Christina Mucollari worst salon I just got my pedicure done there by Cindy very unprofessional, they didn’t paint my toes right they got paint on my foot. they didn’t even file my toes properly. There’s a gap on my toenails. and they got nail polish on my foot and they didn’t even wipe it off I used to come here all the time and got taken care of. The quality is poor and the service is terrible before they used to accept AMEX no problem and now they don’t accept AMEX anymore. which isn’t a problem it was a problem that I wasn’t made aware of previously when someone I knew came just a week ago and paid with American Express no problem

renata farias I come here every 2 weeks to get my nails done. I love this place, its very clean... the girls are super nice and professional. Come and ask for Sarah, shes fantastic, just ask for what you like or show her a picture and shell recreate it perfectly or better. I highly recommend it!!

Valerie Anderson I stopped in to oasis nails by Rose because of the beautiful street side decor! Very peaceful tranquil setting. Turns out that I had my best manicure and pedicure Ever since Ive been in Ft. Lauderdale ! Kimmie was wonderful! Took her time and was very meticulous! Kind and lovely personality as well. The receptionist was equally nice as was the owner. I will be back and really can’t recommend enough!!!

Krystalynn Kieché Owner switched my toenail color and said she could match my dip nail color. COLORS DID NOT MATCH AT ALL. We finally decided to give this place another try after the worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had at this place. We hoped it was just a badly trained employee but it was clear today that the problem comes from the owner and her ability to train and organize her business. The owner CANNOT take responsibility for her mistakes. I asked for matching nail and toe colors today and the colors were COMPLETELY different. When I spoke up for myself the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude. At first she blamed me for the colors being wrong when she switched my toenail color and told me she could give me the color that actually matched. After, she blamed the company she buys the colors from and said that’s why they don’t match. Then she finished with blaming us for being unhappy customers. A waste of 2 hours of my time and $160. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. The owner needs to learn how to take responsibility for her mistakes. You can’t run a business with a lack of accountability and emotional intelligence. She said she didn’t want to argue with us as she proceeded to yell at us while we walked out. She picked the color and kept lying saying she didn’t. The dishonesty is ridiculous.

Aaliyah Squalls Went for a couples massage with hot stone and aroma therapy massage with Annetta and Nyah and the whole experience was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend them. At first I was very hesitant especially from reading some of the reviews. But was quickly put at ease in the beginning when they were going over the massage and anything additional with the cost.

Liana Antunes I received this Groupon for my birthday in September and It took me months to schedule because they don’t answer or return phone calls. When I finally am able to book (because I threatened to return the gift and notify Groupon) they finally answered and redeemed my code so the Groupon wouldn’t expire. The massage was scheduled 3 months out. Now almost 6 months later I have to reschedule because I have an urgent matter come up and THEY WILL NOT ANSWER! I have texted I have called back to back and I have left voicemails. NOTHING! Of course they’re going to try to blame it on me because I redeemed but they are out to just take people’s money. I have reached out to Groupon and I advise anyone looking to purchase a gift or massage to stay away.Even if they return my call now that I have reported this, I will NOT go to this establishment. They do not care about their customers or prospective customers

Andrea James Booked a couple’s massage for my girlfriend and I as it was her birthday. I had to prepay for the massages which I’ve never experienced before. But figured it was just their policy. I booked over a week in advance and was called a few hours before the appointment and told one of the masseuses wasn’t available and asked if we could reschedule. I told her I couldn’t because it was for my girlfriend’s that day and told her she could just refund me. I wasn’t even upset. It was still early and figured I had time to book at another place (I so wish I had) She tells me she will see what she can do and calls me back and says she can still accommodate us. So we show up for our appointment and the aesthetic of the place is nice. Then we are told all the ways we could upgrade our appointment for additional fees. I went with the hot stones which was an additional $45 a person which is crazy! But like I said it was my girlfriend’s birthday and I wanted to make it special. So the massage starts and right away I can tell something is off. It feels like it’s being done by someone who is either very inexperienced or lazy. I am someone who loves massages and gets them often so I know what is to be expected. At one point my masseuse says nothing and just leaves the room for several minutes. I was so confused and just hoped my girlfriend was having a much better experience. The hot stones was honestly the only enjoyable part of the experience. At the end we were asked if we wanted to leave a 25% tip on the regular price of the massage (we had the Groupon price). So meaning we would be tipping on a much higher amount which isn’t worth it whatsoever. We declined as we already had left gratuity on each table in the room. I’m assuming that the masseuse I had wasn’t feeling good, which is why they tried to reschedule. But instead of giving me my money back she made the girl work which resulted in a horrible massage. So incredibly greedy and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have no idea how they have any good reviews.

