Moonjeog Choi Had a really excellent experience with Spa Nails. The store is clean, tidy and beautifully decorated, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff are highly skilled and extremely friendly. During the nail service, they carefully ask about my preferences and execute exactly what I want. The attention to detail is impeccable, making the experience truly perfect. I will schedule another appointment for my nails for Christmas. I highly recommend this nail salon!

Bri S. Awesome and efficient place . I needed a redo paint job of my gel manicure from a previous nail salon. Ray took me last minute and even did some fine nail art. The Pinterest image I showed him vs what he did was unbelievable ! Love this salon and their professionalism.

Shabana k Today was my 4th time doing my nails at flourish and they always do an amazing job. Ben was very personable and I’m so satisfied with the nail art work that he has done! Highly recommend! Update: 3/4/2025 I have now done my nails over 10 times at this location. Everyone does and amazing job. TONY IS PHENOMENAL! I went in and showed him a photo of an idea I I had from pintrest. I told him do whatever he wanted to do and he went above and beyond my expectations. He’s truly an artist!

Ava Wagner I’ve been going to Ben and Ray the past 2 and a half years and never have a bad experience. They are the most caring, reliable and professional nail techs. I have recommended about 10 of my friends here and they all make it their go to nail place now. Ben seriously does the most amazing nails and makes them look perfect every time. Highly highly recommend this place and them immensely.

Marie Alaghband The best nail salon that I’ve ever been into. Their attention to details is amazing and jaw dropping. Top master paid so much attention to every detail that I could think of and the result is amazing. So happy with my manicure and french. It was my first time ever doing Russian style manicure but, I’ll definitely come back and recommend it. It was pricey but, you get what paid for, right?

Michelle Perez First time visiting Nail Maniac Salon after finding them on IG. For starters, the salon is absolutely beautiful and clean! All the ladies there are super friendly! Oksana did my nails and I absolutely LOVE THEM! I’ve had Russian manicures in other salons before, and this place has been my favorite thus far! Oksana was careful in her technique, and did amazing work with her attention to detail! I will be returning!

Shamaron Grier Top master Oksana does a great job. The nails last me 3 weeks and when they grow out they grow evenly. Salon is small, but very clean. Expensive but last longer than any other nail I’ve had! My first set lasted 4 weeks!

Glenda Medina Had dip nails done. Great work by Annie. Nail finish looks smooth and not bulgy. Wonderful hand massage at the end. Not from town, but will return if I am around. Price 50.

Harley & Hugo Alley Capatosto It was amazing, relaxing time. My hair styles notice the change on my scalp after the service. So now i am getting this done every time i do color but 3 hrs before. Totally recommended.

Jacquelyn Riley Carla has been my nail professional for over 20 years! She is extremely talented and takes pride in her work! I look forward to my bi-weekly appointments because it’s like catching up with a sister friend! How many nail professionals you know can hand draw designs from a picture on your nails? She is absolutely the best and I would recommend her to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

THEADORA MONTFORD Listen. This was the best nail salon experience Ive ever had. Leann was so professional and caring. She made accommodations for my husband who is wheelchair bound. She made my vision for my nails a reality. The atmosphere was simply the best. We all talked and laughed like we were old friends. This is definitely my new nail spot.

Danielle Russo We didn’t have enough time to get our nails done at home before our trip. Googled nail salons near us and found black diamond. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. I called and made appointments for 11am not taking into consideration getting out of the Disney area. Called and moved it to 11:30 with no issue. It was an experience for my husband, our two daughters and myself. It was great to have conversations with the nail artists. Our girls asked for Mickey and Minnie designs on their nails ((they are super tiny)) and they came out amazing. So grateful we were able to find this salon on Google. Thank you Black Diamond for making us feel so welcome and pampering our family.

Kathy Dieppa Incredible experience. Andy is very skilled with great attention to detail. They have a huge range of colors too. The salon is very clean and it’s clear they focus on quality over quantity. Appointment times are taken seriously and they do not over promise. I appreciate that honesty because it’s not uncommon to walk into an appointment and be told it’ll be five minutes, only to wait for an entire hour. I will definitely be coming back again and again.

Tee Bailey Not only were they welcoming when you came in. Not only did they offer you beverages when you came in. Not only were they professional. Not only were they very, very nice, but the work that they did and have done was immaculate. I have been to many different nail salons in Orlando, and never have I been more satisfied than I am with this salon. Jesse was amazing. She is the owner, and she is a gem. She talks to you as if youve known each other for years, and its like night and day from other nail salons that dont interact with you much. The other employees there were just as amazing. 2 people came in right when they were closing, and they still welcomed them in and helped them, and I was very, very impressed. I have found my forever salon and Im so happy.

