1 /5 sheri morales: Too many issues to list, do yourself a favor and just use a different agency. I tried to give them one more chance this year and it cost me an additional $122 for the agents mistake. They do not care to rectify , owners do not care … they pass mistake to customers

2 /5 Raven: The first time we called them with our first car it was wonderful. We recently purchased a second car and was calling to add it. The lady said we should hear back in 45 minutes (Which was perfect because we had to register the car in a few hours) after almost 2 hours we called back to check on the progress. The lady we spoke to was very rude and was pretty much mad at us for calling and checking on the progress and said we should hear back in two hours now. She wasnt pleasant to speak with at all and wouldnt even check on what was going on.

We were referred to Armellino Agency and the care I received was excellent, she didnt put me off and tell me shed call me with a quote later and when she did quote me the price was AMAZING!!!! On top of that, they took care of cancelling the other insurance and checked back in with us to make sure it had been done. We highly recommend!

1 /5 Avi Fox: I responded to a mailer with low-ball rates. I understood those were only "estimates" so I called to get a real quote. I gave my information to John Armelino and never heard back. I called several more times, and they asked for the same information. Never heard back. Wasted several weeks. Dont bother!
