1 /5 Tohbi Fawn: First I want to state nothing against doctor Malik or his Staph, they are awesome, but I do have to make a formal complaint. I understand that technical issues happen but being unable to reach your doctor for over a week is due to phone problems unacceptable and potentially harmful for their patients. You would think a facility that is affiliated with the hospital would have a backup system for instances such as this. I know in the ten years I have been with this office prior to being affiliated with the hospital their was never such problems. now that they are affiliated with the hospital, my family and I have had nothing but problems with billing, copays and trying to contact them.