Sandralynn Super nice staff and salon but I paid $60 for just a gel french manicure on my REAL nails (no shaping, tips, sns, acrylic) just for 3 nails to chip 2 days later. If the work lasted I probably wouldn’t mind paying the price but that was not the case. I liked the environment but will not be returning or recommending.

Nicole Lama Ive been getting my nails done with Natalia for 3 months now and I do everything possible to go back every month. My nails are the healthiest, longest, strongest and most beautiful they have ever been! Setting up appointments is quick and easy; parking is always available and free; pricing is extremely reasonable for a Russian manicure; tools are sanitized. The fact that Natalia is so professional and such an amazing conversationalist is just the icing on the cake! I cant praise this business enough!

Jenny Joy Ive been coming to Natalia for almost a year. She has worked wonders with my manicures and pedicures. Not only is the work beautiful and impeccable, Ive learned so much about taking good care of my hands, feet, and nails. I have very sensitive nails, skin and cuticles. She is so gentle and responsive and careful. She listens and works to accommodate what I need. I dont know how to properly describe the transformation of my nails with her care. It is night and day. I am so grateful to have found Natalia. Her prices are very competitive. I feel like I get every bit of what I pay for. I paid more at another salon that was a revolving door of nail techs who were always new and in training. With Natalia you get a passionate professional who takes her skill and craft very seriously. Natalia is very reliable. She keeps her appointments and has even helped me with last minute emergencies for events. I book my appointments months out and I have never had an issue with her canceling. She is very responsive with her communication. I truly feel blessed to have found this nail salon. Anyone looking for a place to truly have your hands, feet, and nails improved and cared for, this is the place! I usually only get neutral colors but I have seen the artwork she is capable of! Incredible! Highly recommend!

Crista Mac Long-term client for manicures and pedicures. This is the best quality, professional work I have ever had. I would rate 10 stars if I could. 1. The quality is top notch. My nails are healthier and stronger now than ever. Gels, dips, and acrylics ruined my nails for months after a single manicure. You can see the difference in the color and strength of the natural nail even after one service here. 2. The manicures and pedicures *last*. The process is unique compared to traditional nail services. The polish does not chip, break, or crack. Mine usually last about a month and look salon quality for weeks. 3. Natalia is an artist. She can make any design come to life. The quality of the artwork is amazing, and truly feels like wearing art. No matter what ideas I have, she makes them happen every single time. She will do whatever she can to show your unique personality and make you feel beautiful. 4. Every service is enjoyable. The salon is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people who are genuinely kind and care about your well being both during the service and in your life. Who doesn’t love a glass of champagne and some tea during a manicure? 5. The compliments you’ll get everywhere you go will make you want to write a review like this. Just don’t take all the appointments;)

Jordan Shariff Adrian was amazing today we did a set inspired by the Tanzanian flag for my husbands birthday Friday since that is his home country. And they turned out so gorgeous I love them so much. I will be coming back for every next set of nails I get. They have the Tanzanian flag on my middle fingers, an ‘s’ for his name on my ring finger, the Capricorn symbol on my right ring finger, gold stiletto pink fingers, and the thumbs have gold blue and green foil on them which are the colors of the flag. My husband and I love them so much. They are just too perfect. Thank you so much Adrian. See you next time.

What stands out most is his genuine care for your comfort—he consistently checks in to ensure everything is to your liking, from the designs to the overall experience. On top of that, he includes thoughtful touches like cuticle treatments that make the service feel extra special. Adrian is incredibly accommodating, and I’m looking forward to making him my go-to nail artist. Highly recommend!

Janice Ruiz The salon vas very clean. The staff were very kind and delicate the whole time doing my daughter’s and my nails. It was my daughter’s first time getting her nails done, and she was begging for a mom-daughter date getting our nails done, so I surprised her and I’m so satisfied it was definitely worth it. From now on this will be our go to spot! I recommend it! 100%

Ashley Garrett I was desperate for a fill since I’m going on a trip and I had a broken nail and I couldn’t get into my normal place. This place had high ratings so I gave it a try. Disappointed to say it’s a really bad quality of work. I arrived at 5:45 and waited about 30 minutes. They close at 7, so I’m not sure if by the time they started, they were just in a rush. The man didn’t ask me anything about keeping length and shape the same or not. He just started. I did want to keep it the same, so no big deal, except I feel worse off. The broken nail that I got replaced doesn’t really match the shape of the others, my left thumb nail is very textured with obvious brush strokes on it, and the other nails are missing color around the edges and cuticle. I pointed this out on the right thumb and he fixed it, but there’s several other nails with the same issue. Not only is the color missing, but the acrylic is as well. You shouldn’t be seeing my natural nail in the spots that you do. I came in with extensive nail art on my fingers, so obviously I’m not a novice to getting my nails done, I like investing in my nails, and I can tell bad quality work when I get it. It’s a shame. The photos were taken immediately after getting it done. Update: 3 nails broke within 2 weeks and several chipped, so the quality is just atrocious. Not just me being picky.