Sebastian Sanchez Absolutely terrible service, masseuse was terrible at their job, was massaging unnecessary places to waste time and even though a form was filled out to specifically target certain parts, they did not adhere to that. We were left in the waiting room for about 5-10 minutes which is understandable considering they had customers, but the receptionist could have asked us for “upgrades” during this time. Instead, they wait when you are already in the room and use up part of your time trying to upcharge you for ridiculous expenses. More time was spent asking me if I would like to upgrade my massage then actually doing anything on my back!! Worst part of it all, we went to leave a 20% tip on the massage (despite the terrible experience) and they told us they expected the tip on the full price of the massage (300-400 dollars) and not the discounted price. Absolutely disgusted by this establishment, will not be returning, and will definitely not refer this location to anyone else. Definitely paying for their good reviews and should be reported.

Melanie Hight I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review before, but this experience was shocking enough that I felt compelled. I walked into this place for a gel removal. I have never had just a removal done before- I’ve only ever had gel removed before immediately getting another manicure, but I’ve had a few in a row now, and just wanted to give my nails a break. First of all, the tech I got, Tony, was kind of just rude. I don’t really care if the person working with me smiles or exchanges pleasantries- I understand they’re just there to do their job. But this guy literally rolled his eyes at me, and seemed generally upset to have me there. I have no idea why. Again, I don’t have a lot of experience just getting a removal, so wasn’t sure exactly what to expect- but was kind of hoping he would leave my nails looking ok. I expected him to dremel the gel down, soak the rest off, then maybe shape my nails/apply cuticle oil so they looked ok. That’s not what happened. He drilled them haphazardly, then mumbled for me to go wash my hands. I came to sit back down, expecting more, but he glared at me and told me to leave, and that he was done. I suppose I kind of got what I asked for? Although I’m not sure you could call it a gel removal, considering he buffed off the top layer and kind of left the rest on there. Fortunately it only cost me $10, but I don’t even feel it was worth that. Maybe he was just frustrated that he wasn’t going to make what he would on a full manicure? All I know is I left feeling genuinely shocked, and as if I had done something wrong somehow. Anyway, I guess I’m going to go home and cut and file these myself now.

Genevieve Laforet Such a great experience! In the area overnight before leaving on a cruise and they stayed open late to accommodate me (rideshare got lost, had to call another ride). Gel mani with gorgeous chrome finish, pedi, eyebrows, lip and underarm waxing all for $123! They were super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Tracy I love this nail spa! its my 1st time here. the service is excellent, the staff is wonderful and the salon is very clean. my nail technician Coco is the best nail tech Ive ever had. I love my nails. my nails are shaped and done exactly how I want them. my husband also had their volcano pedi, and he loved it. I will never go to another nail salon. they also offer free refreshments of your choice while you wait. the massage chairs are so good! its very spacious as well. go check them out, youll like them too.

John Martin My man and I visit this place often for him to get his eyebrows done. We used to go to a place in Oakland Park but the service here is so much better and so are the nail techs. Im not one to get my eyebrows or nails done but I decided Im going to get my feet done here because it seems like it would be the best experience. We now have a tech We Know by name and I cant imagine going anywhere else.

Taye-Lorne Johnson I went here last Friday to do my nails for my birthday on Sunday. I went since a friend of mine had given me a gift card and said that they were great since i haven’t found a nail tech since moving back home. Within less than a week the bottom of the nail started to crack and two have started lift. It also looks unappealing to the eye. For the price I paid plus tip, it was NOT worth it. $135 total.

