4 /5 Arlene Southall: I have repeatedly called for the last couple of weeks and left messages. I have yet to receive a call back. Not a professional way to conduct a business.
Update: I got a return call, and there was a legitimate reason I hadnt heard back. She apologized and was able to get my business done quickly. I was very frustrated, but sometimes we forget that even when dealing with a company, they are human. Unforseen things can happen.
