Stacy Thompson Family owned and operated. Lin, the owner, is fantastic. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make her customers happy and their nails gorgeous. In the near decade that shes been doing my nails I have not had any issues or lifting- and that is saying something. They take appointments but also try to squeeze you in last minute if needed. Great prices on acrylics, dips, gel & pedicures with wonderful results!

Yulia is incredible talented and creative, when it comes to nail art and designs. I always let her pick my next design for me. She never disappoints! I get so many compliments on my nails and my nails last very long time. I usually come back every 5 weeks❤️ 10 out of 10 I recommend booking with Yulia

Andrea Shlimon I stopped here on my first day of vacation to get a quick manicure. The lady who assisted me and gave me my service was amazing from the start. She guided me through picking a color, encouraging me to grab several so she could paint a nail and I could see what it would look like. I feel like at other salons they get annoyed if you ask to do this, but how else are you supposed to pick a color. She was so meticulous making sure my nails look great going above and beyond. Price was fair considering the area. Highly recommend.

Matthew Goldreich They did an amazing job on my pedicure. It was only my second time getting one but this place was far superior to the last one so I felt compelled to post this review. They spent a long time scrubbing and grooming my feet in more ways than I knew was possible. I hate to admit it but my feet were not very appealing when I arrived there. Honestly, I can’t believe that these are still my feet when I look at them now. They are smoother and look better than I’ve ever seen them! Everyone was very polite and attentive and the price was very reasonable. My girlfriend also received a manicure and pedicure there at the same time, and she says they did an amazing job too. So this was a great experience for both of us that I highly recommend!

Sophia Idriss This used to be my go to salon in downtown bc it’s walkable from my apartment and since it’s not that high end the prices were usually much better than some of the more luxury nail salons in downtown st Pete. Well the last few times I went they were always changing the price on me for the exact same service I’ve always got. I always paid around the same price range even thought it was always a couple dollars difference, but this last time I went they told me a completely different price and when I asked why did the price change so much they just said before was a lower rate . I do not think this is the type of salon that should be charging luxury prices and I do not want to go to a place where every time the same service is going to be a different price . In this economy it’s really hard for me to keep going there and I’d rather know what I’m going to pay every time . Disappointed but the ladies were always very sweet! It gets very frustrating when the same exact service gets $10 more expensive on a monthly basis

James Morrow Wish I could leave no stars. The lady grinder my wifes fingers with the Dremel. 70$ plus tip for chrome tips. 1 fell off the very next day. 2 the next. Its been 4 days and have 6 nails left. They were closed on Sunday when we had to travel back to jacksonville. They offered to repair instead of getting a bad review. Should have been done right the first time. Saw the lady not putting glue on the nail in between funding the right size nail. Likely why they are falling off.

My nail tech was not only skilled, but also a joy to chat with—she made the whole experience relaxing and fun, and my nails look amazing. I was given a brief tour and was impressed by the wide range of services they offer, including massage, waxing, and facials. I’m already looking forward to returning for both nail maintenance and to explore more of their offerings. Follow-up appointments are already booked!

LaTanya S I’ve been client of Katie for 10 years now. To say that I’m loyal is an understatement. She’s the best and truly an expert. I have NEVER had an issue with any of the services performed in 10 years. The salon is very clean. It’s always been a nice salon but now it is under new ownership and has an even better vibe than before. The staff is super friendly and the new owner is very kind. I highly recommended InnoVitale for your day spa needs.

Kelly Racadio Met the owner and she was a doll. Service was top tier and the massage itself was quality. I got a couples massage and they did a great job on the deep tissue. Boyfriend surprised me with flowers and the bouquet was beautiful! The company they use for flowers is great.

Ann Fleeting You wont be disappointed! The salon is very pleasant. They use top not h products and all the techs do a good job. I seldom wait upon arrival and I love their products. I was on a cats eye fad... but I have moved on to Chrome now! Hawaii is always bringing in the latest and greatest.

