The fans were replaced but I was never reimbursed for the food loss..they said a check was cashed but I told them that I never received a check; I repeatedly requested a photocopy of the check so I could see where and by whom it was cashed. No one has responded to my many requests for proof that a check was even issued and cashed

1 /5 William Ellis: I have had auto coverage from Allstate for 25 years. I have made the mistake of going through them to try to add homeowners. On Monday 5/17 they took my money and sent me the document. It did not have sinkhole coverage that I wanted. So I immediately contacted them to cancel it. I was told that it would be inexpensive for me to add that coverage, but I had to wait for it to come out of underwriting. So that should have happened by Friday 5/21, but I did not hear from them. I called yesterday to follow up. My current policy expires at midnight tonight and I still do not have the information from my agents office.

A Rehman: I needed commercial insurance as the landlord needed to give me the premises. I called them based on a recommendation. Ms. Cindy worked late on more than 1 day trying to figure out my insurance needs and help us get the keys on a late late friday afternoon going into the evening so the landlord gets the policy and we get the keys over the weekend to get remodelling going for the clinic. I was very very impressed by their work ethic, attention to details for the client, and just their input on the lease terms and my contractual safety. They of course didnt give legal advise but discussed what typical leases say and what this lease was saying comparatively. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible. I get charged by the mile for my insurance, so the matter is somewhat urgent since I am being charged every time I leave my driveway and I already have another policy. Maybe she was upset I didnt ask her to look for a new policy for me, I dont know, but my other insurance agents over the past 27 years have been much more helpful. She also called me "rude" when she is the one who hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. Im not sure how asking her to do what I pay her to do is rude. I will now not only be switching my vehicle insurance but ALL of my insurance policies that are with Goosehead.
