1 /5 Reema Schonbeck: Zero customer service. Sold a ring in which diamonds fell out within weeks, was going to charge me for the repair. Said “I must have hit it on something,” ignoring the fact I have 9 other stacked diamond rings on my hand and never have had this happen. No thanks, I’ll pay another jeweler to repair and never spend another dollar here again. You can find better prices, especially for the complete lack of customer service. Do not recommend.