Allison Mory-Heinz So I debated even posting this but I dont want others to make the same mistake I did. I was in this business and had nail/waxing services while on vacation. My nails from my gel full set are all different lengths, there is glue and paint all over my cuticles and on almost all my fingers, also I showed my nail technician a photo for reference which she didnt even follow. My biggest issue however is the pricing. None of the prices on Google or their website are the same as when you get there, by a lot. Dont get me wrong my nails arent horrific, but not what i wanted. For my extremely mediocre gel set and pedicure, and an eyebrow wax my total was 188.70 which is definitely a bit on the high side. I should have heeded the warning of other reviews stating this place overcharges visitors. Learned my lesson the hard way. Would the quality of my services been better the price point wouldnt have mattered. 2 stars only because it isnt the worst manicure Ive had, but at the price point they charge, I have way higher expectations.

Shelby Love Took my husband here for a birthday deep tissue massage & a prenatal massage for myself, and overall, it was a great experience! My masseuse, Ashley, was incredible—she had the perfect amount of pressure, great communication, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The ambiance was also relaxing. The only downside was the amenities, which felt a bit limited given the pricing. The locker area is small, there’s only one shower, and just two bathrooms, which could be inconvenient during busy times. Still, the quality of the massage itself was top-notch, and we left feeling refreshed. Would definitely come back!

Christine Sensenig A true day spa experience - robes, quiet room, tea, calm environment. My massage therapist Pam was truly perfect with her pressure on my deep tissue massage and Nirene gave a soothing facial that brightened my skin. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with Pam and Nirene.

Mary Crear The manager Rena was so professional and her attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. The Spa is spotless and someone is walking through periodically to keep it that way. I had an amazing 110 min massage by Tyler and highly recommend him. I need deep tissue and he was careful in his pressure and asked the right questions though out. I will rebook with him soon to make sure there’s appointments after this review! Truly my only concern is I won’t be able to book with him again

KimN Thai This was my first time getting my nails done by chi Thao, and I was really impressed! She’s clearly very skilled and confident in what she does. Her suggestions were spot on, especially when it came to choosing the right color. I showed her a sample design I liked—she was honest and let me know she didn’t have the exact materials for it, but still did her best to recreate it. The final result turned out even more beautiful than I expected! She treated me with care and professionalism, and I left feeling so happy with my nails. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☺️

Zorana Knezevic Amazing nail salon experience - Jolie is skilled, kind, and dedicated. She made extra effort and great attention to detail. She also offers guests water and candy. Genevieve Best manicure I have had in months, and I love the color. The powder dip was thin, so it did not feel heavy on my nails. I go here to get my nails done every time, they do amazing work, and I wont go anywhere else. Love it so much, and Tom is amazing!

Daniel Johnson Kai did a great job on my nails. I’ve been trying various shops and getting awful results. I popped into Happy Nails on 4th Street and he is fantastic. Weeks later my nails still look great. Getting tired of the holiday sparkles though so I will go back very soon! Teresa

Rhee Me This place is amazing. The lady that runs it is just the sweetest woman ever. The one thing I like about this is that they will literally allow you to sit in the chair while you get your nails done just so you can enjoy a free massage!!! They also have wine and water that is complementary. Not to mention their rates are a still a basic pedicure is $30!!! The service is amazing and as you can see from the photo I submitted you get $10 off of your sixth visit. How many salons really do that??? This is my place might go to no matter what!!! Thanks for the amazing service happy nails!!

David Arango For a guy this place is above and beyond awsome! They do a wonderful job for guys getting pedicures. Its small, but discreet and very private. We guys like getting pampered to. Jeanette is the best, shell keep you laughing the whole time.

Her work is guaranteed and her policy is she guarantees her work, even if someone breaks a nail. Janett is very affordable in price. I get so many compliments on my nails.they look so natural. She does greAt pedicures too. She has a private room in a very relaxing atmosphere.. I give the shop and jannett a five star rating.

Jennifer Ferdico I have been going to Nails By Us for years. Clean studio, great products and the staff make you feel like youre just hanging out with your closest friends. I have always left thrilled with the work they did and get so many compliments on my nails. You couldnt ask for a better salon!

Linda Hazley Went in at 1:00 oclock left at 1:40 because I never got waited on because there were two people already in front of me, okay, but then there 3 other people walked in and then they were help before, frustrated so I left because there is no type of order. As I left tessia begs me to wait, really. I dont know if they are calling in making appointments or not but she needs a better system.

