2 /5 Bobby: In the market for new auto and home owners insurance, so was looking for a local broker, small business in S Tampa & saw good reviews (mainly for Jessica) so decided to give them a go.
Submitted a contact request over the weekend through their site, knew they were closed so expected a call sometime Monday. Nothing. Submitted it again on Tuesday. Nothing. Called on Thursday, spoke to Sherri, gave her my info and she was going to run quotes & email me. Didnt get an email, so called back & she stated their email is having problems, so I had to work through text, which was weird. She stated she was going to submit a new quote through email again, never received it, so texted back asking to set up a call. It was 5pm, so she said she would call me in the morning (Friday). No call. Never heard back Friday.
Crazy poor communication and customer service. My credit is excellent and I was ready to go with auto and home owners immediately, just wanted to actually talk to someone or at least email instead of texting policy info (strange).
At this point, Sat, just dont want to waste any more time and will call the insurance company directly (which I loathe since I like to give my business local, as I was S Tampa business owner for years).
(maybe should have just asked for Jessica! Ha)
