Terry clarke My dog is a bit of a challenge but we both had a great experience. I loved the chance to see the individual lengths from clippers before making a choice and Tug looked wonderful. Even better he was a good boy throughout the grooming. Very happy with the whole experience.

Donna Flowers Loves all pets no matter what they put her through. I love the fact my babies can roam free there and never put in a cage (unless asked to) A great groomer that can do anything you ask of her. Been a client nearly 4 years. Thank you Crystal for all you do.

Dalia If I could give this school 0 stars, I would. The "instructors" are people who graduated from this school just a month ago and are now teaching. The school doesnt teach much and should either be shut down or you should reconsider where you want to go to school. These instructors have never worked in a salon and have only done a few real clients. While the art might be good, the structure of the nails is terrible. My natural nails are completely ruined, and I cant get my nails done for a while because of these supposedly "experienced instructors."

Andrea J. Conner Today I had my pedicure with a new student Esther. She really done a great job. She took her time and really made me relaxed while doing my pedicure. She appears to be starting her nail technician journey very well. Of course, Dianne and all the staff are so nice and courteous. You would feel welcomed.

Olivia Lopez Always so welcoming, have a positive and warm atmosphere. Staff and Students are always so warm and nice and helpful and will answer all your questions. Mrs. Dianna is the best intructor Ive ever had and cares about her students success and training. Their courses and prices are amazing and they are very professional! I recommend South Beach Beauty Academy all the time. Love this place✨️

Tina Allen I had an excellent pedicure by Phi. My feet look so healthy and are soft now, with excellent nail polishing.

Koy Goddess Phi was my nail tech and she did an amazing job! She provided excellent services for my friend who had never had a manicure and pedicure before. She made their nail so healthy looking and beautiful that my friend actually got emotional when we left saying they hadnt seen their nails look that good since they were young!!! Totally recommend this spot! Clean..up to date equipment and super knowledgeable and talented staff!

Christine Nickrent I have an appointment with her every three weeks basically for the last five months. She does a wonderful pedicure for $50 dollars,but the problem I’m having with her at this moment is that she can’t give me an exact price for a partial set because I’m trying to grow out my own finger nails . For instance I brought my own gel polish for my fingers and she uses hers for my feet and she normally charges $25 for gel polish.. I still ended up paying in total $80 for painting my toes and a partial set. Despite this price I had to pay, the job was done very well.

Freds Internet Island This is still a very nice shopping mall. It is clean and well maintained. The restrooms are in good condition and the air conditioning works well on a hot day. The stores that are open are inviting and stocked full of goods and items for customers. We ate lunch at the food court and were very pleased with our experience. Also nice to walk around inside the mall and get some exercise out of the heat outside. Highly recommend you give this place another try.

Cartier Johnson Lakeshore mall has a great atmosphere, its clean, customer friendly, and has outstanding customer service. The parking lot was very clean and newly renovated.

Rabbi Natkin Outback steakhouse was open at 22:30 when we were in need of food for diabetic low blood sugar after long day. Delighted to find familiar, convenient and easy to digest comestibles.

Savannah Eldridge Been going here for a while and never have experienced anything like I did today. The guy running the front desk is awfully rude. The employees were getting into it about not understanding a service needed for my friend who needed a simple gel polish service. The women owner tried clarifying what she was wanting and the front desk worker told my friend to not listen to the owner and just listen to what he’s asking that she wants which he clearly didnt understand the first 3 times my friend told him. He asked her 3 times if she needed all 10 toes done…. I requested regular paint for my pedicure and unfortunately that message wasn’t relayed to the person doing my pedicure. When asking for the massage chair to be turned on I was told it doesn’t work and asked to move to another seat. Which I was then told by another employee that the chair does in fact work. So I turned it on myself. When getting up I put my sandals on myself which I’ve never had to do. No big deal. When going to pay I told the owner I didn’t want gel I just wanted regular polish. He blamed me for not telling the guy, stating I should’ve told him when I saw the guy pulling out the light for gel. Mind you the polish is already on my nails at that time..and the person doing my nails speaks no English so there was a bit of a language barrier. Me, my daughters, and my friend will definitely not be back.

Niki Gregor I’ve been a customer at Lee’s Nails for two years and it’s always a wonderful experience. The entire staff is friendly and well-trained. Tiffany gives the best gel manicures and pedicures, and Chris and Tyler both give fabulous dip powder manicures. They really strive for perfection on every visit. Making appointments is quick and easy and I always feel welcome and like I’m part of their family.

Daniel Roell I have gone here many times and usually am quite happy at the results. On Saturday I went to have a M/P. I asked for a M/P and was told by the young man at the desk to take a seat to wait. No problem. After 20 min of waiting the young man asked me are you waiting for someone. No, I said I asked for a M/P. I was then rushed through a $60 service that took less time then others who were already there. This was because they were taking a group that another location could not handle. I will now find a new provider. But, I will ask that provider if they are associated with Lees. I dont mind paying for good service and tip $20 to the nail tech. As a retired business manager this is not how I taught my team to provide superior customer service.

