Placing a customer on hold without consent is not professional and transferring the customer around all your offices its even worse. Customer had to leave our place without insurance because of you guys, After the paperwork was sent to you guys, you said that you were going to return the call back and never did. When the customer called you guys several times, you decided to sent him an email saying that you were closed for the day. Unbelievable :( Bad Business. Way to go
