It’s truly disheartening to say that lately, I’ve noticed a decline in quality. It seems like the team is struggling with getting the shape of my nails just right, and while there are a couple of talented artists, they aren’t always available. I’ve also experienced inconsistent pricing depending on who is serving me, which adds to the frustration. It saddens me to leave this review for a place that has meant so much to me, but my experiences over the past six months have been less than satisfactory. I hope that this feedback helps bring about some positive changes.

2 /5 Nicole Reis: Came in as a walk in on a slammed Saturday morning. The nails speak for themselves. Absolutely amazing shape, dip application, and design. So beautiful! Updated: $65 plus a $20 tip for just my fingernails which was fine except one broke 4 days later. Went in at opening to get it fixed (called two days ago to make sure). Said they were too busy to fix one nail and I had to come back in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes to get there and work evenings so I’ll just have to go to an entirely different nail salon and pay to have the one nail done.

1 /5 Nicole Watkins: Had an appointment at 3 PM. Just left $60 for a pedicure and $40 for a dip manicure. pedicure is fine but I want to cry looking at these nails. I didn’t notice inside of the shop but as soon as I got to my car realized how jacked up they were, I’m going to call and see if they’re willing to fix them tomorrow. Hopefully they have some sense of decency and will make it right

Magic Nails - Panama City Nina Nadery: My first time coming to this nail salon and did not like the way how I was treated by the nail tech. I had initially made a gel pedi/mani for both my daughter and I. When I arrived the environment was welcoming. The place is nice. As the mail tech was ready to start the pedicure I noticed they did not set up for my daughter. I informed the nail tech a few times that I schedule an appointment for my daughter as well but was brushed off/ignored. So, I patiently waited but no one came to start on my daughters pedicure so I again informed the nail tech that I schedule an appointment for gel pedi/manicure for my daughter. He preceded to ask me when would I like for my daughter to get her pedicure done I simply replied with now if possible. He became frustrated with me, rolled his eyes and caught an attitude with me. After he was done with her pedicure I asked him to style my nail with a photo I saw on Pinterest. As he was doing my nails he kept giving me an attitude when I would remind him how I’ll like to get my nails done. It seemed like he was in a rushed to get me out of there. To say the lease I did not get what I asked for and my daughter never got her gel manicure. My nails are uneven in shape/size and poorly polished

Regal Nails, Salon & Spa - Panama City Beach joslyn meade: The most wonderful experience. Don’t over look this place because it is inside Walmart the workers are nice as can be!! The service is the best in all of PCB. Shout out Kevin!!! He does amazing nail art! I would 10/10 recommend!!! It is a must if you want great service.

Lisas Nails - Panama City angela marie: My experience wasn’t terrible but it could’ve been 10x better. My friend recommended this salon to me and i had SUCH high hopes since i live in town and was tired of driving to the beach to get my nails done. I get to the salon around 12:40. I wash my hand and they sit me down to take off the dip set i had from someone else. I’ve never done the process of a dip removal and it seemed like it was taking a bit longer than it should’ve, but again I’ve never went through that process so I’m not sure. I show the design i wanted and they said just for the background color it would be $100. So i said I’d just do clear or do a clear pink. They seemed so confused on the design so i chose a different option. They then told me just for a brown French tip it would be $15 extra and the lady that was doing my nails said she wasn’t sure if it would come out good. Confused because she did something identical to the girl before me but on a different shape nail. She proceeds to do my nails and i tell her i just want brown. She puts the nail on and cuts it WAY shorter than what i asked and seemed irritated when i mentioned it was a lot shorter. She starts to drill my nails and constantly goes over my cuticle on my thumb. I pull away and she doesn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me. She does the same thing one more time and still doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when she put the color on I’m assuming she got paint on my thumb and goes over my cut cuticle with her nail and i pull away again and she said, “oh i hurt you?” And i told her yes and no apology or nothing. She finally gets done at 3:00. I don’t usually do things like this or complain, i was just really let down. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or something because they seem super nice, especially to their regulars.

DaVi Nails Salon and Spa - Starke Toye Hall: Love this Nail salon they are all amazing at what they do. I always get mr. Steven. He does a great job and is very quick. Would recomend this place to everyone in starke fl. Will never go any where else. Thank you all for all yall do

DS Nails - Starke Alexsis Varnum: Came in there on the 13th with a partially chipped finger nail asked if they could still put a nail on my finger and I was told yes, they never mentioned to me that there was a chance that I could lose my whole finger nail and left with it crooked finger nail and 2 days later I did a normal task and my entire acrylic and real nail was ripped off completely, l have been in pain ever since. I will NOT return

Magic Nails & Spa - Melbourne Brian & Nicole Love: This is my new go-to spot! Ive been getting my nails done here for the past few months, and the techs are incredibly meticulous. The cleanlieness of the whole place is a HIGE plus fornme. The quality is top-notch, and whenever Ive requested designs, they’ve perfectly matched my expectations. The level of professionalism from everyone is outstanding. They truly stand by their work—once, I came in with a broken nail (my fault), and they quickly fixed it, letting me go on my merry little way. Highly recommend!
