Even though the renew prices have increased from 2020-2022, (unfortunately). Kristi and her team are very transparent and understanding (they are willing to work with you to drop the price as much as they can). When running quotes with other companies, including USAA, (you should always run quotes two times a year). Kristi has always been cheaper than the rest. Anywhere from 30 bucks to 200 bucks a month on car insurance and over 500 bucks cheaper on Homeowners. Nothing but good things to say about her and her team.

I get charged by the mile for my insurance, so the matter is somewhat urgent since I am being charged every time I leave my driveway and I already have another policy. Maybe she was upset I didnt ask her to look for a new policy for me, I dont know, but my other insurance agents over the past 27 years have been much more helpful. She also called me "rude" when she is the one who hung up on me in the middle of a conversation. Im not sure how asking her to do what I pay her to do is rude. I will now not only be switching my vehicle insurance but ALL of my insurance policies that are with Goosehead.
