In a digital age of online insurance, I cant imagine ever using one. These people are absolutely fantastic. They answer the phone every time and are always polite, professional and kind. They found insurance for my home when no one else could! I would highly recommend them.

Erica Wells This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I give them 1 rating because I cant give them a rating less than 0. After a month with this agency, I am currently uninsured and at risk of having my license and registration suspended despite the fact that I paid a 6 month premium in full. After my policy was in place and fully paid for, I was told that they were going to raise my premium to whatever they want, whenever they want without my consent. They wont even provide an agent transfer or refund in a timely manner, so that I can retain state mandated insurance from their company or a more honest one.
