Alejandra Feliciano John was absolutely amazing! I struggle biting my nails and it’s always hard to get acrylics. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome. He recommended I do round tips instead of squared and it was an awesome change! So so happy with the outcome ❤️

Arie Sunshine Love coming here to get my manicure done! They do a fantastic job! I get the liquid gel done which lasts so much longer than regular gel and they always do such cute designs.

Lesley, one of the instructors, has been my go to for years. she did my engagement, wedding, and honeymoon nails! there’s no where else i’d rather go-PERIOD!

Arianna Roman I have been going here speraticaly throughout the years for reference before I was a adult I would come I try my best not to come here because every time I go I have a bad experience and I tell myself I’m never coming back and I do try my best but some times it’s my last resort im not going to be a Karen in my review but the reason I am giving it one star is because I’m always givin and addititude and my nails are always clumpy and not smooth abd I noticed he was watching like a show on his phone while he was doing my nails and I’m not going to be the one to judge but I feel like his addititude came from him wanting to watch his show and by me being there I divided his attention away from his show keep in mind he wasn’t on break or anything

noemi santana i asked for a certain type of nails & she didn’t do the shape correct or the nail color . i don’t like polish, i wanted powder & she used the polish & it’s done very messy as well. i’ve gone here a few times hoping they’d do better but not once was i ever satisfied with their service. id like some one to please contact me about a refund or fixing them correctly this time.

Tianna Nichols Between having limited nail colors choose from and only 2 people working, I don’t know what I should be displeased with more. I asked for a ballerina cut and was told they can’t do that service. I then asked what could they do and I was then quoted $55 for coffin nails which I did not receive. More like oval. I requested that she use a white base so that the color shows up nice and bright. I was told that I can just do another coat. After 4 coats it’s still not the desired color. When the nail tech then went on a bathroom break, I noticed that my nails were crooked, uneven and super round. I asked that she fixed them and I was told again that it’s fine and she will get to it. I left ready to take the nails off and start again elsewhere. I called 3x to discuss how unhappy I was but my calls weren’t answered.

C P I told the lady I wanted gel polish and was looking at the gel stacks. She took it from me and gave me another stack. I chose a color which turned out to not be gel. Im unsure if she was in a rush or just didnt want to deal with gel. For my husband, the other lady kept clipping him with the automatic scrubber. He said it felt like a nail going into his foot. I didnt even get the automatic scrubber even though we ordered the same thing. I got a 40 second massage on one leg and maybe five seconds on the other. Find someone you like and stick with them!

Gerda Godiva I really enjoyed my experience at this nail salon! I tried the P&W Dipping service, and my nails turned out even more beautiful than I expected. Michael was the one who beautified my nails; he was very attentive and helped me choose a color that matched my preferences. I truly felt well cared for and will be back soon.

Bri This place is everything a good business has to offer. The people are happy and polite, and the place is always clean. It starts with the owner, and his culture reflects on everything. They dont just try to go through customers, they care about each person. Keep up the good work!

Emili Mancilla I went today as a walk-in to get my eyebrows threaded and Preksha attended me. She was the only one there and was doing a client’s nails at that time so I waited about 15 minutes. Ladies, book an appointment ahead of time, I just got lucky. She did an amazing job and I will be coming back soon!

B Green Classy Nails in Lake Mary is worth the drive for me! 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. Whitney gives the best pedicure in Central Florida!! I have been going to her for YEARS! Fun personality, too. Classy Nails is extremely clean, bright, and cheerful. The staff is friendly, talented, and welcoming. Next time you want to get pampered, I highly recommend Classy Nails!!

Mandy Dunn McClaren Classy Nails is wonderful. Everyone on staff is so welcoming. The new owners have made great strides to provide exceptional services. I am always welcomed in with hospitality that is above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable. The salon is so clean and equipment is sterile. I make the drive just to get my nails done here because they are well worth it. I highly recommend the Volcano Pedicure and I get the dip nails.

Itzel Tapia Literally one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Roy, the owner, rushed through my nails because he had an errand to run, he said he’ll be back and to do my pedicure in the meantime. Pedicure finished and waited 25 minutes for him to arrive to finish my nails. So unprofessional!! Literally the ugliest set of nails I’ve ever had. Will not be coming back.

Jennifer Campbell Excellent place to get your nails and toes done. Jenny Lynn and Mimi are my favorites and always do a great job. They can do very detailed designs or plain short gel nails. I highly recommend.

Aimz Best nail place by far, excellent service. Erica’s work is perfect!! Nails last 4 weeks or more without a fill. The polish that she uses whether it is gel polish or regular polish it never chips or gets dull. If you’re doing house work or typing all day, be sure that your nails will never lift or break you can be as rough as you like. If you want quality and good work lavish Nail Bar & Beauty lounge is the place.

Armani Hoyle After one day the nails chipped. Not the color I wanted and they don’t listen. Horrible shop! Do not go! I’m warning you now. You will be disappointed!

Stacy Suzette Arterbury The man there checked me in and asked what I wanted. Explained that I wanted French manicure and red toes. He showed me to the polish options and said to pick the color. I handed him my selection. He handed it back to me and showed me to their waiting area without saying anything except "One half hour" Waited for one full hour. Left the polish and walked out. Really wanted to get my nails done. I wish he would have been honest about how long it was going to be ~ all the time spent waiting = I could have gone somewhere else. He said nothing as I left. Things noticed as I waited: The place is run down. Everything in there is dirty. Dusty Christmas tree ornaments hanging late in March. Wet towels hanging around. 2 people working on a Friday The man was dishonest and unprofessional.

Stephanie Aviles **making another edit to this review after being told to call got ignored , I also reported this nail salon to the health department as well as cosmetology board for not following health standards ******making an edit to this review , the manager acted like he was doing a partial refund , called my credit card company to find out they declined the refund because the merchant didn’t actually put in the information , except jokes on you guys cause I’ve kept the receipt you gave me. As a business you should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing peoples money when services weren’t rendered corrected in the first place and then acting like your going to refund when your not. Do better as a business I Got my nails done here Thursday afternoon . Got home and got to looking at my nails I realized that they were lifted already underneath the acrylic meaning it wasn’t applied correctly, giving the ability for fungus growth , The moment I noticed I called the salon which was Friday morning 9am when they open. I spoke to the lady who did my nails at 10am and she told me she was busy to come in Saturday morning 1230to fix. I showed up early and was polite and explained that they were lifted underneath. 5 out of 5 nails were like this I expressed I wanted a removal and refund for the service. She could keep the tip. I didn’t want a fix because if I wasn’t happy the first time probably wasn’t going to be happy the second go around. She looked at me and said since the service was done she couldn’t do anything about it. She said she could remove at that was it. I spent about 15 mins in this salon almost in tears and only able to get a partial refund for work that wasn’t even going to last a week to be told that my nail bed was “curved” she said she could fix it for me. I refused and explained I had an appointment with my usual tech that never has told me of a curved nail bed. I came here trying to save a few bucks (my mistake) only to be treated unfairly and my money kept for services that weren’t rendered correctly. Pics of there service will be the first 3 pics. I was able to put a toothpick under my thumb and the paint job was very sloppy. The second set of pics will be what my nail tech did just to show this place that people actually do a good job.
