Elizabeth Frasure The young lady that did my nails was wonderful. Very easy to talk to, she asked me questions to find out what I liked and what would work best for me. They also have a new product to me that is a hybrid of gel and acrylic. It is light weight and did not have that awful smell you normally have with acrylics. Oh and did I mention the price. Very reasonable for what i had done.I will definitely be coming back.

Paige Cass The atmosphere is so warm & welcoming. I’ve only ever been to big salons where they have rows of seats. This place is small and cozy. Both of the workers were friendly. I had my three year old daughter with me and they offered her a snack. This is probably the only salon I’ve felt welcomed at immediately. I did a simple gel mani/pedi and it turned out really good. Will definitely be back next time I go!

Ashley Conlin Got a full acrylic set with a holiday design and pedicure all under 2 hours. When I didn’t like the initial red color I chose, she worked with me to find a maroon red that I loved. Very clean and neat work! I will definitely be back. Especially enjoyed of reading all the scriptures on the wall. ❤️

Kristie Greenwaldt I was so impressed! I asked for a rather complicated design and April did such an amazing job! My sister also got her nails done by Ivy and they also turned out beautiful. Next time I go I would definitely chose either Ivy or April to do my nails. The cost was low for a design like mine and the place was so clean!

Logan H I got an amazing acrylic fill from Kevin. I went to a different shop previously and was not happy with the result, he filed and shaped what I had to perfection very quickly!

Debbie Jones All of the photos are great, however my manicure with the dip didnt last long. My pedicure had to be done by two people because the original person I was paired with didnt know how to get out ingrowns and excess skin. Then my manicure with the dip... I got them done this way for the first time this past Saturday. Today which is Tuesday, one of my nails has already fell off. I was told the dip lasts longer and grows your nails. Overall that ambiance is good and customer service is good however Ill have to go back somewhere else because for both services my feet and hands look like I did them myself. As of Wednesday 3-13-24, 6 have lifted and came off. I wont be back.

Brianna Farnsworth Visiting from Arkansas to see family and came to OohLala Nails for my niece’s 15th birthday and Ivy did an AMAZING job!! I got a dip manicure and I love them! She pays close attention to detail and gave me exactly what I was wanting! She is kind, patient, and so talented! Thank you Ivy for my beautiful nails! dalton Clark Took 5 minutes to do the deluxe pedicure that was supposed to be at least 40 minutes long. I believe they did this to me on purpose because I told them it was a gift card. My feet did not get to soak at all, dipped my feet in the water and then immediately took them out to cut and paint then was done, didn’t get any type of massage. Also didn’t shape my toes just gave me an uneven cut. Very disappointed would not recommend.

Alexis Anderson I have been getting my nails done routinely for years and today I received the best nail service I’ve ever had. I came in with a photo of what I wanted. David helped me go through and pick the best colors for what I wanted. He was very gentle with my nails and really took his time. By the end of the service I was so happy with what I got. They were exactly what I was wanting.. shape, style, color and design was all beautiful! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you David!!

Tracy Pike I had high hopes as they were under new management. My daughter and I came in on an appointment and were rushed. What should have taken an hour (especially since we got the most expensive pedicure they offer) was done in 35 minutes. There was no focus to the calf during the massage or bottom of foot. My daughter left in pain due to her lady applying so much pressure to her shin during the massage. Her lady seemed like she didnt want to be there and was very upset that her regular lady went with another pedicurist. This is the second time weve visited here. We wont be back.

Michelle always keeps up with the latest products, trends, & never hesitates to learn new nail art. Acrylics easily last 3 weeks (no lifting) & excellent pedicures. I am very particular & they have always provided top tier service & work.

Jessica Wiggins Today was my first time going to this salon and I absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was great, and the color options were endless! I didnt feel like my nail tech was rushing to get done too quickly, she took her time and made sure I was happy with my nails as she was working. My nail techs name was Tiny and she was fantastic! I will definitely be going back!

Stephanie Wolf I had a pedicure at this salon. I’ve had many pedicures over the years and I usually leave relaxed and refreshed. This was the FASTEST pedicure I have ever received. It was basically just toe nail clipping, painting and some lotion to the legs. None of those special touches that I normally enjoy. Like removing the dead skin. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place! And it was 28 dollars! Definitely NOT recommending you go here!

