1 /5 Lori Young: We signed up with Paul about a year ago for car insurance. Paul was extremely nice when he wanted our policy. He assured us that after carrying his coverage for 6 mo he would be able to save us some money. Not only was he not willing to try he was extremely rude on the phone. We left a couple of messages before he got back to us and made us feel like we were wasting his busy time with our questions There is a better way to treat your customers than the way Paul Anderson is handling his business. These were all complicated and drawn out claim processes but never once did I feel alone on this journey. Paul was always ready and willing to step in when needed or just advise when that was more appropriate. He analyzes our coverage needs every year and finds us the best option. I don’t know how much money he has saved us over the years but I can confidently say three years after the hurricane and about to move back into our family home, He has most certainly saved my sanity. Just look at his dilapidated store front and you will see he keeps all money for his feral cats and his fancy cars, well, he does drive a soccer mom Nissan No Habla Espanola
