Regarding negative reviews re. supposed no-shows: you choose a time from their online calendar, then receive email & text acknowledgment of your request which lets you know your request is being reviewed and to wait for confirmation of appointment. This is a by-appointment process. People leaving bad reviews may not have provided valid contact information which is on them, not the business.
