Tania M. Mejil Had a bad experience with a full set of ombre nails. The nail tech rushed and didnt execute well. Although I communicated what I wanted, my nails came out uneven, the cuticles were not cleaned up, and the filing was wonky. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

Mirna Vivian was Amazing!! I came in for a pedicure with gel on my feet and a almond shaped dip powder.. She took her time and did a wonderful job!! Thank you so much!! The staff were very nice and welcoming..can’t wait to come back for my next service, you made this well worth it!! Thank you!!

K M Extremely unprofessional. I didn’t even get my nails done but I wouldn’t anyway. I called to ask about availability and a kid picked up the phone telling me they don’t know and I should just come , I asked to speak to an adult , some guy picked up and basically gave me no information other than “I don’t know, I mean , there’s a lot of people” ... this was a joke . I will never go there and I’m glad I decided not to even bother with this place.

Karla Keeney We have come to Sally and Larry for over 13 years and have always had the best service. Now Sally does micro-blading and I splurged a few months ago. The price is very reasonable, and much less than most. But the best part is that my eyebrows are PERFECT! I get so many compliments on them. They look very natural, and people who didnt know me before dont even realize that Ive had micro-blading. Thank you so much, Sally for your beautiful work!

Erin Garcia LOVE this salon! Sally and Larry are friendly kind and amazing people! The salon is always clean and service is fast and superb! Sally does everything from the perfect nails to , microshading/ microblading. Larry does the Perfect pedicures. I always look forward to my appointments with them! The name Says it all.. Desiree Diaz I went in for a standard pedicure, but the service was exceptional! The highlight was the steamer used during the exfoliation process – a truly luxurious and softening touch. Win’s attention to detail was so impressive that I decided to add a manicure. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Shirley Arias I came in for a pedicure and acrylic nails. Ben did the base, which are the best acrylic set ive had ever without being bulky and the right color. He also did the tips very nicely so i dont have any residual in the back of my nails which is rare. My pedicure was perfect. His wife did my design which I would rate a 5/10. I wish they would have told me they wouldnt be able to do the design? I was looking to get because it would have saved us. Time trying to match the colors and the design which came out very different to what I was hoping for. However, she was very adamant about making me happy, and we settled on a final design that I was okay with, but not extremely happy with. Overall, the customer service was great and I would go back, but probably not for a complex design but maybe for something a little more basic.

Anakarina Gonzalez I came here when there was a different owner and always had a pleasant experience at a great price and I’m happy to say the new owners provide the same service and quality. I was very pleased with my pedicure and manicure. I felt like each technician took their time with the service to make sure I was delighted with the outcome. I will definitely be back!

Ashley Matos I went there this week for the first time after my normal technician at another location was out on vacation. Let me say this… I am pretty picky about my nails. So I was apprehensive to go somewhere new. I absolutely loved my experience here though. They are so kind, professional and take their time doing an amazing job. Grace did my nails and I’m over the moon with them. The place is beautiful and clean. Perfect spot. I highly recommend!

Sarah Berkheiser Olivia was absolutely AMAZING! I came in with a pretty demanding design and she was ready to tackle it head on no complaints. My appointment was pretty late in the day and I didnt realize my design of choice would take 3+ hrs and go past closing time but, Grace joined in to help Olivia finish my nails and her skill was great too! These two ladies will SLAY your nails if you come around here!!

Rayel Harvey It was my first time here and I definitely see myself coming back! The place is so beautiful and they offer complimentary refreshments which is a nice touch. My nail tech was Olivia and she was nice and detailed. I showed her the picture of what I wanted for February, and she NAILED IT!! I love them. So pretty! I got the ‘lavish pedicure’ by a kind gentleman; who took great care of my feet with the pink gel color to match my nails. Really excellent service from start to finish, and I am grateful. I’ll tell everyone about this salon!

The salon is always sparkling clean, the staff are not just friendly but genuinely kind, and the quality of their work is outstanding every single time. Monica Mojica Where do I even start! Amy has been my nail tech for years and I LOVE her work so much! If I have a nail problem she will solve it! If I show her something I really want and she doesn’t have the color, she will be sure to have it for my next appointment. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Brittany Herrmann I have definitely found my new nail place!! Tiffany is amazing! I get dip powder and Tiffany pays such close attention to detail and if she doesn’t like the way something looks, she fixes it without you having to say anything. Everyone there is so friendly and the salon is clean. The desk puppy makes everyone smile too. I can’t say enough good things about them! Definitely highly recommend them.

Deepika Nagliya I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. It took **3.5 hours** to get a full set and a pedicure, which is far too long. I repeatedly asked for **white chrome nails**, but the technician gave me **clear chrome** instead, completely ignoring my request. After finishing my hand nails, I had to wait **45 minutes** before they even started my pedicure. When they finally did my pedicure, the polish was rushed and poorly done—**my toenails weren’t even fully painted, and there were visible white spots** because they were closed which is not fair to customers to get a rushed treatment . To top it off, they rushed me out after the pedicure and didn’t let me wait for my toes to dry because they were closed. I’ve never felt so annoyed after spending so much money on my nails. The lack of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail was unacceptable.

Mark We liked our experience, overall. Nice clean place. I hear good things about them and their work which is why we dropped in. Was able to walk in without an appointment. This was my tweens first time having her nails done and she was mostly happy. I think there was a little confusion about what all she wanted done between the front of house and the actual person doing the work which made things a little uncomfortable after the correction but otherwise okay, alright.

Bailee Donaldson Gwen and her husband are both so careful and precise with my nails! Gwen helps me perfect the nails I want too, when I can’t pick a color or pattern she always knows what to do and she’s never wrong!! I love this place and would recommend 10/10

I was watching YouTube and came across a video from Vice where Taj got his hair done after looking up reviews and I was MIND BLOWN by the beautiful work she did. She was super sweet. I felt such a warm feeling from Sabrina. I will have to check her out since I live in Orlando. I definitely recommend her!!

