Diva Dia Hands down best pedi I’ve had in a long time!!! I was amazed at how much comes with the basic pedicure. The massage was amazing and the staff was friendly. Their service menu is very broad and has a nice presentation. Seats work well water was t too hot and they got us in right away.

Alexis Moorefield Very friendly staff! When I came in the first time my nails were done a little too thick and they had someone else re-do the design. Henry called me today and had me come in and he re-did my set ( I didn’t have to pay again ). I really appreciated that they were very helpful and communicative!

ShaRonda Marshall I had to go get my nails repaired every time I get them done by Jenny. The pictures that are attached is a result of a pedicure that I got 12 hours ago. No one speaks English and the owner Vin thinks it’s ok to give you a credit of $10 when she charged me $15 to fix them! They give poor service and don’t care and no one speaks English! They never have to worry about me again! Poor service poor professionalism. Vin response was you keep coming back! If it’s done right the first time I wouldn’t or shouldn’t have to continue to come back! He stated his employees are contracted out, well he needs to go and recruit better employees

He is super talented and we always have great conversations both on a professional and personal level!! I have recommended him to many of my friends! Overall my experience has been great and the wine adds a special touch! lol

Genevie Sherrer I usually don’t you leave reviews but I was asked by the owner. I’ve been going to this place for years, the prices are constantly increasing, but service lately has not been up to par. I’ve had to return on several occasions due to the fact that my nails were not done properly. I was going to just find someone else, but today I tried to give them one more chance, again I was disappointed, and had to return. I hate to leave, but this will be my last day giving them my time or money.

Heather Rae My feet feel wonderful. I’m happy I tried this place today with my family - 5 of us total came and they were able to get everyone’s services started and finished in a timely manner without any rushing. It smells amazing while getting pedicures done as well! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend trying out this nail salon :)

Adilene Nelson I would not recommend getting your nails done here. I went in for a full set, and was provided poor customer service. The nail tech who did my nails made them super thick & chunky, when I asked to have them redone she was incredible rude and claimed that nothing was wrong with my nails. They were uneven, thick and after only a few days of having them I went home and soaked the nails off to find that I got a fungus on my finger nail from the salon. I would avoid this place at all cost.

Barbara Pagan Ive been here sooo many times, used to be religiously every 2 weeks except for my main person is out for a bit. They are well priced and even offer punch cards, after so many visits you get $ off. Everyone is really nice and they offer many services.

Jasmine W Absolutely don’t like the way my pedicure came out. Specifically told the nail tech that I wanted my toes to remain square shaped and she made them a weirdly shaped round and very narrow at the top. I promise I will not be returning. I would’ve been better off not getting them done at all. Smh

Daniel Preble You ready to read a real review??? I came to town for my daughters 16th birthday. Today was her day. Her mother isnt always able to do the things Im able to do so she was excited! She wanted her nails done. So I brought her and my other half here. I literally went and bought a car and came back. 3 hours later and after a dozen attempts, the nail tech still couldnt get it right. Color.. drill.... Take it off... Color.... Drill... Take it off. For 3 hours... And she just wanted pink tips. With the little shiny things. Finally my daughter in tears... Just wanted to get out of here! I asked the lady how much longer.. She tells me only 15 more minutes. My daughter with tears in her eyes..I told her just get up. Lets go. The lady apologized... Again... Then charged me $90 (She got her toes done also) So heres a real picture of their work... After literally 3 hours. Im headed to get them fixed now. My daughter will spend 4 hours on her 16th birthday on her nails. Most of that time crying from embarrassment.

Lorraine Morgan I visited this salon two days ago. The pedicure is way below average. The filing was very bad and there was no massage on my feet nor legs and no lotion applied. For the manicure the polish was old and when applied it was thick. I had to make comments to fix this spot or that spot. When I went to dry my nails, after sitting there about 10 minutes the woman boss tells the guy who did my nails something in their language. He came over and sprayed that quick dry spray on and he said "You can go. Just be very careful." I have never been rushed out of a salon dryer. Since my vehicle is keyless, I didnt have to reach for my keys but even so a few minutes later the polish was smudged on some nails. The next day, the polish started peeling off. I had to remove all of it to avoid looking ridiculous. The red flag was that there were no other clients there when I arrived. $42 down the drain. Visit this place at your own risk.

