Thankfully, the team at Health Insurance Store worked diligently to sort everything out with the insurance companies. Theyve assured me that payments will now be processed either on the first or second Friday of the month. I understand that the delay was more on the insurance companies than the Health Insurance Store itself, and I really appreciate how great theyve been to me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend their service! Hopefully its first Friday again though! haha

You will get paid for ALL of your work, and you get to KEEP your book of business! Top this off with a great "Agent Appreciation" event if you do enough volume! Whats NOT to like! I have been with them since 2018 and have never looked back since making the switch! Tell them I sent you!

Christy Huffman What an absolutely abysmal excuse for an insurance agent and agency. I would have given them 0 stars if possible. Communication is non-existent, especially if you ever want to cancel anything, and if you get the main receptionist, you are directed to other people that have no clue how to help you or why you are being directed to them. I personally contacted Warren Foley beginning in early September via multiple emails and phone messages asking him to contact me and assist with canceling a life insurance policy, and I have still not heard one peep back from him or his office. This was my last policy with Allstate, and it is finally cancelled after several calls to the 800 number. Stay away from Warren Foleys office.

Gregg Martin I cannot recommend this company due to my frustrating experience with their condo insurance process. After receiving a quote and paying the premium, I was bombarded with additional questionnaires and requests for photos—while I was on vacation. When I tried to get clarification, my agent was unresponsive and unable to answer my questions because she had never written a policy with this company before. Despite multiple follow-up calls and promises to return my calls with answers, I never received a response. The agent later claimed to have called me back, but my phone records show no such attempts.

Iv been trying to call all day because I need to cancel my insurance since I have a new one and Iv been calling from 9am and it’s 3pm I have called more then 10x and left a voice mail and nth, this is the biggest inconvenience bc I have to cancel it thru them. I don’t recommend this place just for this honestly. It’s a headache.