Shanjuanika LaRouche Parfait nail is the best in Pompano. Jolene is so talented and super sweet. She took her time and made my nails look absolutely beautiful! This salon was very welcoming to all.

Nakeeshia Bennett In town visiting for my anniversary and found this place on google. Very welcoming upon entrance. I was paired with Angel who took care of both my nails and feet. While I saw Angel had mixed google reviews it did make me nervous. However, Angel certainly WOWED my experience. Communication was very awesome and she checked on my opinion often before proceeding with anything. When she learned that it was my anniversary she went extremely above and beyond to make me feel purely pampered. The absolute best massager that I’ve ever experienced in a nail spa. I loved the outcome of both my nails and feet. Any time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to come see Angel. Highly recommend!! Also, Angel is just returning back to the shop after losing her mother a couple months ago. If she’s quiet or shy to opening conversation as another review stated please give her some grace. She’s truly genuine and talented.

Lala So this place is very beautiful and the owner and everyone are very nice as well. The prices are actually reasonable compared to this place Lux I was going to the whole time down the street and I regret not coming here. But I wasn’t really happy with the girl that did my toes. She seemed very inexperienced which led to a mediocre pedicure. I told her it was my first time I wish she would’ve given me somebody better. If she would’ve had somebody with more experience, I probably would’ve gave it five stars. Wasn’t a great pedicure But I know she did her best and she put a lot of effort into it.

Karen Seme I have been to many spas and by far this is the best spa I’ve ever been to the reflexology is incredible. The massages are beyond. The facials are the best. I’ve been going for nine years once a week the ladies that work there are supreme, beautiful, kind, and professional. They make me feel special every time I go, and I feel special when I go there. Janice Lohany and Donnie are the best. Everybody should try this place it’s magnificent.

Jennifer Miller I have gone to this location for over 6-8 years now and new ownership has changed. Went today with my daughter and the manager did her massage and I had Danielle (Unprofessional)! We were in the first five minutes and I told her i would like it a little harder and she told me the customer, that’s what a Swedish massage is, light touch. She refused to make adjustments, therefore, my massage was a waste! I could have gotten a better massage if I went to a massage school in training. Do Not Buy any gift certificates from these people. They are a SCAM. I spoke with the manager directly and see said I should get a deep tissue. This thing is I have deep tissue at times and there is no price difference, just excuses! This is not correct, within the first 5 minutes of all massages, whether it’s Swedish, deep tissue, etc., it’s the massage therapist’s job to make sure the touch is correct. Is this too hard of pressure or is it good. When looking at their most recent reviews, the owners and managers are calling customer cheap, not wanting to pay for services they received and name calling. This is NOT a reputable business, take fair warning if you want a clean, professional organization who wants to deliver top notch customer service, this is NOT your place. Lack of management and leadership are at the core of problem! Taking my business elsewhere, as should YOU!

Ashley Taylor Santos I first found this place once on Groupon. They offered a Swedish massage for a discounted rate. I went in to try and Daniela was my masseuse and she was wonderful. Highly recommend!!! After that, I have gone a couple more times. Daniela she’s super attentive and professional. I had hurt myself and came in for a deep tissue and I felt like a whole new person once I left. I highly recommend her if you come to this place. Daniela has hands of GOLD !! Her massages will leave you feeling brand new!! SHE IS AMAZING! The building is on a corner and it may not look like a very good place, but do not be deceived. It is super cute inside and the staff is great. I will be coming back.

Reina Landaeta I’ve been coming here for about 5 months months now …. They were awesome at the beginning and did an amazing job with my nails which is the reason why I kept coming back for services but lately I’ve been feeling super rushed, specifically during my last two visits. I didn’t say anything the first time because they were busy and I thought it wasn’t intentional because of the amount of people that they had but today I came back again and they did the same thing… it was even worse this time and they weren’t even as busy, they did a 8-10 minute pedicure which usually takes at least 30-35 mins, it was the worst pedicure of my life, I felt RUSHED out of the chair. And then my nails took about 20-25 mins and the result was horrible (Stains and bubbles all over). Everything was extremely rushed (you can tell in the pictures)… it was like they just wanted me out of the chair. I’m really disappointed because this has been my preferred nail salon for MONTHS and I really loved coming here… I don’t think I will be coming back after this.

joselyn Diaz The Hispanic Cuban lady that worked on my toes was great. She cleaned them and removed the dead skin from the heels. The gel polish was also very neatly applied and she was very nice.