Diana Ong Great experience. They were flexible with my scheduling and were quick to get me in a chair. I LOVE that they have the massage chair. They have a selection of packages to choose from. I choose the basic one and still got a lot out of it. My feet appreciate the much needed love that it received and my nails are still looking great weeks later! The only downside is that the colors are a bit old so there wasn’t too much to choose from.

Carolina Lopez So my sister took me here to get our toes done for my birthday. And when she was clipping the dead skin around my right foots big toe, she was yanking it to the point where she was ripping my skin literally open. And I kinda made a gesture to her because it was hurting soooo bad, and she kept doing it until I bled. And throughout the pedicure, it kept bleeding and she tried to cover the wound with gel which later that day lifted and I opened it to see how why it was lifting and I saw my toe opened. Literally to my flesh…… and it was gooey like, infected. I don’t recommend this place. It’s cheap, but cheap for a reason. If I could give this 0 stars, I definitely would.. And I wish they would try to come up on this review and try me with that “you must’ve had a bad day”… or “don’t try to hurt our small local business”….. and yes I have time in my hands to type this review up….. she really tried to cover it with GEL NAIL POLISH!!!

Rachel Dempsey I love it here because it is laid back and the owners are good, kind people with positive energy. When I go, I feel like I am visiting with friends. Plus, I usually end up having great conversations with the other patrons. My manicures always last longer than other places Ive tried in the area.

Jamie This place is clean and comfortable. Nancy has been doing my nails and pedicures for years. Im so happy she opened her own place. She is amazing at what she does and will make sure you are happy before you leave every time! The one negative review left here so far must be a simple misunderstanding or someone having a bad day. I have never once paid more than expected since going to Nancy. And I have received exactly what I asked for EVERY TIME. If someone working for her is not doing what they should be doing, as the client, you should speak up. Nancy WILL make sure you are happy and receive what you are asking for. And her prices are great considering what most nail salons are charging these days. You will get top-notch, personal service for a bit less money than most local place that rush through the service to get to the next person so they can make the money.

Meg Very bad and tacky service! Got a manicure done and it’s already started to chip the same day. it was such a headache to explain a simple almond nail shape and French manicure to the lady even when I had a picture of the nails that I wanted to get done. Plus they charged me extra from the amount that was told to me. Very very poor customer service plus it’s so hard to explain things to the folks there. I paid $67 bucks for such a bad nail job. Such a regret, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Marissa Allen This place is my “go to” for mani’s and pedi’s! Inside it’s very clean, everyone is so friendly, and the prices are great. I go to David for the most beautiful acrylic full-set’s and Anna for a fabulous pedicure. My mom also loves Vee, we’ve never had anyone bad here! They do a fabulous job and the ambiance is lovely, low-light and ready for relaxing. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Not only did she help me pick a color based on what I was looking for, but she also took into account my skin tone. The place was clean and disinfected properly, with plenty of parking. Afterwards, Peggy helped me to my car so I wouldn’t dent my nails. Going above and beyond is the reason while I’ll be back for a pedicure soon.

Cassandra Dumire First of many visits. Peggy and Xiomari were absolutely amazing and made my day. Peggy was knowledgeable and gentle and talked to me like an old friend. My friend came with me and was scheduled with Xiomari. They both were detailed and kept everything clean and disinfected at all times. I was very satisfied with the shape of my nails, I will definitely be back.

TGerman Very nice, very clean. Im here on a business trip, so I stopped here to get a pedicure. Everyone was very nice. Mindy did an excellent job giving me a pedicure. They offer you a nice cold drink when you arrive. I highly recommend it. Next time Im in town I will go back.

Lauren OFlaherty Linda at Royal Palms is FANTASTIC. She is friendly and warm, and the attention to detail on my nails is top notch. The manicure was terrible. It’s been less than 10 days and it should have the space it has. The polish color is also uneven.

My nail tech, whose name I did get, did not do the best job. With that said, they look nice enough to someone who doesn’t have an eye for flaws and is viewing them from a distance. Three stars for the prompt and timely service, and the place was very neat and clean. Two stars taken off due how my nails turned out.
