Jedidiah Bidwell: If this was just on politeness and customer service 5 stars. Unfortunately it is not. Dumpster fire is what I would uses to describe the office. I have been with state farm for 15 years now. Most recently they took my payment and placed it in a different account. Before that I was told for 2 years all my discounts were applied, speaking with multiple employees over a 2 year span. Which as it turns out was not being applied to my bill...for 2 years. This has all happened in the last 3 months. Whatever happened to this office needs to be undone as the quality of work is poor and getting worse.
