Theyre extremely busy hence why they may sound so serious over the phone most times, but they strive to assist within one call with full, detailed explanation. Christian Devinny: Progressive Insurance did not protect their corporate image when i called in and explained how COPELAND insurance poorly handled rewriting and discounting my policy with errors in spelling and my payment information which resulted in an unexpected cancellation. Copeland insurance refused to admit an errors, or try to correct them and my payment went UP by $40 instead of down. Progressive Insurance Corporate should have made the corrections and at the very least provided me with a rate EQUAL to what i had been paying, not more. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism all around. Now i have to search for another provider.