Rae Juhl I had my haircut by Melissa Nieves who did a fantastic job! My hair is straight and fine in texture so any mistake is highly visible, so Im always nervous to try a new stylist, but Melissa is a pro and did a beautiful job with my hair. Ive found my new salon home!

Arlene Mejiaa I was referred to Lesley by a friend and decided to also get a pedicure by Pilar since it’s my birthday and let me tell you, this is a great atmosphere with an awesome team of people. The way it feels in there is amazing and everyone is so nice and really listens to your needs, the work is beautiful and they also explain everything thoroughly if you have any questions, 10/10 recommend!

Katrina Tuggle My mom gave me a gift certificate for a pedicure for Christmas, so I decided to use it this morning. I was not disappointed! Katie was really nice and did a fantastic job! My nails were definitely in need of some TLC, which she provided. The water was warm, the salon was clean, and Katie really pampered my feet and legs. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend.

Kate Danh This is my second visit to this nail salon. Honestly, I wasn’t in the best mood. The people here are really nice, but I am quite a reserved person. I really like the color of my nails, but while I was getting them done, the lady accidentally damaged one spot. I’m actually quite particular about these things, so I mentioned it. She reassured me that it wasn’t a big deal, and since it was Christmas, I didn’t want to cause any trouble, so I let it go. However, after leaving, I noticed several imperfections on my nails that were not only unappealing but also tend to catch on clothes. I don’t usually mind customer service, but what matters to me is the quality. I’m sharing this review for reference.

Tina Louise My first experience with L’amour snail & Spa Lake Mary 3005 W Lake Mary Blvd was not a good one. I went in for a manicure & pedicure. The nail tech was older around 60-70 years old. She started the manicure with no hand soak, cut into the corner of my long natural nails on the right hand(this causes hangnails), and didn’t fully remove my polish. I asked her to remove the polish on my nails and she lightly rubbed one. I couldn’t continue with the service and said I cannot do this and left. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had and do not recommend this place.

Wendy Hartman I love this nail place!! They are all very attentive and friendly! I live out of town now, but always go there when I have the chance. They are always welcoming and wonderful with my service dogs in training!! My daughter had her wedding party there several years ago and we just keep going back! #bestnailsaloninlakemary

I hadnt been to a nail salon in a while because its hard to find salons that give good service while maintaining high quality. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with good service and smiles! My manicure turned out great and my pedicure was done perfectly. The staff took their time to perfect their services. I felt extremely comfortable and cant wait to be back. They offer waxing services and facials. Theres also reserved parking spaces for their clients.

Sandi Ruth It was good. The nail tech was good but hardly spoke to me. My daughter went too but she wasnt pleased. 01/13/24 I am adding to my original review above and changed my rating. I wish I could give no stars, because I am not happy. On 01/07/24 I decided to spend the money and get a gel manicure since they are supposed to last 2 - 3 weeks and the regular polish doesnt last. I work in a doctors office so I dont do anything rough with my hands and I hadnt done my house work this week. However, by the 9th, the polish was coming off. I couldnt believe it and I couldnt make it back to the salon until the 13th to get it fixed. When I did, they told me I would have to pay 1/2 to get it fix because it has been a week. I told her a week is tomorrow and you can clearly see the polish had been coming off way before today. Plus gel is supposed to last 2 - 3 weeks. No problem. So here is my review. They dont ever have to worry about me coming back, not ever, not even for a free manicure and Im sharing this with my friends.

Alina Beyond satisfied with the service I received today. Got a mani and pedi and the technicians both had great attention to detail. I was offered something to drink and received a mini shoulder massage. My nails look fantastic and I was asked multiple times if Im happy. Definitely recommend and I will be back

Jodi Holden I’ve been seeing Trish at Beaute Nest Nails for over a year now and she is sooooo awesome. My nails and pedicure always come out excellent. My 17-year-old daughter sees her husband Kan And he is also fantastic. My daughter is into designs and he can do whatever she shows him on her phone. Everything is always clean and sanitized and I’m extremely happy with Beaute. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I cannot thank Trish & Kahn and her fabulous staff enough for fitting me in , I am terrible at making appointments. But they are lovely at accommodating me! I’ve always had great service , pedicures included. I’ve been going to the salon or at least 5 years . I take my friends there , my daughter will drive up from the keys to get a pedicure with them . I also asked just for a French manicure, but ended up being up-charged for gel, which I never asked for. Unfortunately I dont have time to get these redone right now, but I am concerned about going back because my technicians tools were not sanitized before use or after. Update: Will, the owner, has offered to re-do my nails.

Liza Melvin Ive been going to Premier Nails for over 6 months. Finally I found a nail salon that does a superb job with my nails and pedicure needs. Will is attentive and experienced and his staff is courteous and very talented as well.

Lauren Carbone I’m visiting from out of town, and my mom recommended this salon. I was nervous since I always go to the same place back home, but Tony did a great job with my dip nails! He took his time sculpting and shaping them and checked in often to make sure I liked them. The rest of the staff was also very sweet and attentive. If you like nicely rounded or almond-shaped nails, I highly recommend Tony. He had great attention to detail! I did a pastel yellow with pearl chrome powder on top for Spring :)

Dezja Rush I’ve had my nails done here several times, lately by Monica, who usually does good work. This time however Monica gave me an option of 2 pink acrylic bases for my French tip and when I said I wanted the softer of the two she urged me to get the harsher pink so that my natural nails wouldn’t show. I left it up to her expertise but regretted after seeing the finished product. Once I left and got a good look at the nails I immediately went to a different nail shop and got a much better nail look.
