Fiona Behr I wish I negative stars for this place. My little sister got her nails done for a wedding. They looked horrible, uneven & not painted all the way. She was too scared to say anything so my mom called back & asked if they could fix it. While my little sister was there the first time, the nail tech kept on telling her to “don’t look at your nails look at the TV” and kept yanking her hand. Unacceptable behavior. Then mockingly said “am I hurting you?” Flash forward we come back to get them fixed, she again tells her to “not look at her nails.” My mom says she can look wherever she wants. Which the lady then says “let me explain” and was very rude the remainder of the time. Will never spend another dime at this place again. Everybody else was great but because of this one nail tech, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Ashley Wechsler The ladies were super sweet they were super busy and still squeezed me and my Lil sister in, my main complaint is my cuticles were cut on both hands I did tell her she was hurting me and she said sorry. Today all I did was bump my thumb on something and it started bleeding from where the cuticles were cut my fingers are sore and I didnt even get acrylics I did the dip. So my 3 stars is cause of the cuticles being cut bleeding and hurting.

Emily Parrish WORST nail experience I have ever had. I came in wanting to get a Dip manicure and gel pedicure. The guy that sat down to do my nails looked/behaved like he was on drugs, and proceeded to absolutely butcher the simple design I asked for (and showed photos of) Rushing through everything, nail shape/dip/filing (even breaking one of my natural nails off) He eventually fully filed off the design saying he couldn’t do it, had me wash my hands, and said that I was good to go. After being there for 2 HOURS and trying to get this man to fix or even simplify the design if he wasn’t able, I left with the base dip color with the half design polish all over my nails and fingers. I was charged 70$ for this, and will not EVER be back.

Jessica Shepeard This is the next day after paying $45.00 for my daughter first set. She asked for hello kitty and lilac purple. This is just horrible. My daughter said she will never go back to her or her husband who is the one who did my daughter nails.

Katy Gammons They do great nails here, have great prices, and even better customer service. Amanda is so sweet and friendly and she does amazing nails. I have tried other nail salons in Panama City and Amandas Nails is definitely my favorite. I drive an hour from Mexico Beach every 2 weeks bc she is the best! I never have to wait very long at all and their shop is always immaculately clean. I definitely recommend going here!

angela marie My experience wasn’t terrible but it could’ve been 10x better. My friend recommended this salon to me and i had SUCH high hopes since i live in town and was tired of driving to the beach to get my nails done. I get to the salon around 12:40. I wash my hand and they sit me down to take off the dip set i had from someone else. I’ve never done the process of a dip removal and it seemed like it was taking a bit longer than it should’ve, but again I’ve never went through that process so I’m not sure. I show the design i wanted and they said just for the background color it would be $100. So i said I’d just do clear or do a clear pink. They seemed so confused on the design so i chose a different option. They then told me just for a brown French tip it would be $15 extra and the lady that was doing my nails said she wasn’t sure if it would come out good. Confused because she did something identical to the girl before me but on a different shape nail. She proceeds to do my nails and i tell her i just want brown. She puts the nail on and cuts it WAY shorter than what i asked and seemed irritated when i mentioned it was a lot shorter. She starts to drill my nails and constantly goes over my cuticle on my thumb. I pull away and she doesn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me. She does the same thing one more time and still doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when she put the color on I’m assuming she got paint on my thumb and goes over my cut cuticle with her nail and i pull away again and she said, “oh i hurt you?” And i told her yes and no apology or nothing. She finally gets done at 3:00. I don’t usually do things like this or complain, i was just really let down. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or something because they seem super nice, especially to their regulars.

Heather Chavers Long did my daughters nails. He gave her exactly what she wanted. Coffin shape with light pink French manicure. They are beautiful. He took his time and did an amazing job! Most importantly besides a beautiful product, Long and Mia gave us the most amazing customer service. They were both kind and humble and truly cared that we were comfortable and pleased with their service. They are skilled artisans as well as good people. Thank you Long and Mia for taking care of my daughter and for taking pride in the way you do your work. It is so hard to find people that care, I feel like Long and Mia care! Highly recommend them!

Phung Nguyen I stopped in for a pedicure today and I am glad I did. The service was excellent. The lady that did my pedicure was very friendly and was very thorough. The salon is small, yet tidy which gives a very cozy feel. The chairs and interior decors were nice. They used liners in their pedicure tubs. They took me right in because they have a 4 people working. The price was reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Nina Nadery My first time coming to this nail salon and did not like the way how I was treated by the nail tech. I had initially made a gel pedi/mani for both my daughter and I. When I arrived the environment was welcoming. The place is nice. As the mail tech was ready to start the pedicure I noticed they did not set up for my daughter. I informed the nail tech a few times that I schedule an appointment for my daughter as well but was brushed off/ignored. So, I patiently waited but no one came to start on my daughters pedicure so I again informed the nail tech that I schedule an appointment for gel pedi/manicure for my daughter. He preceded to ask me when would I like for my daughter to get her pedicure done I simply replied with now if possible. He became frustrated with me, rolled his eyes and caught an attitude with me. After he was done with her pedicure I asked him to style my nail with a photo I saw on Pinterest. As he was doing my nails he kept giving me an attitude when I would remind him how I’ll like to get my nails done. It seemed like he was in a rushed to get me out of there. To say the lease I did not get what I asked for and my daughter never got her gel manicure. My nails are uneven in shape/size and poorly polished

Baby Tee The experience was great . I called and booked an appointment 15mins before I went. They were welcoming, and the service was great. I got a chair back massage, and the settings were nice,clean, and welcome organizers. I would recommend every one anyone .

Nephateria Johnson I didnt want to say anything but it needs to be said, So I have been to this nail salon before and the environment is nice, But the experience I had made me mad. So these pictures are what I wanted versus what I got the man that did my nails didnt know what he was doing. He took way too long to do my nails plus he filed my cuticles down to where my finger started bleeding as you can see the cut on my thumb. I dont mind a person taking their time and doing their job right, but its clear in the picture that he didnt know what he was doing. I am a nice person so I didnt complain, But I made a decision that I will not be returning.

Nisi Mill I went in for a fill and gel polish, and this is the result. I specifically asked for short square nails, but the technician completely messed up the shape. As you can see, the polish is uneven and doesn’t fully cover my nails. When I raised the issue, I was told I could return on Tuesday to have them corrected, as it was only 15 minutes before closing. I won’t be coming back or spending another dollar at this salon.

Tierra Justus Uneven length, unsealed tips, torn up cuticles, bubbles/debris in polish, patchy polish. I’m honestly shocked at how many good reviews this place has, this place is NOT worth the $225 before tip I was charged. I left so disappointed. I stepped in multiple times during the session correcting color choices, areas on the nail, length, and filing issues.. so many times to where I finally just saved my voice and counted this as a loss. I made an appointment and specifically asked for someone who specializes in mail art as I’ve seen amazing work on their socials. Fast forward to this morning where I brought my 5 year old daughter do get her nails done with me (her gel nails were $85, which is absolutely insane for the zero prep done and quality hers ended up being).. Needless to say, I’ve already scheduled an appointment next week at my usual location by the beach.

Debbie Forand I’ve been a loyal customer here for many years and have happily recommended this place to friends and family. It’s truly disheartening to say that lately, I’ve noticed a decline in quality. It seems like the team is struggling with getting the shape of my nails just right, and while there are a couple of talented artists, they aren’t always available. I’ve also experienced inconsistent pricing depending on who is serving me, which adds to the frustration. It saddens me to leave this review for a place that has meant so much to me, but my experiences over the past six months have been less than satisfactory. I hope that this feedback helps bring about some positive changes.
