Melannie Cuzzi Kira is so amazing!! She is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Kira did my first keratin treatment in less than 2 hours (i have hip length hair) and i love it. I asked for face framing layers with my haircut and she did a great job! I will definitely be coming back for my hair needs, and recommending her to everyone i know!

yadira pabon Kira is an amazing tech light handed patient kind very professional. Always helps me book my appointments. Fast and clean service. Extremely professional and she does my lashes every 2 to 2.5 weeks for the last 3 months now. No problems my lashes are always full beautiful and with very few fallage. Book her now ladies!! She’s the BEST!!!

Jes I went in to do hair extensions for the first time with Quenia and the service was phenomenal. I am inlove with my hair and can’t wait to go back! If you are looking for a great place to do your hair and extensions, I highly recommend Quenias salon. The before and after pictures speak for themselves! Inlove with my hair.

Yamiely Reyes Loved the studio from the moment I walked in. Very friendly staff. They make sure you are being taken care of from the moment you walk in. They do exactly what you ask for without trying upgrade to any other services. Place is very clean. Rosa has many years of experience and will take care of all your needs. Quenia the owner of the studio is a sweetheart and will greet everyone and will make you are 100% satisfied with the service before charging you. I will definitely come back.

Normally I try to make what I want very understandable but even then its never right. I honesty gave her one photo and said go for it because I wasnt going to get my hopes to high but let me tell you Sue did an amazing job. She somehow knew exactly what I wanted. She even styled my hair the same way I do at home. I never met her, she knew nothing about me but it was like she got into my head and read my mind. She is a expert hair stylist. I wish I tried her sooner. Not only was she super fast but she is super amazing. I am hooked. She is also super sweet and the price was unbeatable. She is my hair stylist for life now!

ingrid moran Maria Elena ( Marlene) did am amazing job with my hair. She did the amino acids treatment with hair cut it came out amazing. My hair feels more smoother, less dry and more manageable. Im so happy with the service I was given. I highly recommend Maria Elena and her salon!

Uli and Lori Degwert Joselyn was absolutely amazing! She gave a great consultation by asking the right questions to find out my wants and need for my hair style and cut. I walked out with the best haircut and style ever! I am going back for balayage in a couple weeks. She is now my stylist for good! Not only is she very talented... she is a joy to be around! The owner is amazing too. I felt like I was at home there immediately! Make your appointment now because as soon as word gets out that she is here, her book will be full in no time!

Joy Combs I had a disappointing experience with Giovanni Luxe that I feel compelled to share, particularly during such a sensitive time. As an active duty military member, I was recently approved for emergency leave due to the passing of my father, and I urgently needed a hairstylist for the funeral. While looking for options on StyleSeat, I mistakenly booked an appointment with Giovanni Luxe, thinking it was nearby. However, I later realized the salon was over three hours away, and I do not have transportation to make that trip. When I reached out for assistance in canceling the appointment and obtaining my deposit back—something StyleSeat indicated she had the ability to do—I was met with frustration. Instead of receiving helpful guidance, I felt I was given the runaround. Her response barely addressed my concerns, and I was left without a clear resolution. This level of customer service is incredibly disheartening, especially for someone in my situation. If this is the treatment prospective clients can expect, I can only imagine how she treats those who have already booked. I hope her future clients have a better experience than I did.

As someone who is extremely particular about my hair, I’ve always left her salon feeling very satisfied with a big smile. Gio is incredibly talented, and her services consistently deliver top-notch quality. While you may need to invest a bit, it’s well worth it for the excellent results. Shayla Jade Not worth the time or the effort. If you saw the other 1 star review then you’re probably confused like I was among the other 4&5 star strap in and i’ll tell you what happed. If you dont have the time then: TL/DR: She was a hour late, lacks accountability, tried to charge the full amount of a service I never received. If you want all the tea I got you: I originally wasn’t going to write anything but that FULL charge has me laughing. I originally called Giovanni at around 12:30pm to confirm I could schedule an appointment for around 4-4:30 due to it being New Years Eve. She confirmed and I booked. Everything was fine. I arrived at my SCHEDULED appointment at 4:30 and texted Giovanni I arrived. After 10mins I called to make sure I was in the correct suite. I stayed sitting and waiting until 5pm. 30mins past my once again scheduled appointment time. I got up and walked around thinking maybe if I go back to the front I’ll see her or vice versa. Nope. After another 10mins I walked out and went to my car so I could be more comfortable. At around 5:18 Giovanni texted saying she didnt see my scheduled appointment at 4:30 and she went somewhere else. I then texted her that we’re 45mins past my scheduled time which is the text conversation. THEN I called her to just clear up any misunderstandings. She wouldn’t take any accountability. Not even an apology. Just kept deflecting and going from she didn’t see my appointment to I wasn’t there. She even said that her prior experience with clients and people not showing up or being late led her to believe I would do the same. But she then told me I shouldn’t lump her in with other stylists I may have had experiences with because she doesn’t charge a late fee. I called her out on the deflection and not being able to keep her story straight. Mind you it is almost 6pm. My hair isn’t done and I still haven’t met her. She then said she doesn’t do arguing and will just end the conversation, and that she’s trying to work with me since I really wanted my hair done. I told her not at the expense of my self respect. I was only trying to clear up any misunderstandings. I hung uo and went about my day. We are at 7:59pm and I get a notification that not only did she attempt to CHARGE me. She attempted to charge for a service I didn’t even receive. Its laughable. Save your money, go elsewhere, and find a better stylist that will actually do their job.

Stephanie Rose D’ Beauty Salon has to be the best salon in Kissimmee area. Jannisse was so professional and genuine, she’s also very knowledgeable when it comes to color correction. Her prices are very affordable and the results were exactly what I expected.

Social Rascal I had a great time getting my nails done here! Not only did my nails come out fantastic but I also had a great time just having conversations with Jannise and her mom. 10/10 will definitely recommend!

Jackeline Bellido I have been Janisse client for 6 years. I will never allow no one else touch my hair or nails, she is very professional and the environment is amazing. I am very happy with the service received. You will never go wrong with her and her job.

Walker Smith It’s expensive if you need them to open the door lock and you need to call at least 1- hour before cuz they need to contact the technicians and give the price. You need a big bill for the service. Not great like expected.

Charlene Maraj Maria is the owner of this salon and she is a master stylist! From the moment I walked in, she was so pleasant and took care of me right away. She was honest with me about my hair and what she could do and would not do to maintain my hairs integrity . But let me tell you, I love my hair. She babied it. I will definitely be back here and I recommend her for all of your styling needs as she does it all!

Minnie Mon Call the place for a walk-in, and she had to find out if a hairstylist was available because she had just arrived. She called me back asap, which was amazing. The hairstylist told me to come in so he could check my hair out. Fevre worked on my hair, and he is honestly amazing. I have weak hair, and he explained what was the best route to go with color and treatment. He is so informative and such a gentle soul. He definitely I great and he will have me returning! Nashalie Saavedra I was in there for legitimately 30 seconds and they were rude the whole time . I came in and I was just stared at for the first 10 secs before anyone said anything. They just asked what I needed , I told them a pedicure and some lady came to me saying well were full so you can come back at 3 (2 hours later ) . I did not feel welcomed at all but more of a burden I went to the other nail salon a few buildings away and had the best experience there . It was my first time at Enigma and I would never go again

But stupidly I stayed. I told her I did NOT want her to cut my hair just a trim. She proceeded to cut three inches of my head! I’m so mad. I do not recommend this place. Be warned it is located next to a gas station. I was the fool don’t follow in my steps. RUN in another direction!!!!!!!!!!!!!
