1 /5 Shayna Potter: Gym equipment smells like urine. Theres a thick layer of dust and dead skin on the front of every single treadmill. The equipment is from the 90s. They force you to sign a contract for no less than 18 months. Ending the contract is 340.00 dollars. Dont do it. There are so many nice new well kept gyms in Melbourne. This one is disgusting and the employees are rude to their customers. Next time I go I will add pictures too bad I cant share smells. Update 1 week later I went into the gym to get pictures so I can hopefully help the next person before theyre in a mandatory contract with this place Everything is broken even the bathroom lights are broken

1 /5 katorari 獨特: absolutely ridiculous, nobody with authority is ever here. its 4pm on a monday and theres 3 young kids under 7 years old sprinting around in and out of equipment and this is just acceptable by anytime fitness standards. absolutely absurd. didn’t know the gym doubled as a daycare.. This isn’t the “wrong gym” I was there yesterday. This isn’t an active google account? I don’t typically review but I was so pissed off I’ve had to deal with this at this SPECIFIC location multiple times. its the same guy and girl that bring their kids this isn’t the first time this has happened and I’m about to just find a membership elsewhere. Don’t try to brush it off as if I’m lying. Check the cameras. thanks.

3 /5 Shawn Dickens: Its okay, but expensive for what you get unless you workout at strange late/early hours. No guest options in any way, get one at another place and two at yet another and both are cheaper than here. Equipment is good. Radio is a busted speaker they cant shut off. Corporate is the source of issues, I was told. Nice people working here.

1 /5 C P: *(Melbourne location) The last time I stepped into the gym was 6 months ago. I had a membership for 1.5 years before switching gyms.* The gym could be really good. I like smaller gyms and less crowds. Its been such a disappointment coming here though. So many things are broken including the amenities like the water massage table. When I first signed up, I asked about it and they said they were getting it fixed ASAP. It had been over a year and it was still broken. I have a friend who still goes here and he said it was still broken lol. Half the treadmills were either not working or making weird/loud sounds. The equipment isnt kept up with and theres rips in the padding. It wouldnt be such a huge deal if the price wasnt so high. What is the point in paying that much for you guys not to fix anything? The only benefit was that it was 24 hours but now theres so many other gyms in the area that offer this with more amenities and for a lesser price. Also, the bathrooms could be way cleaner. I know they get used throughout the day so I cant judge that too much, but you can tell when a bathroom is deep cleaned often versus just being quickly wiped down each time. As a female, thats extremely important to me. They charge you 2 times a month which is already weird. And if you cancel in the beginning of the month youll still get charged the 2nd half of the month plus a cancellation fee which I think equals to 1 months membership price. This is even after finishing my annual contract with them. 100% happy that I swapped last summer and do not recommend this gym for the price you pay.

4 /5 The DrillMaster: Good selection of equipment and great space to move! It seems the owner lets the gym decline (dusty, equipment breaking, lights going out) for months and then spends a day with maintenance instead of consistent maintenance.
