1 /5 Jessica Lee: I tried to come for a fill (made an appt) and she told me that a nail was lifting that was not. Tried to use a sharp cuticle scissor to cut the acrylic off and cut a gash into my natural nail where I actually pulled away without saying anything cause it hurt. She then said “I can’t work on your mail because you have a crack.” A crack that she just caused!!!! I’ve been getting my nails done for some time. Never experienced such rudeness. I am incredibly disappointed at the treatment and lack of professionalism. Acrylic can be filed and soaked off gently. She didn’t even offer to help or to fix her mistake. It is not supposed to be ripped off because it causes harm to the nail. Nail techs know this and don’t care - they are just looking for money and being lazy. It is disheartening as someone who works in the beauty world in a salon that this goes on. The salon is pretty but empty for a reason ! The photo is what she did and what they looked like before !

The salon is esthetically beautiful, the products are high end and the prices are very reasonable. Vivianne did my nails, Thi did my pedicure, and they both did a superb job. They were beautiful and super friendly to talk with! I will definitely be back. Thank you!!
