I was given the address to the business and accurate hours of operation, no appointment needed I showed up and hour later was met by a professional young man who was knowledgeable and proficient explaining the insurance its coverage and limitations a d legal standard for the state of FL.
Asked for my three items he needed to proceed in processing me for a new policy. Everything he quoted was accurate and within 25 minutes I was informed of all the aspects of my policy and signed the contract agreement paid my fee and had my declaration page and proof of Insurance In hand.
Exemplary customer service and happy to do this in person although they also offer online and auto pay services as well as other technologies should you want or prefer them.
