1 /5 Rosa Quintero: Somehow my email was changed and I couldn’t get into my account. I called and they said I had to go into the start and show my ID. That’s all good, I can understand that. I get to the store, wait in line to speak to the girl at the register and she explains she doesn’t know what to do. She states she has to call a manager. The girl was super nice and at this point I was still okay. The problem was the fact that I waited 1/2 hour before I decided to just leave because the manager never came out and the girl at the register kept calling and saying there is a customer that needs help but no one came.