Nunya Beezwax I had not pampered myself in years. I was accepted as a walk in immediately. Greeted and treated with great respect. Julia was gentle and made me feel at home. I felt like she knew me for years. I got the French tip pedicure with gel polish. She fixed my broken nail on my big toe without using any acrylic. I will definitely be back!

Ava Brandenburg Roro and Sophia were amazing! Both of them are fantastic and have close attention to detail they’re both very gentle and kind! Don’t hesitate to come here to get your nails done :)

Tatiana Smith I made an appointment over the phone. The person who answered the phone was very professional and answered all of my questions. I received a text message confirmation. When I arrived, the parking lot was almost full but I got a parking spot. I was immediately greeted and sat down to start my service. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming. My nail technician, Nolan, did an excellent job. I am very picky about the neatness of my polish at the cuticle. I was very pleased with how my nails turned out. He took great care of my hands, my shape is beautiful and it fits my nail. I have no complaints. I highly recommend.

Charles is an excellent nail tech and always does a fabulous job with the shape and colors - also, he always has new brands and colors which is fun for mixing it up! The salon is clean, organized, and consistently decorated for the holidays which I love! I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the staff is so nice. Best nail salon in winter park by far & I’ve tried them all!

I got a manicure while on vacation- 2 days ago- and had Excellent Service- no complaints, BUT less than 48 hours later 6 of my 10 nails have the polish chipped off. Very disappointing! I wanted my nails to look nice for Thanksgiving- that was one week within my appointment.1st picture later the day of appointment, pictures 2 & 3-under 48 hours after manicure.

Nashaunda Wiley I’m from out town, so I googled nail salon near my hotel and Tammy salon popped up, upon arrival I met Tammy the owner and showed her the style I wanted. She then called Grace who works at City and sent me to her because she specializes in designs..I love my nails and I highly recommend. Grace is super sweet. Will return for TJ to do my toes.

They went above and beyond this has truly been my best experience at a nail salon not only that I absolutely loved the chrome design full set .. also the lady who did my pedicure did an amazing job she cleaned and cut my toe nails very well best pedicure i have ever gotten literally 10/10

Jessi 0 STARS. WASTE OF MONEY/ TIME!!! All I’m going to say is I walked in and 2 girls walked in after me. How is it that this is all I got done.. but the 2 other girls that walked in after me got nails and toes done and left before me? I was in there almost 3 hours just for this and I got charged $80 for it! PLUS this isn’t even what I wanted! This place just wants your money and will literally look you dead in the face like they are not in the wrong. I will NOT be back. 2 1/2 hrs just for this??!! Crazyyyyy 0 STARS

Rebecca Cartagena Im giving 1 star because it was a terrible pedicure. It was my first time there and when getting my pedicure the water was cold. I told the woman and she added some warm water but it was still cold and I told her again but it didnt get much warmer. The woman told me I should get the pedicure with the callus remover so I did. The woman scrubbed so hard she took off skin! I told her it hurt and not to use that on my other foot. I continued to complain about the pain and Im unsure if she understood me or what. I got my nails done with another tech and she was good. If it werent for the pedicure Id consider going back for my hands. When I went to pay the woman that did my feet was sure to tell the woman cashing me out that I got the upgraded pedicure with the callus remover...even though she cut me and didnt even do the other foot. I tipped because she did do a service but never going back.

Lindsey Wright I can’t speak more highly of Perla’s nails. I had Lisvett as my nail artist and she matched my nails exactly to the inspo! The artists are so kind and will do the actual most to make your nails look perfect! The space is so cute and perfect for a day with the besties!

Alexandra Leighton Princess is absolutely lovely. She provides excellent bilingual services. The decor is splashy and inspiring. There cannot be a polish color made that’s not available inside of Perla’s nails. The photos of the owner on the wall are a little tacky, but if you stare at your phone screen like most people do, those won’t bather you. The place was really clean, too!
