her feet professionally done is important. The staff always take the best care of her. And they have never cut either of us.

Taylor Riccucci I’m not sure how they have so many good reviews after my experience. I specifically stated when I made the appointment about what I wanted. Nothing was communicated to me that they couldn’t accommodate that. The person performing the pedicure tried to put the wrong polish on and I had to correct her. The gel is sloppy and all over my skin. I will never be back.

Carina Quijano Attention to detail! I really loved the relaxed setting here. The owners are very professional, kind and clean! They really care about their customers. It was my 1st te here and definitely will not be my last. My pedicure was so amazing. I never fall asleep during a pedicure, but I sure did this time. Love the shape she gave on my nails. The foot massage was just what I needed!

Noneya Business I hate to be ugly because I think the person who worked on my nails was nice but unfortunately their work was incredibly sloppy. Several places where my nails were over filed and when he went under the nails he drilled my skin and it hurt so bad. My nails and fingers are covered in glue. My cuticles look terrible. Honestly it’s an expensive chop-shop

Felicia Henderson I have been to Lee nails in the mall a couple of times and the employees are pretty nice with fair prices. However my recent visit as with the last there weren’t any customers inside and it was 30 minutes until closing. I wanted my nails painted to look like French nails….my real nails not acrylics. So it only takes usually 15 minutes or less to them. The employee that decided to do my nails did not want to paint them like I wanted and I felt like I was pressured into getting them “painted” a solid color which I do not do my nails that way. To each his or her own. The woman that painted them did a terrible job that I could have done at home and they would look better. I got them in white and she chose just flat matte white. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. They also acted like they didn’t want to wait on me even though as I said there were no other customers in the salon. They also were speaking to each other as they all do in their language and about me. That was made obvious. It was just not a good experience for me at all. The last times I went in I didn’t have that problem and the man was nice and courteous and didn’t mind doing what “I”the customer wanted. I mean since I’m paying for them and it’s my nails that I have to look at I should be able to get what I want. Had it of been a different attendant with more knowledge and better service I would have given them more stars from my previous experience. But I will not make the mistake of returning to pay for something I don’t want again. *I will update my review to add that all my other visits here were great and they have always done a great job, just this one visit wasn’t that great of an experience in getting what I wanted.

kaylee DO NOT RECOMMEND. I simply asked for french tip and a heart design w an initial and the first image is what I got. No effort was put into them at all. It’s ridiculous. I then went to the salon in walmart and the lady was so nice and was quick to fix them for me.

Wingfield Worship The pedicure was not bad . The gentleman was also OK. The foot rub was not great, and I should have asked for them to look for the back of my feet more. When I got home, they looked the same as when I went in.. It seemed like 70% of the time that I was getting my feet done. I was being talked about in a foreign language.

Bryan Vino My wife and I have been going to Luxury for about 4 years and have always had a good experience. This time was the absolute worst my wife went in with our daughter she told the lady what she wanted and she did nothing that she asked for and then they messed it up horribly I will never return to this place when I called to have them try and fix it he said he would my wife got there and he didn’t even look at her nails he just said she did it but these are the photos right after she left.

Denise “MoonGazer” First off the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I took my mom there for a late Mothers day gift and her service was perfect. Mine was good but rushed and fingernail polish came off in 2 days toenails still had some blue polish from before pedi and cuticles not done completely had to clean out nail on big toe as well. Massage of legs was perfect though and grateful Moms experience was better. Will add picture in edit if available

Jamie Brown I took my daughters to another salon today (on a Sunday) for their 1st set of acrylic nails for the start of the school year...one got a great set and the other got a horrible set by another technician. I didnt realize how bad they were until we left, she & I were very disappointed. We went over to Regal Nails in the hope they were open to try and get them fixed. We didnt have an appointment but when we told Lam what the situation was he took us in as a walk-in when he didnt have to and OMG I cannot say enough about how incredible he was to us, especially my daughter. He told her he wanted her first nail experience to be amazing and thats exactly what she got!! He fixed her nails and gave her an amazing set!! She was all smiles!! I dont leave a lot of reviews unless a business truly earns them but Lam & Regal Nails definitely impressed!! I cannot thank him enough or give enough praises to the above and beyond customer service we received today....we will definitely be back!!!

KITOKAINONI WATKINS **Review of N & K Nails - 363 SW Baya Dr, Lake City, FL 32025** I recently visited N & K Nails with my two nieces, ages 9 and 10, after being referred by my sister, who goes there regularly. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I felt targeted and unfairly treated, all because I didn’t opt for manicures for the girls in addition to their pedicures. I overheard the staff whispering about me, calling me "money lady," and then switching to a different language, which made me extremely uncomfortable. In New York, where Im from, a kids’ mani-pedi typically costs around $18. Here, they charged me $35 for a five-minute kids pedicure that was subpar at best. My own pedicure was even worse — they charged me $40 and left my feet in worse condition than when I came in. The polish was sloppily applied, all over my skin, and my nails were cut so unevenly that I had to request the clippers to fix the sides myself. And may I add, none of these were spa pedicures! The business practices at this establishment are terrible. They don’t know how to treat customers and were outright rude to me, despite my sister being a loyal customer. I had planned to get more services done but changed my mind after seeing how carelessly they handled our pedicures. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will never be returning. They lack professionalism, skill, and basic respect for their customers. Its hard to believe theyre still in business with this level of service.

Whitney Mowry Love this place!!!!! Super friendly environment, the staff members remember all their customers by name. Katie does an amazing job on my nails and is very meticulous. She does gorgeous nail art. Rose is my favorite for pedicures. I also bring my daughters here for a special treat and they love the staff too! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
