Kyle 3 Bought a 3 massage package. The first two were great, but the last masseuse I had seemed to lack experience and seemed to be making the massage up as she went. There were parts she didn’t even go over and would do something on one side and completely skip the other. Waste of $95. Also it’s supposed to be a 60 minute massage but it’s only 50 minutes. There was no attempt by the front desk to rectify the situation at all. If I’m gonna get a bad massage, can I at least get good customer service!

Nancy Rowland After having online registration issues, I called, booked, received a 90-minute massage, joined as a member - all yesterday. Considerate, caring staff. I’m new to the area and they were so understanding when I miscalculated weather & traffic, making me late. Anthony gave me one of the best therapeutic massages that I’ve ever had. He is intuitive and a skilled therapist. I’ve been reluctant to join ME chain; but, the staff at Palm Coast location sealed the deal. I’m looking forward to my next service!

Felecia G I’m actually disappointed in this place. I went in to book a surprise massage for my husband for an anniversary present. The lady that helped me book the appointment awesome! But I didn’t get her name. Now the lady that did my husband’s massage was, according to my husband was “way too much”. Too much talking, too personal with questions about things she really shouldn’t have been asking in my opinion. My husband couldn’t even enjoy a relaxing massage without this Gina lady talking his ear off. I was extremely disappointed in this. I’m not sure but to me a massage should be clam, quiet and relaxing. Not asking about someone’s personal life and commenting on what all his tattoos mean. My husband was super disappointed and just wanted to relax. He said she did more talking than massaging. And he felt like he didn’t get a good massage, mediocre light pressure because she kept stopping to talk and my husband didn’t know what to say. Be more professional. Never going there again.

Milk & Honey Co. What a wonderful experience I had! Zimfira did my massage and she was lovely, engaging, reassuring and friendly! Maria did my gel manicure and she is extremely talented. She was also friendly and went above and beyond what I expected. I am 100% a satisfied customer and will be inviting my friends & family. Looking forward to booking again!

tori got waxing done by anna! she did such a great job, i got my whole face waxed. she cares a lot about after care and preventing ingrowns/bumps. basically a mini facial after getting waxed, it was so nice! prices are great, she’s so welcoming and inviting. the salons beautiful too! i loved my service.

Ted Blair As a former massage therapist of 10 years, I can truly say that this was the BEST massage I have ever gotten. Originally did an hour, but it was so great, that I asked if she had time to do 1.5 hrs total, she was able to. I have finally found a little bit of heaven on earth....

nancy harrison I had a certificate which clearly showed i had a balance however on the phone they said nothing was there even though they could not tell me when it was used. I have it written by an employee and dated that there was a balance on gift cert but they acted like it did not matter. Do not buy gift certs here.

Sam is always offering the best customer service and the place and amenities are wonderful. This jewel offers all one needs including quiet, peaceful outside filled with nature, mineral pool, beautiful rooms and sauna. The cooking is quite amazing as well and one feels treated very well in all aspects. I highly recommend staying at this jewel.

steven hissa What a dump.. no breakfast rooms need good cleaning. No staff one girl working. No fresh linens or towels. Outside needs total painting and landscaping. Dont go its a hot mess. Friends from out of country stayed there. Felt terrible for them Paid in advance 2 wks stay! Hope they fight to get money back. This place makes a motel 6 look like the Ritz.

Flavia Forteza everything was beautiful. we felt very taken care of and special. the owner Sam is delightful, sweet, a GREAT cook and so understanding when we were running late to check out. the views are spectacular. the building is historic and obviously well loved and taken care of. this is a special spot. i can’t wait to come back!

Ally Guilmette Took my Charlie girl to Love of Fur for the first time and I have nothing but great things to say about this grooming establishment. We’ve taken our pup to other businesses and nothing compares to the warm and compassion we’ve received since the moment we stepped in the door. The receptionist was warm and welcoming and the services we received were top tier. Definitely 5 stars and would recommend anyone with a fur baby to visit this business for all grooming needs!

I walked in and was immediately addressed in the very friendly professional manner the people were very nice and when I picked up my dog it was of good time and they praised my dog and said that she was very nice they have a nice attitude over there. My babys teeth had quite a bit of tartar on it.,,, After I got her from love of her her teeth looked much better and more improved they have reasonable rates very reasonable! They also gave my sweet baby a nice little decorative collar as you can see which added to the professional and nice touch! Thank you... ( love of fur ) for taking care of my baby ! and I will definitely be back!

Shelley Crooks Extremely friendly staff that made my dogs feel like movie stars. I got to appt early and got right in. They have a detailed info sheet for you to fill out which lets me know they are detailed. Both dogs got nails trimmed and face clipped. Nice back drop for pictures

Austin Cruz I love the environment and aesthetic of the place. It was very relaxing and perfect for getting a massage. This was the first massage Ive ever received from a professional, and it was better than I anticipated when I went to receive it 2 days ago. As Jessie, my massage therapist for my session, was very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time as I felt like a million bucks after the session was over and she got rid of the pain and tension in my shoulders. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone living in Flagler County and even Volusia County (Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach) and I would 100% drive from Orlando back to here for another session. As a way to support a great small and local business that delivers on its goal.

Jeremy Clarke Some therapists say "deep tissue" when they really mean relaxing massage. Not Alice! My back was a knotted mess and she really took the time to work into the muscle groups. A++.

Raina Wolfe-Stein I wish I could leave a good review, because they were very nice, however- this is what my nails look like less than 24 hours after a manicure!!! I don’t even know how this can happen. I have barely even used my hands. So, after sitting in the salon for almost 2 hours getting a regular mani/pedi, it feels like such a waste to then have my nails looking horrible one day later. The pedicure looks fine at least.

Magnet Rocks I have been coming to Alex and Lucy for years now. I have been to many other places in the area before finding them and I could not be happier with all the services I have received here. This includes manicures and pedicures, waxing, and ear candling. Highly Recommend!

CLR The salon owner did a cut and color. The color she used was an off brand and it caused my scalp to burn while I was processing. It ended up drying out my previously healthy hair, which is still recovering and looks brassy. I Would not recommend this salon.

Yulia makes sure her approach is suitable for each individual client, discussing and explaining the treatment in great detail. She is very thorough and is sensitive to the client’s needs. Jackie Banuelos Very disappointing was my first time coming here. Was trying to support this business since I saw grand opening and was looking for a place to fix my nails. The lady did a horrible job leaving glue all over my nails not cleaning up the nail polish correctly. And the worst part is that my nails were short so wasn’t much of a job. As much as she apologize not sorry because I was very disappointed. Most definitely will not come back

Elizabeth Wertman By far the best nail salon I’ve had the pleasure of being a client. My nails Always looks fabulous, as does my toes. The atmosphere is relaxing and you are entertained by the staff. Even if I am not scheduled for a mani/pedi, if I am in the area, I stop in just to say hi and chat. Since I moved to Palm Coast 2 years ago, this was the 4th salon I tried and the last one. Everyone that I have recommended are completely satisfied. I definitely would make an appointment if I were you!!!
