5 /5 Nancy Calder: I’ve been taking The Healthy Home exercise classes since February. Im genuinely impressed with the results. I’ve lost some weight, but what’s surprised me even more is how much more toned my body feels—I’ve definitely lost inches, and I can see the difference. I feel better, stronger, and more energized throughout the day.
The classes themselves are enjoyable and easy to follow. I could not complete the 1st class without stopping and resting, but now I usually can do a whole class without any extra rest periods. They have just the right balance of challenge and encouragement. They even give you examples of the excises if you need to do the class from a chair. I actually look forward to each session!
If you’re considering starting a home workout routine, I highly recommend giving these classes a try. They’ve made a noticeable difference for me.
