The facility is clean, well-organized, and the energy in every class is contagious. Great place to stay accountable and push yourself. Highly recommend!

Paola Sofia Rift has been an amazing addition to my health and fitness routine. I have been doing PT with Rian and have noticed the improvement in my strength and physique so fast. I have had many trainers before but I feel like he is the best I’ve had and has focused on the things I told him I wanted to prioritize and work. He combines a very well thought out routine of compound movements and accessory movements that complement each other so well that I get stronger noticeably every week. The saunas, cold plunges and gym area are really nice as well and very clean. Would recommend this gym for any person in any level of fitness.

Scott Melber I travel all over Florida and train at different locations. 1580 McMullen Booth rd in Clearwater is always the cleanest gym. It’s beyond clean. Some of the Planet Fitness gyms across the state are not always clean. This one deserves a big shout out because it’s not easy to keep up the cleanliness. Great staff and great facilities. Nancy Calder I’ve been taking The Healthy Home exercise classes since February. Im genuinely impressed with the results. I’ve lost some weight, but what’s surprised me even more is how much more toned my body feels—I’ve definitely lost inches, and I can see the difference. I feel better, stronger, and more energized throughout the day. The classes themselves are enjoyable and easy to follow. I could not complete the 1st class without stopping and resting, but now I usually can do a whole class without any extra rest periods. They have just the right balance of challenge and encouragement. They even give you examples of the excises if you need to do the class from a chair. I actually look forward to each session! If you’re considering starting a home workout routine, I highly recommend giving these classes a try. They’ve made a noticeable difference for me.

Sky I love this gym! I originally tried out this gym for boxing/kickboxing but I had one little taste of sparring and now I’m addicted to Muy Thai! One of my favorite instructors Dezz Diggins coaches here too! I love the whole facility. Family environment and very encouraging! I am super happy to be a member!

Joe Cairo I just want to say how great this gym is. Im in town visiting family and I called three other gems and they were nice to me too, but I wanted to come in super early within the 24-hour gym hours. No one would do it except coastal family. The equipment is super clean , advanced and everything is put back into place. The owner stopped in when I was wrapping up my workout and greeted me as well. If youre in the area to work out you have to come here or if you live in the area you need to join this gym.

eyal mor With Donnie’s professional rehab approach training, I was able to restore my shoulders’ mobility as well as strengthening my body in general. I came in for few sessions and ended up with 2 years and counting of excellent personal training. I also had sessions with Katie when Donnie was out and she is a great trainer as well! Highly recommend!

April Surber In June, my gym owner and I traveled to Florida to take Sam and Eds Grandmasters RX seminar on how to create and effectively run a seniors program in our gym in North Carolina. Sam and Ed are amazing at what they do and complement each other very well with Eds background in PT and Sams enthusiasm and knowledge in coaching. The program they put together was very detailed, informative, and hands on with working and seeing how their athletes move in various positions. If you are interested in starting a seniors class or program at your gym, this is the only way to go and they will help you lay the ground work to begin a wonderful program! We hope to go back and visit again soon!