Shauna Arms My first visit went well. The woman took great care of my nails and I left satisfied. This time was different, the young blonde girl broke my pinky nail taking off my gel polish, messed up my middle finger while applying new gel polish & her job of fixing both nails were left very jagged & crooked. Im highly disappointed to say the least.

I go every Two weeks and work in a field that requires to get my hands dirty and I tell yeah these babys still look good and hold up the whole time!

Latrisha Jones NEVER again! Broke 2 nails over the weekend so I tried them out on Sunday because my usual nail tech was closed. First he tried to use hot pink acrylic clearly seeing my acrylic is nude. I was like that’s NOT the same color, he tells me “I don’t have nude acrylic so since you’re getting your nails painted I figured it wouldn’t matter”. You ASSumed wrong because my whole mail is not get ting painted. He found one remotely close to my color. Second, he put one thin layer of acrylic on the bed of my nail and all on my skin. Made my broken nails bulky and misshaped. And the icing on the cake, one of the freshly filled nails broke in less than 24hrs! Whomever taught this person needs to refund them their money. EVERYBODY can’t do nails, and this place is one of them. HORRIBLE!!!

Jennifer Layaog I will never go to anyone else. E.T is the best nail tech I’ve ever gone to. I will never go anywhere else. My nails are short, very thin and hard to work with for anyone but he manages and works with them and transforms my toes and nails into something great. His wife is sweet as well. Definitely will recommend to anyone.

Christa ThompsonSievers went there for my wedding nails with my mom, they treated both of us like we were a burden. i wanted a thin french manicure with little flowers ( i showed a photo, they didn’t even look at it for 2 seconds) we felt very rushed and like we couldn’t explain to them what we wanted because they wouldn’t listen. i asked for small flowers and showed a photo, when a huge flower was painted and i said i wanted a smaller one the person doing my nails got visibly irritated. we spent 200 dollars there just to go to another nail salon to have my nails fixed. it was very unsanitary, when they used the cuticle clip thing on my nails there was already dead skin on it. we still gave a 20 dollar tip and the owner said “how do you want it split? since 3 people worked on you guys” .. that’s not our problem?? but we still tipped an extra 10 dollars so they each got 10. i left crying, i will never be back

Elizabeth Webb Went there recently and spent over $100 dollars on Gel manicure with French tip. Danny was extremely rude and acted annoyed with me the entire time I was in there. I spent a lot of money for him to act this way. I was nervous about getting cut and he hurt me a few times cutting my cuticles. He did an ok job on my gel manicure. I will definitely not be coming back. Work on your patience Danny and maybe think about a different profession if you cant handle ladies wanting to chat while they are trying to have fun and get out of the house. I dont get the pleasure to get my nails done often so I was very frustrated and disappointed in spending time with my Mom and not getting royal treatment.

Sam Barnes Been going to this place for probably 15 years, and it has definitely changed and from the looks of the reviews I’m not the only one, went in there today and got eyebrows and dip. First they quoted me $55 for my nails and 15 for the eyebrows, but then she told me 80 at the end. I believe it was the owner and her husband that I was sitting by and Husband was doing my nails, The husband was great if I might add, I believe the mom did my eyebrows. Already they told me $80 at the end and did not even say anything about the surcharge until after they ran my card she asked me what I wanted to put on the tip and I said seven dollars. Then she said for both of them? Talking about the person that did the eyebrows and the man that did my nails? And I’m like are you kidding , I’m not tipping seven dollars apiece. That’s not my problem 2 people did the work and I cannot afford to tip two people. Everybody is struggling right now. They are lucky they still get customers. I have given this place too many chances and every time it has been a flop. I will not go back and my mom both have been here for a very long time and both of us have had bad past experiences. The owner lady is not very friendly. You can’t make conversation with her, she rusted rushes you And makes you feel like you’re asking. Stupid questions when you make request on your nails that you are spending a fortune on.

Jani Brown I go here every few weeks to get mani with dip powder and Pedi. This is my favorite nail salon and I highly recommend them. Even though I always do walk-ins there is never a long wait time. They always take their time to do quality work making sure my nails are perfect and done just the way I like it.
