5 /5 Natasha Holstein: Alison and Nick were awesome! It was my first time visiting Pandora ever and they made me feel so welcome. They weren’t pushy at all. I bought so much more than I anticipated, but my only regret is that I didn’t buy more! They were both very personable and helped me make the best choices and even get my friends a gift. Thank you for having such wonderful employees who truly want the best for their clients. I can’t wait to come back!

4 /5 aeryn davis: Alison and Adam (he was an assistant manager I believe), were super helpful to my partner and I tonight. We appreciated working with them and their willingness to help. Some feedback for Pandora as a whole; their policies should do better as far as backing their jewelry and the quality. The price of items sometimes dont match the quality. Many pieces are developed with flimsy design although beautiful. Love Pandora and appreciated working with helpful associates at this store. Thank you both.

5 /5 Elizabeth Jones: Marie helped me look for rings to add to my wishlist for my one year anniversary gift. She was so sweet and kind. We ended up finding two really nice ones and she was able to add them to my wishlist for me.

1 /5 Will Shiver: Unbelievable... Terrible customer service seems to be allowing about 6 to 10 customers in the store at once... Giant sign outside that says literally if you have an online order to be picked up please get in this line... But the The store employees are not allowing anyone to browse at all and are keeping everyone in the line... Extremely confusing and causing quite a bit of heartache from customers who are just casually browsing. Terrible overall customer service.
