1 /5 Lori Young: We signed up with Paul about a year ago for car insurance. Paul was extremely nice when he wanted our policy. He assured us that after carrying his coverage for 6 mo he would be able to save us some money. Not only was he not willing to try he was extremely rude on the phone. We left a couple of messages before he got back to us and made us feel like we were wasting his busy time with our questions