Yasmin Tolentino They always do a really great job, but the past couple of times I’ve gone in, they’ve looked at me like I was crazy because they were “too busy” to take me. I like coming here because they’re clean and efficient, while still being gentle. I’m a kickboxer and a regular runner, so my feet are often calloused and a mission to treat. Today, they were closed at 2:30, but their business hours said that they’re open until 4. My schedule is too unpredictable to make an appointment, so I just have to hope they are open when I go and have space.

Matt Keller When youre wife says she wants to get a pedicure with you for her birthday... this is where you go. The staff are professional and friendly. The facility and equipment are clean and the prices are very reasonable for the service provided. They were even able to match her toe nail polish to her existing fingernail polish. kailan cortes I am so disappointed with the service I received today . My first time here was a good experience. So I can back and unfortunately this time it was the complete opposite . When I arrived I showed the nail tech a very specific photo of what I wanted my nails to look like . Which was French nails with different shades of pink . I didn’t think it would be that difficult. he told me that it would be $25 more for French tip. Which I agreed to . in the picture I showed him. The nails were super long and I told him I wanted medium length instead . I booked an appointment online for a full set and Pedicure and online it says it would be $89. They close at five , my appointment was at 3:30pm , he didn’t finish my pedicure until 4:30. Leaving only 30 minutes to complete a full set. For this reason now he started as he’s doing my na complaining about having to use 4 different nail polishes . He told me he was going to charge $10 more if I messed them up, and $10 more to outline my French tips because “it’s hard to do”, then says he’s just kidding . He kept checking the clock, rushing and nervous about the time . Finally we’re near finishing and now he tells me that my full set will be $95 NOT INCLUDING my pedicure . The manager in the front comes over to explain the price breakdown . And says it’s $60 for full set , $20 for French , and $15 for long . MY NAILS ARE MEDIUM LENGTH (please see the pictures attached). I explained that paying $95 for plain French tip nails is absurd . This (manager) guy then proceeds to tell the nail tech “cut all her nails off , she does not want to pay “ . I felt so embarrassed and very racially profiled . He automatically assumed I did not want to pay because he was judging me by my looks . I never once said I was not going to pay . Throughout the entire process I was thinking about giving the man a generous tip for all his hard work. I simply only expressed that the pricing was ridiculous, and the nail tech waited till he was nearly finished to tell me the price. He was simply pressed for time and just wanted to keep bumping up that price so that I would agree to something else easier for him to do . The shop was closing and everybody was leaving so he felt pressured. I’m extremely disappointed with this services . And would never refer anyone here again . The picture on the left is what I wanted . And on the right is what I got . My nails are not “long” .

Erica Very clean place. Price is reasonable. The only thing I did not like was the thickness of my acrylic nails. Several nails look like they werent properly glued to the nail tip. The male technician who did my nails was cordial. He just need more practice.

Bima Mandic Just had the best experience at Tokyo Nail Salon! Denise did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing—so detailed, patient, and really fun to talk to. My manicure and pedicure turned out flawless, easily the best in town. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and has such a welcoming vibe. I truly recommend it if you’re looking for great service and perfect nails. P.S. I wrote this while enjoying a great beer at Pompano Beach Brewing—definitely a perfect way to end the day!

Ritz Marrero This was my first time in but definitely not my last. I found this place randomly when doing a search online and I’m so glad I did. Moufida and Salwa did an amazing job on my gel manicure and pedicure. They made sure I was satisfied every step of the way from cut, to shape, and color. They were so friendly and welcoming. Made you feel like you were hanging out with friends. I look forward to my next visit.

