5 /5 Juana C Escoto: Went to Pandora today and Had a wonderful experience with Rosy and Mike! If I could give a 10 most definitely would. The service at this location is a HUGE difference from other Pandora stores Ive been to. When I purchase items I tend to take my time on deciding what I want to get and they gave me all the time I needed, I NEVER felt rushed. I ended up purchasing a gold Diamond Ring and left very satisfied and content. I will def be returning to this store again as the staff is beyond superb, kind and friendly :)

5 /5 Latonya Hudson: I was in the store today and Jazz was awesome great customer service and she cleaned my bracelet, the last time I was in the store the sales lady told me they didnt clean the bracelet and I had to purchase the cleaner. It was good to see someone that was helpful and doing their job with great pleasure she even gave me tips on keeping it clean and sparkling. Thank you Jazz keep up the great work.

I wasn’t completely happy with how my charm looked on my bracelet, and without hesitation, he redid the whole thing for me with so much care and attention to detail. He made sure everything was perfect and that I left happy. Amazing customer service—thank you, Mike!