Ashley Mercado Super disappointed. Unprofessional, dismissive, would definitely never recommend. I strongly recommend to ask whoever does your service for their licenses number to look it up on site to make sure it’s not one of those deals where you pay $500 for a fake license. I went in on Saturday 12-10-22. I requested an overlay fill & some simple Christmas plaid design. Being in the nail industry myself, soon as one of the young ladies who started doing my nails cut me 3 times with the drill, I should have walked out. I stayed, was rotated between 3 people. Finally, what I presume to be the owner, finished me up. Poor poor customer service. Picking the gunk out of her teeth, eating it, then continuing to handle my hands. Designs were sloppy, gel polish was bubbly & lines were bulky & rushed. I had to ask her twice to put more acrylic b|c she was more focused on catching every penny from clients that walked out, than my nails. Monday, less than 24 later, both areas I had to ask her to apply acrylic-broke off. I called today to get it resolved, she continued to tell me that “it happens with overlay b|c my nails are probably thin”. She had every excuse in the world with zero accountability. Less than 3 days, nothing should be peeling off or chipping. Then she was “kind enough” to tell me I can come in as a walk in tonight (less than 30 minutes to close) to have them redone for half of the price. So I’m expected, after paying full price, to pay half for your mess up?? Nah. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. I wish they put the same effort into their work as they do making the shop look nice. First & last time-I will not be returning. I’ll take my loss & move on.

Jenifer Alvarez The owner is a rude and dismissive individual. He will act as if he is not the owner when presented with an issue and lie directly to your face with no hesitation. Disgusting business practices and no respect for people or the community. Be aware!

Nicole Albers Do you love the smoothness of a babies bottom? If so, you need to go see Jacqueline and let her snatch your cat to pure softness! I dont do much for myself as a busy mama of 3 but that monthly appointment is MUST! Jacqueline always makes sure Im comfortable and we laugh through the wax. She also listens to me when Ive had a bad day. 10/10 will always recommend!

Tracy Clevenger We are snowbirds and was trying to find a dog groomer who was reasonable. We have a Great Pyrenees mix and groomers wanted a arm and leg to do a deshedding treatment. Left message at Debbies Doggie Spa and she got back to me and gave me a very reasonable price. She got our dog in quickly and we got him back handsome as ever. I will be using her from now on.

Don Kutschall Our Mini Labradoodle is the love of our lives. We have always had dogs and seldom have we been pleased with groomers we have used. Debbie and Jesse are the singular exceptions. Never have we been so completely thrilled than with the grooming completed by Jesse. She is very caring, skilled and reasonably priced. Debbies Dog Spa is now our go to groomer in Sebring. A Great products, horrible service! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and the service has greatly declined over course of the years. If you can get past the unfriendly staff and undermining stares you will find a good selection of products for an excellent price though sometimes not well stocked.

Endless Summer family Second time going into this store( I don’t live in the area) and the staff was super nice and super patient. There had been a problem with my membership card( because it’s been so long since I shopped with them) and the girl working did everything she could to get it fixed. Ended up having to call customer service and they were very helpful and patient as well. Great store

They will try to sell you something else that doesnt meet your needs just to make money. Oh yes the guy is ALWAYS on the phone; how about some proper customer service! Were treated this way because they feel we have no other choice. Take the trip to AP or somewhere else. Just because its the only hair supply store in Sebring doesnt mean they deserve our hard earned money!

Gigi J I stopped at Ulta today to ask if they pierced ears so I could get my granddaughters ears done. I met the most amazing and beautiful person who ended up cutting and coloring my hair, Erica Marra did such an amazing job. She was so friendly with such a beautiful soul!! She took her time to ensure it was perfect. I finally found a hairstylist and I long time friend! She takes such pride in her work and it shows!!

Jamie Johnson I am new to the area and needed a haircut. It had been 5 months since my last cut as I am trying to grow it out a little. Anyway, I booked an appointment with Erica Marra and what a wonderful experience. She is so super sweet and caring. Meeting her was meant to be. Mark Sorrell Both my wife and I go here for pedicures. My wife also gets manicures. We love this place. You are treated like family here. We always look forward to our next visit, so we can catch up on new stories. Sheila and her daughter Leishla are great people. They do an excellent job also and take their time. They have two other girls in there now also. We each have had them and they also do a great job. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a pedicure or manicure. We have sent several people to them and they all love their work also

Julie Pettengill Great massage. Got into my muscles deeply. Did not appreciate person leaving 4 times during my massage to answer the door. And really didn’t appreciate the person telling me I needed to tip her $20 instead of $10. I also work in job that I receive tips. I always say tips are not expected but they are appreciated.

Brittany Lee Felt super rushed, and she answered front desk 3 times and took calls in a 30 min session. And left door open. Got finished she rushed me getting out by opening the door while I dressed and then wouldnt stop pushing for a large tip. So uncomfortable. Im glad I didnt get the hour I asked for and she said no 30 mins. Thats the only plus.

Brian Baker Had one of the best manages ever. I broke my pelvis and then had sciatica problems. Took physical therapy and tried a massage therapist before I tried Cindy at Happy Feet Massage. She knew exactly what to do and really has been the best relief I have found. Looking forward to my next visit soon