Shes Sosnobby Unfortunately I’ll be leaving a 1 start review. I did my nails the day before Christmas…Probably a mistake because it was busy. When she was doing my nails, Lina the owner, her light went out and my gel nails were not drying and messed up. She had me use the desk light which I could tell my nails were not going to come out right. Anyway after the second coat my nails looked horrible and were all messed up and she asked if I wanted another coat, I told her yes clearly because my nails are messed up. There were bubbles in most of my nails the next day Christmas! Sadly they’re all peeling and you can see that they were very poorly done. I wish she started over completely since HER light was broken and she had to have known my nails would not dry properly.

Melissa Batista I had the most endearing experience. I came in as a walk in appointment with my mom and we were seated for services quickly. We’re a bit of a difficult bunch due to my mother’s ingrown toenails and my terrible nail biting habit, something we’re self conscious about. Never once did our nail technicians made us feel othered, they worked BEAUTIFULLY and we chatted like lifelong besties ❤️ Lena and Jessica were amazing!!

Jaylen Jenkins I recently visited and I can honestly say it was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time, only to be rushed through my manicure. The tools they used looked dirty and unsterilized, which made me question their hygiene practices. When I finally got seated, the nail technician was inattentive and seemed to lack basic skills. My nails were uneven, and the polish application was sloppy with bubbles and streaks. To top it all off, the salon was incredibly noisy and chaotic, making it impossible to relax. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived and had to go home and fix my nails myself. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your time and money and go somewhere else! *Definitely have the right salon bless your heart can’t even recognize your staff’s signature art* edited

A Tresch I am a snowbird and have visited this nail salon last year as well. This time my technician was Brian and by far it was my best nail salon experience ever. He was absolutely fantastic. I had a pedicure (perfect pressure massage) and gel fill and ombré French manicure. I saw a negative review on here and don’t understand it. I do think they had the wrong place. The salon is quiet and well run and the technicians are very skilled and the tools are all sealed from being run through the autoclave. I will definitely be back.

Jada J Best nail experience I have ever had! My nail tech was Jolie, she made me feel right at home. She asked me questions and got to know me. With the information she learned about me she made my nail experience very personable. She encouraged me to try dip powder for the first time and I LOVE IT! She was beyond sweet, I felt right at home. She also waxing my eyebrows so good. I have been coming to Jolie consistently now for 4 months.

Charyce Solven The manager (Jen? I can’t remember) was incredibly rude to the woman who did my pedicure. My hands look terrible- I have long natural nails with acrylic overlay and they took them from almond to a weird oval shape. The paint is inconsistent, looks lumpy, and the edges are rough and ugly. They didn’t touch the cuticles on my hands and they painted over the acrylic dust after shaping instead of having me rinse my hands. They also injured my cuticles with the drill. This is my third time giving this salon a chance in the last year and a half and each time it has been more trouble than it is worth. The first visit the manager was rude to my friend and I, the second the tech made several of my fingers bleed. Overpriced for the quality- though Maria did an exceptional job on my pedicure. I will never be back. Horrible customer service and poor quality. *Edit* This is absolutely the correct salon, I recognize The address, interior, and photos of the owner/manager. I may have her name incorrect- I heard a j name and am hard of hearing. The manager, short female, talked shit about the woman who did my pedicure to me as she was working on my nails. My review is accurate to my 3 experiences and will remain up. I was there January 7th, 2025 in the early afternoon. My pedicure was immaculate, the work on my hands and the manager’s nasty attitude were not. Hopefully the woman who did my pedicure quit, because she was absolutely a sweet and kind woman. Nobody deserves to be disrespected, especially in front of clients. If this is the manager I am replying to, you should be ashamed. I hope people see my review and steer clear of this nail salon. For reference I’ve included a photo of the manager from another post. You could not pay me enough to come back.

Phoebe Dybner Absolutely loved Tipsy Nail Bar. Got the coolest cat eye navy nails. Julie and Danny did such a great job. They were efficient and worked with us to figure out what we wanted.

