1 /5 Tricia Sheldon: Genuinely the worst service I have EVER had. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this business was awful. I brought my wedding ring in because the diamond fell out and they told me it would take 7 weeks to repair. I waited until week 8 before I called to check in just for them to say they hadn’t even started it. On week 9 I finally got a call that it was done and picked it up just to find the diamond that was put in was the incorrect diamond and WAY lower than the rest. My husband brought it back and received poor customer service after he expressed how upset I was and how it needed to be first priority. Then 3 weeks passed and I called numerous times just trying to get it back. The latest call I told them I would just pick it up and take it somewhere else. Long story short don’t take your wedding ring here unless you want to go months without having it.

I had originally picked out an oval solitaire but once it came in I changed my mind and wanted a cushion cut. Ellanita was so sweet and patient with me during every visit which I really appreciated because I was so indecisive. She helped me pick out the most gorgeous diamond, setting and band. Highly recommend this location!!

He was extremely patient when my molds kept failing, and during our first fitting, he took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the fit and look. He also kept us updated every step of the way — we had an upcoming trip, and he went out of his way to ensure we received our grillz in time. A+ customer service! We’ll definitely be returning for all our future jewelry needs.
