Bailey Brannen I just recently started going here after having terrible experiences at other nail salons. Everyone is extremely friendly and it never seems like anyone is in a rush like at other salons I’ve been to, it seems like they genuinely care about providing you with a good experience. I’ve had both Hannah and Adriana do my nails and both of them were extremely gentle, paid very close attention to detail, and always asked if I was happy before proceeding which I appreciated so much. It has been awhile since I felt so relaxed while getting my nails done, I’m so happy I found this place!

Mason Absolutely amazing work and amazing people! They always go above and beyond to make sure I get what I envisioned! Love love this place!! Also these ladies know how to do a perfect eyebrow wax!!

Jillian Stevenson Called ahead about 30mins to request 3 pedicures and a manicure and they got us in without waiting. Friendly service, decently priced and cleaner than most. We were happy with the services received. It’s not a high end salon but gets the job done. They have a few different pedicure types to choose from which is nice.

Martin Sabarsky Nayelis was terrific with my mother’s nails! They were totally in need of TLC. Mary also was excellent in the booking and overseeing the service. They both indeed Nail’d It! Highly recommended.

Maria N Quinones-Sesto Did my nails here. Excellent work on my nails. But one of the guys there slipped me a note saying to keep my phone calls to a minimum. That if I had to take a phone call to go outside. Not coming back again. **my wedding is tomorrow and my nails starting falling. Such a bad place to do your nails.

Catherine Baker I am in Clearwater for spring break! Everyone else went golfing so I went hunting for a day spa! This place was a total find - A GEM! The outside of the building is adorable and so inviting. The inside so cute with lots of things to look at and products to purchase. The front desk staff were so warm and greeted me with cheer and happiness. I had the most relaxing and stress relieving massage! Ashley did a fantastic job. If you are here for spring break (or vacation) or if you live in the area- Botanica Day Spa is a MUST visit!

Stephanie Greenwood My daughter and I took a Spring Break girls trip to Clearwater Beach and were looking for a good spa that (preferably) wasn’t in a hotel. Botanica was about a 7 min drive from our hotel and so worth it!!! Adorable and welcoming with perfect ambiance. Loved pulling up to the honeysuckle vines and smelling the beautiful aroma as we walked in. My daughter and I both got facials and massages. I had Annette for both of my services and she was top notch! Felt more relaxed than I have in months and my skin was glowing. Great value and high quality. Wish we could’ve stayed there longer!!

Alanna Jamison Walking into the place, there was a very comforting ambience. You are greeted with water and some very kind receptionists. They have many cute things/gifts to buy in the front area. I got the lift and glow facial from Annette and it was amazing. She had a perfect touch. I felt extremely relaxed and I was sad when it was over. If you’re ever in the Clearwater area, I definitely recommend checking them out! You won’t regret it!

Kayla Noggle We were in the area for a cheer competition, I wanted to treat my daughter to a pedicure. This was by far the best massage I have EVER had. We did the highest package, and I go a design. They were so welcoming and nice. I would highly recommend, the service was great and everything seemed clean as well!

Diane Fowler I love coming here. Everyone is very kind, the salon is very clean, it’s a relaxing atmosphere, and I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment. I also love that I can choose different options for my pedicure. Highly recommend.

sierra miller If you are a person of color , i wouldn’t come here‼️‼️ They sat me down and said it would be 30 minutes… i was okay with that, then multiple technicians walked by me just starring with the look of disgust on their face, as if i shouldn’t be here, absolutely not. I politely got up and left, then now they say “hey hey hey “ . No thank you, i wouldn’t even feel comfortable letting these technicians touch me . (This review has now been updated since the owner has responded) - since you believe as though i am lying? I will attach the video, i have been a customer here . I have no reason to lie, but nice try.

Belle And Sebastian 3/5 stars – good for pedicures, but don’t let them near your face. the pedicure was great. my toes are smooth, shiny, and living their best life. no pain, no weird vibes, just a solid experience. but then came the waxing. they slapped some mystery goop above my eyes, under my brows, and near my lips for no reason. now i’ve got red, crusty patches that make me look like i’ve got a bad case of discount herpes. it’s itchy, it hurts, and i regret everything. final verdict: pedicures? yes. waxing? absolutely not.

Ally George Worst nail salon ever! They used dirty not sanitized tools on their guests and tore my skin up on my toes. My cuticles are burning! Not only that they’re ALL extremely rude and unprofessional. My nail tech threw her gloves down when she realized I had gel on my toes and she would have to work a little harder to get the polish off. Massive waste of money and I will never return. I suggest going somewhere else unless you like being abused and charged for it.