My nails came out so so nice and I received the exact shape nail I like. I appreciate how nice and friendly Julie and Danny were to me. J V WORST manicure I have ever received in my life. As you can see in the picture, my fingers were CUT with their grinder multiple times. Nail tech got up during my manicure more than 7 times, I think she was doing a pedicure around the corner at the same time (probably not changing her gloves) She was on the phone and talking to people the entire time. My nails have been SORE for 3 days from her filing them so hard and not looking where she was filing. She just slapped the polish on, not paying attention at all. I left and then walked right back in so a different nail tech can fix them. The way they fixed them was by using the grinder on the under part of my nail. So now my nails are completely ruined. What a TERRIBLE experience. I can’t believe I spent money on this and my nails hurt! :(

Myekela Ward I have been going to Kim since 2013 and she has done my eyebrows , lashes , and toes. When I first came I was nervous but she has made every visit comfortable. She is fast and never has messed up anything of mines. She is funny and makes your time move faster. I never have had an issue with my girl. Allison Grimes Henry is the best. I see him every few weeks for my nails and pedicure. I work with my hands and am on my feet a lot. My nails always stay nice and the polish never chips. Jenny was also amazing. She did a fabulous job on my eyebrows and the tinting was beautiful. So happy I found this salon.

Andrea Bartels I visited Top Nails three times during my trip. Initially, I went in for a nail repair, thinking I could hold off on getting a full set until I returned to Chicago. Later, I went back for a no-chip pedicure. The pedicure chairs were amazing, and the service was just as great. My technician, Dan, even offered me a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. Dan convinced me to come back and get a full set of nails done. I’m pretty particular about my nails—I like some design and a thin gel application—and they turned out perfect. I’m so glad I decided to go back! Appointments are recommended, but I only scheduled one for the full set of nails. Regardless, I was able to get in quickly every time.

Isabella Gonzalez I’m not one to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to for this place. I went two days ago for a quick gel pedicure, during the whole process, I felt like lots of stinging and mentioned it to the girl but didn’t think much of it. She finishes, i see the shape is somewhat uneven but do not want to embarass her or make a scene so i pay and leave. A few minutes after I left, I noticed my toes kept bleeding. For the following two days, they continued to bleed, they’re peeling and eventually get swollen/red/purple ish. I called the same day that i got them done and very nicely mentioned I was bleeding and would like to speak to a manager, i was told the manager would call me back. I call back today (two days later) when no one called me back and they tell me i can come in to show manager. I come in, very respectfully show the staff (no manager) my toes and the pictures, they say there is nothing wrong. I explained how i was bleeding but cleaned it up of course. They were very rude, raising their voice at me saying I will not get a refund and if i want half my money back, i have to sit in chair and have them take the color off. They said the girl that did my toes went back to Vietnam so “why should I care”. My purpose was not to embarrass the girl or impact her in any way. I refused any money and said unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I have gotten pedicures for years before but my usual place was booked and this was last minute. Do not come to this place that is not only incompetent but extremely rude.

Kristal S Goodman BE AWARE the worse gel manicure and pedicure I had had in years!!!! Please see pictures for reference. The place is nice, comfy and glamorous, very clean. Staff was friendly. My complain is that my nail polish looked terrible right at the salon. And now only 4 days later the gel manicure is already failing apart. My nails look much better when I paint them myself. I complained about my toes polish being poorly applied and the girl put another coat changing the color of my toes (without asking me if this was OK) So I leave with one color in my hands and one in my feet. I didn’t even say anything because I just wanted to run out of there. What a terrible, stressing experience!!! Usually don’t leave complains just good reviews but I really feel It was a TERRIBLE job and had to warn other possible customers :-(

I get a liquid gel refill by Mia and she always does an excellent job; she always carefully paints the color close to the cuticle because my nails grow super fast, makes the shape perfect, and even customizes colors for me. Highly recommend!

Maria Sukhoo Do yourself a favor and avoid this place by all costs! The lady who did my nails completely chopped off a portion of my cuticle and I was bleeding for a day after! They said the owner would call me after and I never heard from him. Also my friend had her acrylics removed and was writhing in pain as they used another nail to remove the acrylic nail instead of using a traditional technique. I had very high hopes for this nail salon after leaving Venetian and unfortunately it has come up short.