Sophia C I have been coming to this nail time location for years for pedicures and manicures. Julie is amazing and she did a wonderful dip nail extension on me a month ago. I came in on Thursday for another dip set and asked for pink chrome square nails. This other nail tech did pink glitter with chrome and my nails look lumpy and uneven. The nail tech was obviously rushing and it wasn’t even close to closing time. She flooded the cuticle with excess product and there was a hole of product on my thumb that chipped off because she didn’t redo it that day. I had to ask for multiple nails to be fixed and even then she just filed them more and left them messed up. The top coat went all the way onto my skin and was never cleaned up and it honestly was a very painful and rough experience but I didn’t speak up because she wasn’t friendly. I wish I had refused to pay because that was a waste of my hard earned $65 plus tip. In my opinion your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Tammy P I asked for nail extensions with gel overlay, and a square shape… Two technicians later ending up with the third one… Tried to convince me that the orange nail polish she chose for me was pink… after that I was beyond trying to explain what I was asking for… that cost me $35 and all I got was my own nail trim to the quick And pink bubblegum nail polish… And the station was filthy

Matt M If I had to be exact. I would give Nail Time a 4.5, but there was so much going on here, it is easy to round up. First, make a reservation, they have a lot of technicians but they get booked up, so call ahead. Second, they have these small rooms of four chairs for pedicures. It is perfect for small groups or girls (or guys) day out. Third, I found the prices to be competitive and some of the pedicure packages to be really interesting, but mostly normal fare. Why the .5 deduction? Well I paid for a reflexology and there was no reflexology going on during my pedicure. It was good, yes, and there was special care taken for some of my special foot needs, but just no reflexology. :(

Rachael Bickal If I could give this company more stars, I absolutely would. I contacted the company through chat and I was able to make a same-day appointment. They got back to me within minutes! So that right there is worth its weight in gold. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early they were super accommodating, and they apologized that they weren’t ready for me yet. They got me seated right away, offered me a plethora of Items to drink while I was waiting in the massage chair for my appointment time. I got the volcano treatment (Highly recommended) with gel polish. Everything was spectacular the scrub, hot stone, paraffin wax, the massage. The massage was the longest massage I have ever had from a pedicure!! Everything was wonderful, perfect, spectacular, fill in the adjective. The service, the massage chair, and the staff, this place is lovely. I recommend anyone come here. I know where my new nail spot is going to be from here on out, and I will never go anywhere else!

Heather Holliday Took my dad to get a pedicure. Had a 3pm appt. The tech refused him at first. I came inside and advised of the appt so they took him to a chair. Didnt offer the pedicure of choice. Did a 13 minute toe nail clip and charged him 30.00. I have let them know I would never recommend them. I am a Licensed Cosmatologist and the treatment they gave him was horrible. The other woman in the salon wasnt happy either. When her daughter came to pick her up she told her she wasnt happy so they had to fix her nails. Moral of the review....go somewhere else if you want the service you pay for.

I have very thin cuticles and usually walk away with a few nicks...not this time! Mr Ray is also kind, caring, attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely, will be back to see them, again!

Christine was very sweet and professional. 1st time there but I doubt it’ll be my last. I’m happy with the service and the outcome of my nails.

Alicia S UPDATE! My pedicure lasted 2 whole months without chipping (GEL) . I am impressed. Worth every penny IMO. Updating to 5 stars. And adding updated picture 2 months later. My technicians name was Min and I went in here for a pedicure. I also had a repair on a toenail that had been injured and looked funky. I got gel polish on my toenails and nothing fancy on my pedicure so I thought the price was kind of high but he did a really good job. The place wasnt busy and I think he could have massaged for longer but he did an excellent job and I would definitely come back. Their chairs are pretty nice in comparison to some other places Ive been and everything was very clean. They even use a liner in the tub for your feet so its brand new for every person. I very much appreciate that because I have actually gotten fungus from a place before. Thank you for the pedicure and I will see you next time.

