1 /5 Michelle Zettel: Cara Dimarzo gave me a quote for $1070 annually for my condo. I called her to have her get everything confirmed. She then sent a bill to my mortgage company for $1453 without ever informing me the quote went up. When I asked her what happened she claimed the deductible on the quote went from $1000 to $2000 which makes no sense as that would lower the payment if anything. She also should have informed me if the deductible changed. She is shady and not professional. Worst encounter with an insurance agent.