Stephanie Bogart Won’t go back. Techs focus was not on me. Nail fill and gel paint $40 for 35 min rushed appointment. She took 3 calls scheduled people with phone on shoulder still doing my nails. Walk in eyebrows and she left me to do that. I paid for this time. I had bubbles in nails that left small holes and no attention to sides of nails Uneven paint- uneven length - just horrible. Wouldn’t give 1 ⭐️

princess chay If I can only give zero star to this nail salon, I will do that. Very poor service and low quality of nail polish. I had the gel manicure and pedicure, February 14th, but the polish started chipping already the day after and onwards. The one who did my manicure was very rude during the service. The one who did my foot was unskilled or probably has a poor vision, she only painted half of my toe nails. I had to point it out to them for them to redo it. Also, the pedicure service description said that I should get a massage, but I didnt get any.

Picklemans Cafe I came in for a manicure and pedicure my toes are fine besides the small chipped paint a day later and I got gel. I told the lady how I wanted my nails shaped and I asked her to push back my cuticles she completely ignored those request and my nails came out like crap went back two days later to get them fixed they told me come back the next day but I already wore them for two days hating them and didn’t want to go longer so I just asked them to remove them. The guy who took off my nails was very nice and polite he also fixed the chip in my paint. I still tipped the lady $20 on my $100 service because I just simply cannot tip. But the man was much more deserving of that.

Brandon Halley 5 stars! I started going to Cali Pro nails a year ago in November of 2023. From the first appointment I knew I’d found my forever nail salon and nail tech. I will never go anywhere else to get my nails done!! Im always getting compliments on my nails!! 10000% recommend them

Ally In the heart of downtown Safety Harbor lies this beautiful gem of a nail salon. I got a luxury gel pedicure and I couldn’t be more happy with it. Everything was done with such detail and care. I wish I had the name of the woman who did my pedi to reference but I have confidence in all the staff. They were so friendly and welcoming and the salon looked very clean. I will definitely be coming back with my mom! Also, theres a parking lot so dont worry about street parking!

Brian Dean My wife and I come here every three weeks. Love the pampering Anna and Amy give is and my feet are so much better afterwards. I highly recommend getting some self care and enjoy the experience. I even go for a painted ring finger for the Polished Man Campaign.

Alexa Acosta I absolutely love this nail salon! The owner, Lein (Lin), did exactly what I wanted. The length and shape were perfect. I went for a nude this time but their color selection is AMAZING! If you can think it, they have it. My nails are going on their third week and still look great. I am so excited to come back for a fill and do a fun design. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. When my appointment ran a little past closing time, she handled it with such grace and kindness, which I truly appreciated. The nails she did for me turned out amazing—Im so happy with them! ALYSE ALYSE (mimi) This is the first nail shop in a long time that I actually feel satisfied every time I’m finished. Great pedicures, quality nails and great service!.. First time I went I had Amy who did a great job ..today I had Lynn who did a wonderful job as well. I also got my lashes done and they came out beautiful five stars for sure. I highly recommend their services.

Jenna Faour my nails looks nice to glance at them but the overall quality is very poor. The edges near my cuticles did not get any product and is peeling. I would return to have them re done but I do not have time. This is unfortunate and I will not be back. See photo for reference , I got them done yesterday!!

Down Hizzouse “Hizzy” Ups and downs. Great people, friendly, hard-working and take their time, they have a lot of polish options and can do designs, but everytime I go here, my nails only last a day, sometime 2. I got gel manicure, and the next day, the gel was lifting on multiple fingers.

Audi B If I could rate zero stars I would have. I went to get a pedicure done and when I woke up the next morning my toe nails were oozing and obviously infected.

Joel Castellanos My mother went to this nail salon about a week and half ago where she got her nails done. After a few days, she noticed that one of her nails was causing her pain and discomfort. The days went on when she realized that her natural nail was peeling off her skin (hyponychium). Research revealed that it was a fungus infection contracted through unsanitary salon equipment. My mother went to the salon to try address the issue but the business owner appeared to not care one bit and stated that she had hit her nail really hard and that she probably did not remember. I’m pretty sure a grown adult would remember if they jammed their own finger… But oh well, my recommendation would be to stay away from this place if you don’t want your nails to fall out… Also, her acrylic nails started to separate shortly after… My mother has been getting her nails done for 27 years and this had never happened to her. Go elsewhere in my opinion.

Tahlia Mudzimurema both dan and hannah are amazing! i love to get nails with lots of designs on them and i’ve never been disappointed, they nail it every time. they make jokes and are super customer friendly. i definitely recommend!