Lauren Greer Never had my nails this wide. I explained to the man I need them more narrow I have skinny fingers. And the cubicles were drowned with polish I told him to clean it up. These nails were for my brothers wedding this is not acceptable. The guy kept saying how pretty I was and not knowing a damn thing about nails. The way he filed them they’re uneven and pointy on the side. Literally got this done Saturday and they look like this. I’m disappointed Update: I went back to the salon the following Monday morning and stated to the manager that the man did my nails all wrong. It’s like whenever you’re unhappy about a service you’re the bad guy but I spent my money on this!! And I spoke up the day of service!! I forgot the ladies name but she redid my nails. she did a really good job for a simple full set and sat me down after my initial complaint once I arrived. Looking at their response to my review insinuating that it could’ve been another nail salon shows me their lack of accountability. Yeah it’s a business and yeah you’re not going to remember a client who isn’t a regular. But I know damn well they don’t want to claim those nails in the picture because it’s a HOT MESS. I will never return again.

x Rodriguez beyond horrible experience.1st and last time. I went yesterday and when I arrived I was the only person there..that should have been my first clue to not stay. the whole entire time I was there every single employee would only speak in their language which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. from the moment I let them know what I wanted they all spoke non stop so of course you feel like they are talking about you. it was a very uncomfortable environment and I should have listened to my gut and left. the lady that did my nails kept telling me how the polish will be coming off..Ive been doing my nails weekly since I was a teen I know how long nail polish lasts..didnt feel welcomed or wanted there at all horrible job done

Karie Sandiford first of all , I do not recommend anybody going here. I showed the guy what I wanted , for what I paid , I should’ve got exactly what I wanted. $110 dollars and my nails do not look like the picture I showed him. not to mention , he cut multiple of my fingers. I had to mention that my nails were not even and still left with nails that are not even. I’m not happy with their work or my experience there. maybe other employees were better but not the guy that done mine. star nails in Callahan FL is the only place I will go and only place to recommend.

Mia Hampton If it were possible to give 100 stars I would. I’ve been going to Tara for a few years and couldn’t imagine my life without her lol! Tara does top of the line work, she’s fast, professional and the environment is clean and comfortable. I always get her speciality design nails and pedicure which several of my pictures are posted on her website. I come in approximately every three weeks, with no clue as to what I want no inspo pics or nothing and”IVE NEVER” left disappointed. I’m always complimented on my nails and I do mean “ALWAYS”! Tara’s Husband or sister usually does my pedicure and they provide awesome service as well which comes with complimentary wine as a bonus. I could go on and on about how much I love Tara’s nails and spa but I think after reading this you get the picture. I’ll be a customer until we’re all old and grey lol!

Michelle Ro Just had the most relaxing pedicure ever at Imperial Nails and Spa! The massage chairs are heaven, the staff is gentle, and my feet feel brand new. The polish is perfect, no smudges or bubbles. Highly recommend this place for self-care!

Schmeeka Allen The first time I came the experience was everything that’s why I came back but this time I was highly disappointed with my nail I asked for one thing and came out with something else the nails are all different shapes and sizes. There are bubbles in my nails because the gentleman rushed the entire time. If I didn’t have to go get my daughter from daycare I would’ve made him fix them AGAIN. Felicia was about to head out but she came back and did my nails. She was very professional and took the time to explain how she works along with listening to what I like. AJ Springer Chris was terrible. Im wondering if I got him because of my skin color. Anyway mismatched nails and fill ins are just the base of nail. Super cheap and unheard of. Flimsy workmanship, lifting after 2nd day. Tried to charge me 55, I paid 25 by the time I saw them in the sunlight I realized I shouldnt have paid anything. Went to Atl to correct. Florida sucks when it comes to nails especially PJ and LV on Argyle Forest...smh. Dont believe any hype. Go elsewhere
