Elaine Roberts Unable to give 0 stars. New dentures were made, she received full payment from my medicare. Lower denture would not fit properly, and no way to secure it, she added a flange on it which caused lower lip to stick out and did not provide any way to use adhesive. She adjusted it twice and it still would not stay in. Wanted to charge me $438 to remake the lower, even though it was not right. Then said it would only be $280 and I could make payments. Spoke with medicare, and called other dentists, everyone said they had never heard of a charge for a remake. She said they requested a remake, when the next one arrived, it was exactly like the first one and could not be worn. I was forced to pay for the remake before I could even see the new one. I refused to accept it as there was no difference and still no way to secure this denture. Dentist got a bit huffy about it, receptionist was very rude. Was told that the dentist was going to send a letter about this to medicare so that benefits could be restored to make the lower plate again. I called insurance company today, it has been three weeks, and medicare ha not received anything from her. Do not recommend for dentures at all. I am having to file a grievance with medicare against this dentist.

Felicia Ortiz Dr Minor and her staff are the best I’ve had in my Life and I’m OLD!!! Lol I have been afraid of dentists from childhood and have had to have sedated visits with other dentists! NOt here this place is so welcoming and they do such a good job. Dr Minor’s tech Brooke is very knowledgeable and does a bunch to help! I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE❤️

Robert Borders Avoid this place if at all possible. The staff assistants are fantastic. The up front courtesy of everyone is wonderful. If you have an issue with a service provided, the dentist on hand is horrific. Nothing you say seems to matter. She leaves out information when performing a service. I had a filling put in here, the filling is on a molar. I had a deep cavity, but no pain whatsoever. Now I have no ability to bite. No bite surface to chew. And pain any time I try to bite anything. But none of that is due to the filling she put in, according to her. Again, I had 0 pain Prior. I still have no cold or hot sensitivity issue. It is entirely to do with the formation of the filling she put in. Rather than correct this, she wants me to push on and have a crown and potentially root canal. Save your time and money. I have been dealing with these issues since February. I sheduled my first appointment then and was not able to get a simple filling until august/september. I called back days after with the issue and wasnt able to be seen for over a month, which had to be rescheduled on my end due to having covid. That piece is on me. Lastly. Dentist was beyond rude when confronted with questions about her own mess up that could have been handled. Im sure she wont care about this but I hoped to save someone the ire.