Morgan Updated with more pics 7/20 .. Ive been here 3x now and his work lasts! It far exceeds any other tech Ive ever been to!! Also, once again, the man who does pedis gives the BEST leg massage! Original review: 1st time here and Ill definitely be back.. Ive been to about 40 nail salons in Pinellas county over the past 9 years, (trying to find my home and having to keep looking due to inconsistencies, poor work, salons closing, amongst other things,) and this, by far has been my best experience in a LONG time! From the laid back atmosphere, Dans demeanor, and of course his talent! A++ All has topped any place Ive been in over a year!! I highly recommend this business for nails and pedis!! And cant wait to come back!! The real test will be how well they hold up in my line of work, but Im confident I wont have a problem! (Ill update if I do though!!) The massage from the man who did my pedicure was on point as well!

Emma Nagel Cristina is an amazing nail tech and artist! The builder gel has been amazing and lasts so long that it has really helped my nails grow so much! I’ve also had regular gel polish done and gel x which were all done phenomenally as well! Christina really takes her time and is up for any nail art challenge! Her creativeness and friendliness are unmatched!

Shannon Lavenia There are no words for how bad this place is. My teen daughter was so excited to be gifted nails for her birthday. They did a HORRIBLE job. Super thick, bad shape, torn up cuticles and painful. I’m seriously shocked at just how little skill or care they had. My daughter regularly gets her nails done so we know how they SHOULD look. She has dainty hands and these nails are practically gloves on. They weren’t even filed smooth. They ran the electric file over her cuticles and cut her multiple times and then, instead of cleaning off the excess polish with remover, filed it off. She tried communicating to the nail tech and was ignored. I’m taking her to a different place to get them completely removed.

Debora Sousa I’ve been coming to this place for about 2 years, it’s always hit and miss, but I kept coming back by habit. Last time was absolutely awful, manicure and pedicure $70 and both were very poorly done One of the ladies seems very new, she barely asked me for what I wanted didn’t cut or file of the nails, didn’t buff in between the layers and anytime I’ve tried to express to her that I was not satisfied she ignored it Pedicure was very similar, if I try to express that it wasn’t going as I want, she also ignored it. I thought about going back to complain and even ask for my money back, but usually I don’t even know if they understand what I’m saying so I felt writing a review might give them a chance to translate it, actually understand and maybe try to improve their services because I’m not going back there anymore.

Kathleen Purdy Ive been going here for nearly 10 years and have never been disappointed. Ive had regular mani-pedis, acrylic nails, eyebrow waxing. They always make time for you, even without an appointment and their prices are very reasonable. If I get home and find Ive smudged a nail, I can go right back and theyll correct it for me - no problem. The salon is always very clean and sanitary.

danielle moxley Theycare great. The husband, that basically runs pro nails is not rude. Thats just his personality. Hes just strictly business. He does an amazing job his wife and him. They do the BEST nails in town. I been everywhere. He takes his time and is amazing.

Tammy They have the new owner now when I came to the shop. Also they provide excellent services with cheap price. Also the price for pedicure is only $18, Fill-in $14, but when I do both pedicure and manicure they only charge me for $28. I cant believe it the price is so cheap.

Jessica Lee I tried to come for a fill (made an appt) and she told me that a nail was lifting that was not. Tried to use a sharp cuticle scissor to cut the acrylic off and cut a gash into my natural nail where I actually pulled away without saying anything cause it hurt. She then said “I can’t work on your mail because you have a crack.” A crack that she just caused!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done for some time. Never experienced such rudeness. I am incredibly disappointed at the treatment and lack of professionalism. Acrylic can be filed and soaked off gently. She didn’t even offer to help or to fix her mistake. It is not supposed to be ripped off because it causes harm to the nail. Nail techs know this and don’t care - they are just looking for money and being lazy. It is disheartening as someone who works in the beauty world in a salon that this goes on. The salon is pretty but empty for a reason ! The photo is what she did and what they looked like before !

keeli warren It was my first time going here I got a coupon in the mail that is why I tried this place. Madi did my nails, she was very nice but cut me on every single finger to the point I was gushing blood down my finger. My cuticles are wrecked I have Neosporin on all my fingers currently and it’s taking away from my nails because my fingers look butchered. I also had to go back after getting my nails done because I was so rushed black dots were dried into my French full set on three nails and they had to fix them and I got more cut up when returning. Will never go back. Also got a pedicure where it honestly was not good at all she was just rubbing the lotion on my skin no massage… I will pay more and go to my regular place next time for sure.
