The way it feels in there is amazing and everyone is so nice and really listens to your needs, the work is beautiful and they also explain everything thoroughly if you have any questions, 10/10 recommend!

5 /5 Alex D: I had amazing service at Unity with Pilar. She is absolutely awesome! Very attentive to the clients comfort and needs, even saying "youre treated like a princess when youre here!" She explained the services she was performing, giving me advice on how I can better care for my nails since I had a bad experience that messed up my nails at a different salon prior to seeing her. Im a simple person, usually just get a French manicure. Because of that, I feel like people usually rush. Not Pilar! She took her time and was very attentive to detail, making sure it was perfect, which Im so appreciative of. I will definitely be back.

Glitz & Glam Nail Salon - St. Augustine

Teaha Green: Update: I went in and Kate fixed them! I will say that I am very pleased. She also made them thicker. I got my nails done at Glitz and Glam last week, and unfortunately, the quality did not hold up. Within two days, one nail chipped; by day three, two had completely fallen off, and by day four, I lost a fourth nail. The nail technician made them extremely thin, which may have contributed to the issue. I asked for white tips and am wondering if they are weaker than regular nails—if I had known, I would have chosen differently. While the nails were beautiful when first done, and the technician was very kind, the durability just wasn’t there. I feel like I wasted my money, so unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Samantha Williams: I was excited to see that this salon was owned by a brand, new owner and new management given the circumstances of all the negative reviews of the prior establishment. I decided to give them another shot. Everything was going great until my technician started filing my nails with the electric file, it started to burn. I told her this several times and she continued to go over the same spots. When she started her acrylic work, everything was fine there until she then proceeded to file my nails with a manual file and sliced my pinky open as well as Cut my cuticles with the electric file during the final process. I was very vocal throughout the entire time and mention as well as as several times in front of colleagues as well as as the owner and new management come the time of checkout I was still charged full price for my nails with no compensation given and or an apology. very disappointed and will definitely not be going back.

I had originally asked for acrylics but the girl they put me with did not know how to do them. They talked me into gel nails. Iryna I believe is new. She put a thin layer of gel on my nails. Then she didn’t know how to do any of the designs so Lena came and did them. Well 6 days later the first nail broke off. Unfortunately we were only there for 5 days. Day 7 the second nail broke. My response from the owner was unfortunately this happens. And if your ever back around come see me. Very disappointed. I spent over $200.

I cant say enough about their work as it was very neat, clean, detailed and excellent! I think the gentleman name was AP and the lady was Mila, they are superb! It was Lovely talking to them. The place is beautiful, clean and organized with a good clean smell. Chairs have massage to the people who care, and most of the accesories used are disposable. Highly recommended from a very detail oriented picky person. We will be returning for sure!
