Clau Diaz I am always hesitant when it comes to getting my hair done and doing hair treatments for frizziness since most of the time my hair ends up looking like a fried mess. I definitely say that this was not the case with Glam hair salon, I got the emulsion zero treatment done with Sissi and I can only say that I am mesmerized by my own hair. She did an amazing job and made me feel right at home. I will definitely be back!!!

Melissa Tunno I recently visited Sissis salon with the intention of getting a simple haircut and color. I explicitly requested a light to medium brown shade, free of any red tones. Sissi assured me that she would be using an ash-brown color that would not result in any red highlights. Unfortunately, the stylist, Sissi, seemed to disregard my clear instructions, resulting in a hair color that was far too red. This was not the first time this had happened; a similar incident occurred on a previous visit, forcing me to return for a correction.
This time, the situation escalated. When I voiced my disappointment with the reddish hue, Sissi suggested a questionable solution: darkening my hair to conceal the unwanted color. To further compound the issue, she entrusted the recoloring process to an unlicensed assistant who lacked the necessary skills. The assistants inexperience led to a messy application, with color staining my face and my hair becoming tangled and knotted.
After an excessive wait, Sissi not only refused to dry my hair post-recoloring but also withheld a hair dryer so I could dry it myself. After about 15 minutes she finally gave me a dryer and I was forced to dry my hair, myself, only to discover that the recoloring had turned my hair an undesirable shade of black.
When I confronted Sissi about the disastrous outcome, she became defensive and dismissive, refusing to acknowledge her mistakes or offer a refund. I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service and the significant damage inflicted on my hair. I am now compelled to seek the assistance of another salon to rectify the botched job. I will NOT be returning and will be contacting my credit card company since I did not receive the services that I paid for.
