2 /5 T S: I dont know who this James is everyone is writing about in the reviews, but I did not have a good experience at all. I called in and a woman answered the phone. She didnt listen at all. I had to repeat my situation. She asked ridiculous questions like where I would be living next. How can I know where Ill be living next? I wanted to get a quote on insurance to rent out the house which I own. Not impressed at all. So unprofessional.

We put a home owner policy in place that saved me some money and decided to look at my auto policy. He saved me some money there as well. When I have had questions, he calls me personally within a few minutes. Im not used that, but I like it. Everything positive so far.

There are no smoke screens or selling additional services that you do not need. I was given the best policy at the best rate with the best company that met my needs. 5 /5 Yaz Ax: What stood out most in working with James on setting up a combined home owners and auto insurance policy, besides the great quote he gave me, was how quickly he responded to my emails and phone calls. He was always ok top of my questions. I bought a new home which is stressful enough when you have to keep following up with the builder and dozens of vendors who will be providing you other services - James was instrumental in relieving me of the worries that come with setting up insurance. I absolutely appreciate when folks in the service industry actually care about their work! Thanks James!
